The actor and the British beauty are already parents to daughter Faith, 19 months.

The couple attended the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscar party in West Hollywood on Sunday, and the veteran TV star was seen rubbing his lady love's growing baby belly.

The Frasier star is also dad to Spencer, 30, Greer, 22, Mason, 12, and Jude, 9, from previous relationships.

The pair have been planning on a big brood all along, too!

"I think we'll have at least two more, if not three or four. I think it's a great way to live a life," he told Access Hollywood in an interview back in August 2012.

"We're having a super, super small, intimate wedding," she told Seacrest.

"As we go along, we're realizing we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking."

Hayden Panettiere, who is gearing up to walk down the aisle to fiance Wladimir Klitschko, modeled a number of bevy of gorgeous wedding gowns for the cover of Brides magazine's April/May issue. For the cover, the Nashville actress donned a strapless beaded column gown by Naeem Khan.

"When eyes have been on me in the past, it's been because of an event, where people see me as a persona, as Hayden Panettiere the actress," the 24-year-old star told Brides. "For the aisle, you're the purest, most emotionally stripped down version of yourself, sharing this raw moment with the most important people in your life. It seems very overwhelming!"

For her big day, the petite star says she wants it to be, "classic, beautiful, and elegant, but I also want it to be fun! And I love color, so that will play a big part."

In October, Panettiere, who previously dated Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia and Laguna Beach actor Stephen Colletti, announced her engagement to the 37-year-old Ukrainian boxer and said that the proposal was "very sweet and simple and genuine."

"It wasn't about being overwhelmed by fireworks or a mariachi band," Panettiere told the mag. "I think it's amazing when people do that, but I like that mine was simple and from the heart."

The actress and athlete split for a short period of time in 2012 but reconciled in January 2013.
