Just when you thought their story was over and done with!

Chris Brown can't seem to decide between two women, and he has apparently switched sides yet again! The much maligned singer has reportedly dumped current lady love Karrueche Tran to rekindle a past romance with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

This comes as sort of a surprise since it was Tran who stuck with Brown during his tumultuous legal issues and even his 90-day rehab stint, where he'll remain for two more months with his bipolar disorder diagnosis at the center of it. Despite all that's going on, Chris received a glowing report from his rehab facility and he is working on a duet with pop's newest star Ariana Grande, so it seems like things are going in his favor.

Rihanna has been recently linked with Drake yet again ... maybe that's what made Breezy come running back? And wonder how Karrueche's handling all this?

The 29th Annual Independent Spirit Awards took place last night in Santa Monica where a slew of celebs celebrate their peer's on-screen achievements in the indie world and quite a few came away with something for their troubles.

12 Years A Slave was the night's biggest winner with five total wins while Blue Jasmine and Dallas Buyer's Club weren't too far behind.

Angelina Jolie narrowly avoided disaster in her black, silk chiffon, floor-length dress at the Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica today. Fortunately beau Brad Pitt was at her side as she tripped over her long, flowing dress in beautiful, gold stilettos.

Crisis averted ...

Angelina was on hand to support Brad's film 12 Years a Slave, nominated for Best Feature. As producer of the film, Brad's project is up for seven awards in all, including Best Director for Steve McQueen and three acting awards.

Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale welcomed a baby boy on Friday, a source tells X17online. Still no word on the name, but we have a feeling the proud parents will be letting the world know sooner or later -- and given their history, it's gonna be a unique one!

Last month Gwen revealed that she was expecting a boy, and she uploaded a photo of herself wearing a crown and wrote, "I was ready to hand over the crown. But I guess I am still queen of the house. #itsaboy #surroundedbyboys."

The couple have been married for 11 years, and this is their third son; they are already parents to sons Kingston, 7, and Zuma, 5. Congrats!

Chris Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court on Friday for a progress hearing regarding his assault case against Rihanna, and it was revealed that one of the reasons for the singer's violent behavior is that he's been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

According to court documents, "Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD." Though the cause of the PTSD is never explained, we're guessing it stems from Brown's childhood, as the R&B singer previously revealed that he grew up in a violent household.

Brown is now on regular doses of medication, and the rehab facility states that he has learned relaxation exercises and he's tested negative for drugs, including marijuana. And not only that, but the facility says he has been getting up early and putting in a lot of time with community service, adding, "Mr. Brown's attitude has been beyond exemplary in regard to his community service responsibilities."

Brown was ordered to stay in rehab for two more months, but it sounds like he has made lots of progress -- good for him!

They may not even be engaged yet, but Bradley Cooper and girlfriend Suki Waterhouse have been joined at the hip lately, so we had to ask him about it when we caught him at the gym the other day!

B. Coop seemed amused with the question, but rather than answering, he rolled up the window of his Mercedes SUV and drove off. Such a heartbreaker! Maybe a better question to ask would be whether American Hustle will sweep the Oscars this year? Bradley is nominated for Best Supporting Actor (the rest of the cast is nominated for Lead and Supporting roles as well, and the film is nominated for Best Picture), so there's a good chance it could!

It may have felt like a hurricane hit Los Angeles yesterday, but Reese Witherspoon wasn't letting the rain get her down!

Reese and hubby Jim Toth grabbed lunched with some pals in Venice, and after that we spotted the couple trying to stay dry near their home in Brentwood. Though we're pretty sure Reese will be attending the Oscars tomorrow, she won't be presenting.

But maybe she'll be back on the podium next year or the one after? With Devil's Knot, which will be released on May 9, and the big screen adaptation of Wild, which comes out later this year, Reese is involved with some projects that have the potential to snag at least a few nominations!

Scarlett is the youngest recipient of this award, and past winners include Dustin Hoffman and Meryl Streep. ScarJo voices the character of a personal operating system in Spike Jonze's film Her, which is nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars. It's been getting a LOT of critical acclaim -- think it'll win?
