Mickey Rourke went to Shamrock Social Club in West Hollywood last night to get a new tattoo on his arm, and lucky for the guys inside, the 61-year-old actor was just wearing a vest under his parka, so they had easy access to his shirtless bod.

So what did the Sin City star have to say when asked about Justin Bieber's arrest and tattoos? Mickey mouthed off, "I couldn't give a f*ck!" and then spit on the ground and politely asked photogs not to take his picture while smoking. Despite all that, he was friendly with the guys and he came off as quite charming.

Aside from an argyle sweater vest and a camo jacket, Mickey almost gave us a peek at his junk with his ripped camo pants ... talk about hobo chic!

Could he be a bigger brat?!

Justin Bieber sat down for a nearly five hour deposition last Thursday in connection with a lawsuit filed by photographer Jeffrey Binion, who claims the pop star's bodyguards assaulted him in Miami, and let's just say the videotape of the incident makes him look like an entitled, volatile idiot.

TMZ obtained footage of the sit down, and the "Baby" singer gets grilled about everything from his career success to his relationship with Selena Gomez. The 20-year-old definitely still has issues surrounding his romance with the Spring Breakers star, because he flips out when questioned about her.

"Don't ask me about her again," he told Binion's lawyer Mark DiCowden while waving his finger in disapproval.

JB had to take a brief break to cool off, but he came back into the interview with a super arrogant attitude. In fact, when DiCowden asked him a question he didn't like, the Canadian crooner began belittling him.

"Well, I don't know, Katie Couric. You tell me," he sniped at one point.

The best part of the entire thing? Realizing how dumb The Biebs actually is!

Asked if he knew mentor Usher, Bieber said "no" before explaining how he came to be the worldwide sensation he is today.

"I was found on YouTube… I think I was detrimental to my own career," he claimed in all seriousness before his lawyer jumped in and said his client actually meant "instrumental".

We can't tell if we hate him more after seeing this, or if this is the best thing that's ever happened to the Internet!

It's good to see him looking happy and healthy!

On Sunday evening Zac Efron jetted back from the SXSW Film Festival in Austin Texas, and the 26-year-old actor seemed overwhelmed with the amount of attention he received. Seeing as he was once the breakout star of High School Musical, you'd think he'd be used to this!

Efron is currently promoting his upcoming film Neighbors, in which he plays a hard-partying frat president, and much to our delight, he has lots of shirtless scenes. "I don't know how many times. It just seemed like whenever we felt like it—no hesitation," he told Marc Malkin at the film's premiere over the weekend. "It was like wake up, work out and then go to set and party all day."

Efron added that he found a secret spot to do pushups in between scenes, but apparently it wasn't that private, as he later discovered that an old man could see him. "He goes, 'Steve McQueen used to do that,'" Efron said. "He just looked like he had a lot of wisdom and I was like, 'Really, Steve McQueen did that?' He's like, ''Yeah, I saw him do that,' and then he goes, 'Don't do too many because you'll get sweaty.'" Ha!

These two are just friends, alright.

Kylie Jenner tried to hide behind a flannel shirt as she left The Commons entertainment complex in Calabasas with Jaden Smith and his sister Willow on Sunday.

Although the duo has been spotted together on countless occasions, the reality star still insists that the two are just friends. They've even introduced each other to their families. In addition to Kylie hanging out with Willow, Jaden spends quality time with the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Khloe Kardashian Instagrammed a picture on Saturday of Jaden locking eyes with Kourtney's daughter Penelope during an intense staring contest. "That awkward moment when you realize you're in the middle of a major stare down between Jaden and P. #Awwwwkward," she captioned the shot.



The youngest Jenner child recently told Seventeen magazine that she would love to take a romantic boyfriend to her upcoming high school prom.

"I don't have a boyfriend, but I do really want that boyfriend prom experience," she said. "I would want to go with someone who's not afraid or doesn't think that he's too cool to show up at my house with a rose corsage. It would be nice for the guy to come over and be respectful and nice while my mom takes prom pics."

Jaden sounds like he fits the bill!

"But if I couldn't find a boyfriend, I would want to go with one of my best guy friends, like Jaden," she told the mag. "I know I'd have fun with him. He makes me laugh and he is a great dancer."

This family just gets cuter by the day.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick took their adorable tots to brunch at Label's Table Delicatessen on Sunday in Woodland Hills, Calif.

Kourt carried barefoot baby Penelope in her arms while holding on to Mason's hand. Mason, in turn, grabbed his Despicable Me minions plush doll.

It looks like the laid-back parents let Mase dress himself. Their son wore tight white sweats with blue stars, which matched his blue tee that read "brother bear." Meanwhile, sister bear had on a white tunic with polka dot tights.

Their mom sported black overall shorts on top of a white long-sleeve, while their dad donned a grey tee with black jeans.

According to Life & Style magazine, the couple, who has resisted family pressure to wed although they've been in a relationship for the last seven years, are interested in having a small, intimate wedding at their close friend Joe Francis' resort in Punta Mita, Mexico. They vacationed at Casa Aramara as a family in January.

Kourt, a far cry from her more high-maintenance sister Kim, would make a stunning beach bride!

Josh Duhamel and Fergie snuck in some quality time together on a lunch date at Brentwood's Gaucho Grill on Saturday. They later ran errands in town and Josh stopped to chat with the locals.

The proud papa recently posted an adorable snap of his boy Axl wearing a tuxedo bib. "I'd like to thank the academy for this excellent bib," Josh captioned the Instagram pic, which he posted on Oscar Sunday.



When she's not sharing pictures of her son, Fergie is busy working out. The songstress has somehow manged to get her pre-baby body back a mere six months after giving birth. She recently posted a smoldering black and white clip of herself lying seductively in bed wearing nothing but her Calvin Klein undies. Hot stuff!

Since she couldn't open her mouth to stick her tongue out in Marc Jacobs' high fashion spring 2014 campaign ads, Miley Cyrus opted to purse her lips together instead.

The pouty look makes for some striking images. The campaign also features two other models who serve as background props for Miley. All three look lost and forlorn in jewel-toned frocks that cover up their entire bodies -- a far cry from the singer's usual raunchy fashions. The somber tone of the photos is further enhanced by the gloomy beach backdrop.



"We wanted this beach with the girls kind of sulky and broody, and we thought it would be cool if it was Miley with what could be two friends, feeling distant and quite dark," Jacobs said.

After the designer's go-to photographer Juergen Teller refused to shoot the controversial starlet, David Sims stepped up to bat.

Unlike his photog, Jacobs said he adores Miley.

"There's nothing I don't like about her," he said. "She is just genuine and very natural."

There must be another side to Miley, after all.

Pamela Anderson has always been a Malibu beach babe.

The former Baywatch star stripped down to daisy dukes that barely covered her assets and a cleavage-bearing white cardigan as the temperatures heated up in Los Angeles. Pam stepped out to lunch with her new husband, Rick Salomon, and teen sons with ex-hubby Tommy lee, Brandon and Dylan.

While Pamela showed off her toned legs, Rick covered up in a black hoodie, sweats and fisherman's hat. The pair recently remarried after calling it quits following their Las Vegas nuptials in 2007. They separated two months later.

Although dressed revealingly, she was much more conservative than in her recent PETA burlesque commercial, which debuted on Valentine's Day, in which she cuddled up naked to her dog.
