It's over!

Michael Jackson's mother Katherine has lost the appeal for her $40 billion wrongful death case against AEG Live, according to court documents. Not only has the appeal been dismissed, but parties must cover their own court costs.

Katherine and Michael’s three children filed the appeal in November, which was a month after a jury ruled that AEG Live was not responsible for the pop star's death in 2009.

Jackson died from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol, and though blame initially fell on Dr. Conrad Murray and possibly AEG for contracting him, the jury ruled that he was not "unfit or incompetent to perform the work for which he was hired," which was what got AEG off the hook. In 2011, Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for giving the drug to the star and he was subsequently sentenced to four years in prison.

In January a Los Angeles judge rejected a request from the family for a new trial, but it appears as though they were still holding out some hope in this civil appeal.

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian grabbed some morning java in Calabasas today with son Mason, and the father-of-two must be suffering from a nasty cold because he couldn't control spitting a massive loogie on the ground as he got out of the car.

His reality star baby mama carried the coffee cups for both of them, and we have a feeling that was a precaution to make sure she didn't catch any of The Lord's germs!

While Kourt's sister Kimmy K is busy gracing the cover of Vogue, the 34-year-old is living a more normal life with her family. Later in the day, the couple took their little boy to lunch, and he seemed to be in a great mood hanging with mom and dad!

Lady Gaga donned a white wig and an all black outfit to make an appearance on Today this morning, and the singer certainly didn't have a shortage of topics to discuss on the show.

Speaking about the controversy surrounding her SXSW performance, where she let artist Millie Brown vomit on her, the "Born This Way" chanteuse explained that she knew there would be backlash from critics but didn't care.

"I guess we weren't completely surprised. Millie and I know that not everybody's going to love that performance. But we both really believe in artistic expression and strong identities," she told host Savannah Guthrie.

"ARTPOP, my new album, is about bringing art and music together and the spirit of creative rebellion. For us, that performance was art in its purest form. But we totally understand that some people won't be into it," she added.

Speaking of her new music, Gagaloo also took the opportunity to debut her new video G.U.Y. during the sit-down.

He is known for his hatred of the limelight, so this doesn't exactly surprise us!

Charlize Theron arrived back in LA last night after spending some time in Miami for a bikini photo shoot, and South African stunner was in no mood to answer questions about her romance with Sean Penn as she made her way through the airport.

Photographers asked her if she was close to an engagement with the hot tempered actor, but the Oscar winner pretended she didn't hear the inquiries and rushed to an awaiting vehicle.

Next time we see her we bet she will be sporting a giant rock!

On Thursday night Kylie Jenner and Jaden Smith stepped out in Calabasas together for a date after dark, and even though the reality starlet is insistent that the two are just friends, we're not entirely convinced. But seeing as Jaden's little sis Willow was there too, maybe it was more of a friendly hangout?

Kylie may not be commenting on her love life these days, but yesterday she took to Twitter to chat about how she wants to keep things private, writing:

"When people think they know me ... I made the decision to keep as much as my life as personal as possible while continuing the reality show ... I'm 16 and still wanna be a kid sometimes ... So what I'm trying to say is there's a part of me you don't see so don't go judging people if u haven't walked a mile in their shoes."

But speaking of shoes, what 16-year-old "kids" wear stilettos and leather pants? Just a thought....

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky have welcomed twin boys, their rep has confirmed.

Pataky, 37, checked in to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles last night, and back in November the couple confirmed that they were expecting twins.

Hemsworth and Pataky got married in 2010, and the couple are already parents to daughter India Rose, 23 months.

Back in October the Thor star chatted with Parade about being a dad and said, "I think [parenthood] brings out the child in all of us. That's what's so beautiful. It reminds you of the fascination you had with things, and how you can spend hours just being with someone. It's amazing." Awww!

We're not sure WHAT Kanye West has hanging over Anna Wintour's head, but clearly he did a great job negotiating this one!

The rapper has reportedly been trying to get Wintour to do a cover featuring Kim Kardashian for years now, and it looks like his persistence has paid off, because the duo are on the front of the April 2014 issue. Unless this is an early April Fools' Day joke courtesy of Vogue.com, this is 100% real...

Last November West met with Wintour in Beverly Hills, and according to Page Six, "He was talking nonstop. She did not get a word in edgewise.” The year before that, West brought Kardashian as his date to the Met Gala in New York City, and he made a point of introducing his fiance to the notoriously cold editor-in-chief. Wintour organizes the event, and Kardashian still has yet to receive an invite -- 2013 marked the first time she ever attended.

During his initial campaign to land the former sex tape star the cover of the fashion glossy, West told Ryan Seacrest, "There's no way [Kim] shouldn't be on the cover of Vogue. She's like the most intriguing woman right now. She's got Barbara Walters calling her like everyday ... Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a [bikini] pic like what my girl Instagrammed the other day."

Annie Leibovitz shot the wedding spread of the couple, and while the behind-the-scenes video below is set to the laughably bad tune of "Bound 2," the one thing that makes all of this worth it is the adorable footage of the couple's daughter Nori.

Kristin Cavallari and ex flame Nick Lachey reunited to tape an episode of The Fabulist yesterday, and not only did they seem happy to see each other, they even had a laugh over rumors they were feuding because they gave their sons the same name!

The former boy bander congratulated the reality star on her second pregnancy, and when she began discussing her son Camden, the singer took the opportunity to address the elephant in the room.

"Wait, your baby is named Camden?! I had no idea," he kidded, to which K-Cav responded, "Yeah, I didn't think you had a clue!".

Jessica Simpson's former husband and his new wife Vanessa Minnillo gave their first child the same moniker that The Hills alum had given her son, who was born a month prior. The coincidence sparked rumors that blonde beauty was miffed by the couple's copycat behavior, but she insisted that couldn't be farther from the truth.
