An new report claims Lady Gaga also "knew" that music producer Dr. Luke was guilty of raping Katy Perry, despite Perry's claim the accusation is untrue.
Stefani Germanotta, aka, Gaga, claimed in a 2017 deposition that Interscope CEO John Janick made the claim in a conversation about taking Kesha on at the music label. "He said, ‘So you know that Dr. Luke raped Katy Perry, too?'" Gaga testified. Janick's attorney denied his client ever said that.
Court documents show Gaga testifying she had enough knowledge of what it is to be a survivor of sexual abuse to know that Kesha was a victim and as for why Perry didn't agree to come forward with her own Dr. Luke story, Gaga texted Kesha: "U are really strong standing up to him, she’s not as strong as u yet."
This is all part of Kesha's sexual assault suit against Dr. Luke, filed in 2014 and dismissed. Luke has countersued Kesha and it's still ongoing.
This most recent revelation regarding Lady Gaga's supposed knowledge of Luke's misconduct against Perry elicited this statement from the music producer's attorneys:
"Being passionate about a topic that concerns us all is admirable. However, Lady Gaga has no knowledge of what happened on the night at issue because she was not there. The actual evidence shows, among other things: Kesha got kicked out of a party after drinking too much and vomiting. As an act of kindness, Dr. Luke offered to allow her to sleep in his hotel suite, a few blocks away. Kesha slept on the bed in the hotel suite, while Dr. Luke separately slept on the couch. Dr. Luke testified under oath that he did not have any contact with Kesha. Kesha herself admitted under oath that she has absolutely no memory of Dr. Luke even being in the hotel room. Kesha has no memory of Dr. Luke engaging in inappropriate contact with her because it did not happen."

The model posted these two AMAZING snaps to Instagram yesterday -- flaunting her loveliness in a yellow snakeskin-pattern bikini, obviously in an idyllic tropical locale. Where is she? The comedian, who ditched his Oscars hosting gig after homophobic Tweets from a few years back were exposed, is now trying to make good on past mistakes, it seems. Kart posted the above on Instagram following a horrible hate crime attack on openly-gay Empire actor Jussie Smollett.
Clearly, Hart thought he'd win over some of the people who criticized him previously, but many of those were only further incited by what they read as a failed attempt at appearing to support the LGBT community and instead being insensitive.
Kevin wrote: "Sending prayers your way @jussiesmollett ….This is unbelievably sad. Why are we going backwards….this is disgusting. We as people have to do better. WTF is going on the world???? Why are we falling in love with hate???? God damn it people….Choose love…I repeat…Choose love. I will forever choose love and I will continue to teach my kids how to do the same. Stand strong brother."
Some people take issue with Kevin now flipping sides, whereas he previously Tweeted jokes about "beating" his son if he found out he were gay. Tweeters suggested attacks like this are exactly why Hart's previous "jokes" weren't funny ...

Kourtney Kardashian did dinner with family friend Stephanie Shepherd last night at Craig's -- Hollywood's go-to spot to see and be seen.
And we have a question ... speaking of being seen -- WHY would Kourtney wear such an ugly outfit when she KNOWS she's going to be photographed?! Which leads us to question numerous of her recent fashion choices montaged below.
This is all the in past two weeks, folks! Her sense of style has suddenly gone out the window!
Steph Shep, known for her impeccable sense of style, was perhaps consulting Kourt over a meat-and-potatoes dinner and we hope to GOD she was giving KK a serious talking-to about her sheer madness as of late, her wide-legged wackiness, and her too-dressed-down-for-her-own good look the other day.
Step it up, Kourtney! You've got it in you, so why not go all out like you used to!

Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop may not have advice on this one ...
The 46-year-old actress is being sued for $3.1 million by a Utah doctor who claims Paltrow crashed into him while skiing in Deer Valley, Utah in February 2016.
Terry Sanderson alleges Paltrow was "skiing out of control," hit him in the back and then "got up, turned and skied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying in the snow, seriously injured." Sanderson also alleges Gwen's ski instructor Eric Christiansen filed a false report to protect his client, claiming Paltrow didn't cause the crash.
The doctor says he has "permanent traumatic brain injury," suffered four broken ribs, pain, suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, emotional distress and disfigurement. Sanderson gave a press conference on Tuesday and said he remembers feeling that his "brain felt like novocaine" after the accident: "I felt really numb."
Meanwhile, Gwyneth's attorneys released a statement saying: "This lawsuit is completely without merit. Anyone who reads the facts will realize that."

Kourtney Kardashian has got a new man! She dumped Younes Bendjima, 25, for apparently cheating on her and then went on to another male model and family friend Luka Sabbat, 21. Now she's traded him in for a fellow Hillsong follower and NON-famous dude David Dee Duron.
Kourt and Duron -- who's the oldest of KK's recent conquests at an elderly 26 years old! -- were spotted on a dinner date the other night at Nobu Malibu. The couple were beaming as they exited the restaurant -- Kourtney wearing a decidedly dressed-down nylon windbreaker and black PVC straight-leg pants and Duron in jeans.
Duron hails from Miami where he attends Hillsong sister church Vous and apparently he made it out to LA for some reason and hit up Hillsong, where he met Kourt. Despite the romantic look the two had in their eyes as they left dinner, a source tells People magazine, the two haven't "gone there" yet: "It’s just friendship now. They met through the church and they have a lot of mutual friends. But for now, it’s just a friendly relationship. He’s a lot younger than her, so there’s an age difference. He’s about 12 years younger than her. But he’s very mature. He’s a serious Christian and so is she, and there’s definitely some chemistry there. They could turn into something in the future, but it hasn’t happened yet."
When we spotted Kourtney at the dry cleaners yesterday, she was all puffed up in a grey puffer jacket and sweats, again -- when we saw her previously, with sis Kendall at a late-night cosmetic dermatology appointment in Beverly Hills, she was sporting a similar look. Perhaps dating a regular guy gives Kourtney some relief from having to look super-fashionable all the time. We don't mind the sweats/no makeup look on her and she certainly looks more comfortable!

The Apple didn't fall far from the tree! Coldplay rocker Chris Martin was on daddy duty Monday, taking his kids Moses, 12, and Apple, 14, for an after-school snack. And we can't help but notice how strikingly similar Apple looks to mom Gwyneth Paltrow ... she's the actress' mini-me!
The trio picked up some $8 pastries at tony Farm Shop at the Brentwood Country Mart ... what? Did you think these kids eat Goldfish crackers?!
The young teen tied up her tee into a crop, with her high-waisted jeans and a little dose of makeup. You think all those beauty products are from mom's Goop?

After a filling sushi lunch the other day, Angelina Jolie took half of her brood to Staples for some art supplies. Stars, they're just like us!
The mother-of-six took 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox and 14-year-old daughter Zahara to the office supply store to load up on poster board, markers, stickers and ... maybe staples? ... for some arts and crafts projects at home. Funny -- we've photographed Angie many, many times over the years going to art stores with the kids and buying up tons of materials. It's obviously her go-to project, even at the kids get older. And arts and crafts are great, but we never see these kids outdoors! We never see them playing soccer, going to basketball practice, hiking with the dogs, going to the beach.
We get that Angelina's one of the most famous people on the planet, but so is Kim Kardashian and her kids do those things. Which leads us to question ... does Angelina keep these kids a little too close to home? Are they a bit sheltered? Do they even get to interact with other kids, particularly if they're all homeschooled? Just curious!
