The No Doubt frontwoman hasn't been letting her growing baby bump interfere with her signature chic fashions. Gwen looked fierce while heading to her regular acupuncture appointment on Friday in Los Angeles. She donned a tan coat over a pair of tight pants and a long top. Her black and gold scarf and peep toe leopard print stilettos added edge to the look.

The singer is collaborating with Burton Snowboards on a new line of winter wear. She also just launched a collection called Design with Purpose with 7 for All Mankind's Michael Glasser.

The usually upbeat Heidi Klum looked gloomy while visiting a hair salon on Friday in West Hollywood.

Despite some much-needed pampering, the supermodel left the Andy Lecompte Salon as sad as she had walked in. Adding to the somber look was the fact that she wore head-to-toe black. Heidi donned black jeans, a long tee, coat and high tops.

The Project Runway host met with her ex Martin Kristen earlier this week to dissolve his employment contract after their breakup. Martin lived with Heidi and her four children and worked as their bodyguard.

The pair reportedly split earlier this year. Rumors surfaced a few weeks ago that they had called it quits after a year and a half of dating.

The actress looked casual and chic while shopping with her youngest daughter Friday evening in Beverly Hills. The mom of two wore a black coat over a dress and black tights. She styled the look with her favorite navy blue wide-brimmed hat and combat boots -- mixing feminine and masculine aesthetics.

Her little girl, Haven, on the other hand, wore a black polka dotted goose down jacket, pink leggings, pink rain boots and a blue bow in her hair.

Instead of just making Valentine's Day a romantic holiday, Jess told E! she also plans to spend Feb. 14 with her daughters. Her girls will make Valentines for their dad before she and hubby Cash Warren head out for dinner.

"It is more of a romantic date-night situation, but it's nice to do a little crafty something with the kids," she said. "We'll always do something fun (with them)!"

Michael Jackson's estate reportedly owes $702 million in federal taxes and penalties for undervaluing the star's assets and legacy by hundreds of millions of dollars.

According to documents filed with the U.S. Tax Court, Jackson's estate set his net worth after his death in 2009 at slightly more than $7 million. The Internal Revenue Service, on the other hand, placed it at $1.125 billion. Meanwhile, the estate said his image and likeness were valued at $2,105 and the IRS determined it was worth $434 million.

The IRS said Jackson's return was so erroneous that it qualified for a "gross valuation misstatement penalty," which would double the usual 20% penalty for underpayment. However, the estate won't need to pay any fees unless the court rules in favor of IRS claim.

A rep for the Jackson estate told Reuters that the IRS's appraisal values "were based on speculative and erroneous assumptions unsupported by the facts or law" and that the estate has paid $100 million in taxes.

Charlize Theron and her beau, Sean Penn, visited a nail parlor on Friday in West Hollywood. The power couple has been inseparable since they began dating a few months ago. When he's not watching the South African stunner get a pedicure, he's watching after her adorable son Jackson. The duo is reportedly talking about marriage plans already.



Charlize went makeup-free for the outing, hiding behind her sunglasses, wallet, phone and black flats. She opened up later in the day while taking Jackson to the Grove to see The Lego Movie. Sean, who has two older children of his own with ex-wife Robin Wright, didn't join her for the movie, but Charlize's mom tagged along for the Lego adventure.

Weight loss queen Jessica Simpson revealed her new svelte frame in an Instagram shot on Friday.

The mother of two, who gave birth to her son Ace last June, looked fit as a fiddle in the photo.

"Too proud to sit down!! Behind the scenes of my new commercial. Thanks @weightwatchers," Jessica captioned the black and white behind-the-scenes pic in which she stands behind a chair labeled with her name. Proud is an understatement!

Jess reportedly signed a multi-million dollar Weigh Watchers contract while pregnant with her first child, daughter Maxwell, who was born in May 2012. After her first ad ran in December, she announced that she was expecting again. The endorsement deal was put on the back burner until after Ace's birth last year.

Jessica told Good Morning America in January that she's inspired to lose weight for her baby girl. She also said that motherhood has filled her with newfound confidence.

"I want her to look up to me and be like me," the fashion mogul said. "I don't want to give her any false perception of what is real and what's important. It is important to really know yourself and love yourself."

The holy trifecta of sexiness was in full force on Friday when sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian stepped out to lunch at Maria's Italian Kitchen in Tarzana where they filmed their reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The girls wore matching ensembles in signature head-to-to black. While all three donned faded black skinny jeans, Kim and Khloe spiced up the casual looks with peekaboo blouses. Kim's top had cutouts that showed off her breasts and Khloe's was sheer, revealing her bra.



To keep in shape after giving birth to daughter North in June, Kim has been exercising nonstop. Her latest workout? Pole dancing! After lunch with family, the reality star hit the studio in the evening for a fun workout with friends Larsa Pippen and Blac Chyna. In a photo she posted on Instagram, Kim and the gals extend their toned legs, covered in fishnet stockings, on the pole. They exited the studio with sky-high stilettos in hand.



With her wedding reportedly in May and Valentine's Day around the corner, Kim seems to be preparing for the home stretch.

Woody Allen penned a New York Times op-ed of his own in response to his adopted daughter Dylan Farrow's open letter accusing him of sexually abusing her at age 7.

The legendary director denied the allegations and suggested that his ex-wife, Mia Farrow, was behind them.

Of course, I did not molest Dylan. I loved her and hope one day she will grasp how she has been cheated out of having a loving father and exploited by a mother more interested in her own festering anger than her daughter's well-being. Being taught to hate your father and made to believe he molested you has already taken a psychological toll on this lovely young woman.

Woody and Mia adopted Dylan, who's now 28, when she was 2. In the letter, the "Blue Jasmine" director even said his estranged daughter is not at fault because he's sure that she genuinely believes she's been abused.

Not that I doubt Dylan hasn't come to believe she’s been molested, but if from the age of 7 a vulnerable child is taught by a strong mother to hate her father because he is a monster who abused her, is it so inconceivable that after many years of this indoctrination the image of me Mia wanted to establish had taken root?

Allen wrote that Mia fabricated the accusation to punish him for his relationship with Soon-Yi Previn, the 19-year-old Farrow adopted with her ex-husband Andre Previn who Allen married in 1997. Investigators cleared Allen of the sexual abuse allegation in 1992 and Mia raised them the following year during their custody battle.

Mia called my sister in a rage and said, "He took my daughter, now I'll take his."

In the concluding sentence, Woody says the article will be his "final word on this entire matter" and no one will be responding further on his behalf.

Dylan, on the other hand, has responded to his piece, which ran online on Friday, with a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

Once again, Woody Allen is attacking me and my family in an effort to discredit and silence me - but nothing he says or writes can change the truth. For 20 years, I have never wavered in describing what he did to me. I will carry the memories of surviving these experiences for the rest of my life.
