Is she or isn't she engaged?! Mena Suvari is denying engagement rumors after posting Instagram pics of what looks like an engagement ring. The American Beauty star celebrated her 35th birthday with close friends and boyfriend Salvador Sanchez on Thursday night. The twice divorced actress posted a video of a diamond ring given to her by boyfriend Salvador Sanchez on Thursday.

Along with the video of the bauble, the 35-year-old posted the caption, "Ummmmmmmmmmm....... kinda dying over this @Salsancheztat2s. I just want to keep watching it reflect in the candlelight. #bestbirthdaygiftever."

The Instagram post sent her followers into a tizzy, thinking that the actress was engaged yet again. However, Mena later clarified that the diamond ring was not an engagement ring.

"#eternityband #notaproposal," she wrote in the comments section.

Later, the Loser actress posted a pic of the duo and professed her love for her tattoo artist beau, Thank you my #sweetsoulsal @salsancheztat2s for a beautiful birthday, today! I LOVE YOU!!!" She added, "Thank you for being so beautiful to me and loving me unconditionally and purely!"

And earlier this morning our cameras caught Mena (with her eternity ring on her right hand!) chatting away on her phone as she waited for her car at a Los Angeles car wash.

It appears as if the star really isn't engaged yet -- but things certainly seem to be headed that way!

The couple are already parents to 15-month-old Noah, as well as the 90210 actor's son Kassius from a previous relationship.

The child's name has yet to be released.

Simon Cowell's girlfriend Lauren Silverman is in labor, according to multiple sources for Us Weekly.

Simon reportedly left a taping for Britain's Got Talent in the U.K. on Friday and hopped on a private jet to New York to be by his baby mama's side. Hopefully he made it in time!

Back in July the news broke that Simon was expecting his first child with Lauren, who was married at the time. No biggie! Lauren quickly divorced her hubby Andrew, with whom she has a 7-year-old child, and she's been cozying up with Simon ever since. The lovebirds enjoyed a vacation to St. Barth over the holidays, and though the couple have yet to announce an engagement or wedding plans, it seems like they're still going strong and raising the child in Los Angeles and New York.

“I went to see a scan today and it is just surreal,” Simon told The Times of London back in September when he saw a sonogram of their child for the first time. “You literally see this thing which is now alive moving around. I feel very paternal right now. So, I am very happy.” Aww!
