Chris Brown was just shut down after trying to win a release from jail this afternoon, and the judge has opted to keep the Hollywood bad boy in the slammer until his probation violation hearing on April 23.

The hot-tempered music man was arrested last Friday after he was tossed from his anger management rehab for violating three internal rules of the facility, including getting too close to females at the center and refusing to submit to a drug test after an unauthorized visit.

The judge declared that the R&B singer has an "inability to stay out of trouble", and therefore is awaiting the decision by a D.C. jury regarding another criminal assault charge before deciding the crooner's fate. That trial is set for April 17 and should only take a couple of days.

Worst case scenario? He's found to be in violation of his probation stemming from the Rihanna assault case, which would land him in the pokey for up to four years!

Kendall Jenner stopped to grab a bagel at Noah's in Woodland Hills this morning, and we guess the budding cat walker is so genetically blessed that she can scarf down carbs without gaining a pound!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star donned a crop top with jeans, but she must not have worn any makeup on her outing because she hid her face from photographers on the way out of the eatery.

Although the Jenner family name might have its perks, the 18-year-old recently ditched it to prove that her worth in the fashion industry is more about her talent than her connections.

"She went and auditioned, and she just goes by the name of Kendall, hoping that people won't think she gets any [handouts]," older sister Kim told reporters at the opening of DASH Miami last week.

Kate Winslet received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today, and the A-list actress showed no signs of lingering pregnancy pounds in a LBD as she accepted her honor.

The Oscar winner and husband Ned Rocknroll welcomed son Bear a mere three months ago, which may explain why the Titanic star's main men, along with daughter Mia and son Joe, were missing at the festivities. Someone's gotta look after the brood while the British beauty soaks in the praise of her public!

Her Divergent co-star Shailene Woodley praised the mother-of-three in a beautiful speech, which brought the Labor Day star to tears.

"I have never met a more empowered, beautiful, humble and selfless [woman]. As a young woman - I'm going to start crying - it's inspiring to see somebody who has navigated this industry in such a beautiful and professional way. I couldn't be more honored to know you and work with you," she gushed.

There's nothing Ms. Winslet doesn't do perfectly, including weight loss!

Kanye West's attorney appeared in Los Angeles County Superior Court today and plead no contest in the rapper's battery case, which stems from an altercation West had with a photographer last July.

West will not be prosecuted, but he was given 250 hours of community service, two years of informal probation (which the judge noted would be "enforced strictly"), and he must attend 24 anger management counseling sessions, which can be done privately. The rapper has also agreed to pay for the damage to the lensman's equipment and any medical bills, and he must stay 100 yards away from the photographer. But won't this be a little bit tricky if the photog tries to take photos of Kanye again? Nope! The pap's lawyer stated that her client would no longer be covering the rapper, and both sides seemed complacent with this.

The judge noted that West was not to receive any "special treatment" -- he will be neither punished nor aided by celeb status, adding that this is "not an unusual sentence for first time offenders."

There is a progress report hearing set for July 17, 2014 (this will cover the anger management and restitution) and at that point the judge will also be signing off on a community service program. Kanye's progress report on community service is set for September 17, at which point the judge said he expects to see a "real number of hours" completed.

West was being charged with misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor attempted grand theft, and because of his plea, the theft charge has been dropped. And if he hasn't violated probation at the end of his two-year period, the battery charge will likely be erased as well. But keep in mind, the photographer's lawyer, Gloria Allred, has also filed a civil law suit against West on behalf of her client, so this is hardly over...

The funnyman and three mystery females -- who are in keeping up with Ashton's St. Paddy's Day spirit -- were on quite the dog walk this morning, as the actor took his two pups dog through the mean streets of Los Angeles.

Recently, Ashton's rumored engagement to former That '70s Show actress Mila Kunis has been the talk of the town. Over the weekend, their former cast mate Laura Prepon commented on the couple at an Orange is the New Black event, saying, "Yeah, I don't usually comment on my friends' personal lives," the raven-haired beauty admitted before confessing, "But they're an amazing couple."

Ryan Seacrest's former flame left her new man at home to keep up her fit physique with her lady friend. Julianne has recently seeing 30-year-old hockey player Brooks Laich. The duo were introduced by Brooks' actor friend Teddy Sears, Julianne co-star in her upcoming film Curve.

In a recent interview with 106.7 The Fan, Brooks praised Julianne, saying: "I'm kind of shy on my personal life. But she's a cool, cool girl. She's just a sweetheart, very loving, very giving. She puts so much great out into the world. I'm a pretty lucky guy."

On the other hand, Nikki has been married to former American Idol contestant Paul McDonald, 29, since 2011. The twosome tied the knot after a mere seven months.
