Miley Cyrus covers the March issue of Vogue Germany, and not only does she look like Marilyn Monroe in the cover shots, but she goes totally topless in one of the interior photos! First W Magazine and now this? Hello boobies!

Mario Testino snapped the photos for the fashion glossy, and Miley tweeted, "very xxxited about this cover ... blonde angel #mariotestino #germanvogue." While we're sure Miley is going to receive some criticism from the haters, a) the photos are artsy and classy and b) her tatas look fantastic, so we've got no complaints!

Justin Bieber certainly shows no signs of slowing down!

Despite his recent DUI arrest, the 19-year-old has been jetting setting around the country and partying wherever he goes. Currently in Atlanta, the controversial popstar joined Diddy for the rapper's Ciroc party at the Vanguish Lounge. And it doesn't look like the underage, recently-arrested-for-a-DUI singer was drinking soda!

At one point during the bash, the Biebs could't help but strip down to his bare chest. That Canadian likes to take off his shirt more even more than the strippers he hangs out with!

T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Rick Ross, Lil Scrappy and Trinidad James were also at Diddy's soiree.

It seems like Bieber's latest fling is still hanging on -- Chantel Jeffries was also spotted at the party.

Yesterday, the "Boyfriend" singer tweeted, “Back in my second home. Good to be back. Focused on building up positive energy.”

We don't know exactly why JB is in Hotlanta but it's where his mentor Usher lives and he might be there to seek some career guidance after his recent troubles. Doesn't look like it's working!

The "Beauty and the Beat" singer also posted another Instagram pic where it appears as though the too-young-to-legally-consume-alcohol singer is drinking a glass of wine with the caption, "Classy night #painting."

January has dated a bevy of high-profile men including Ashton Kutcher, Jim Carrey, Sean William-Scott, Josh Groban, Jeremy Piven, Adrian Brody and Jason Sudeikis (her rumored baby daddy) -- but we haven't seen her with a man by her side (other than Xander of course) for a while now. Maybe she's finally ready for a new relationship -- which is perfect timing for Valentine's Day!

Ashton Kutcher appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and after chatting about investing in mobile apps and destination weddings, the 35-year-old actor finally addressed the nasty remarks Charlie Sheen has made about him over the last few weeks.

Back in January Charlie famously tweeted about Ashton's acting on Two and a Half Men (as you know, Ashton replaced Charlie three years ago after the Anger Management star basically went off the deep end), and he wrote, "Quit barfing on my old brilliant show."

Ashton hadn't really spoken out about the comment -- until now! Jimmy started off by sweetly asking how life on set is, to which Ashton replied, "We're in the third year I've been there now, and I feel like I'm at home." Jimmy then said, "Every day when you go into work, do they say, 'Thank you for not being Charlie'?"

"I'm trying to, like, skew towards where Charlie was at when he left," Ashton joked. "I'm just trying to, like, edge in that direction." However, Ashton immediately made a very unfiltered and public plea to Charlie and exclaimed:

"Dude, shut the f*ck up! Seriously! Like enough already. Like, it's like, three years later and you're still blowing me up on Twitter. Come on dude, really?"

Seems like that struck a chord with Chuckles, because earlier today he tweeted an apology and wrote, "Ashton, message received. so sorry, u sounded like me! well done! my bad I was pissed at other crap & took it out on you. hope u r good xox c."

It's been ten years since Mean Girls became one of our fav movies of all time, and even though she's reportedly a pain in the butt to work with, Lindsay Lohan is apparently still on good terms with her former co-star Daniel Franzese!

The two ran into each other at Bodega Negra at the Dream Downtown on Wednesday, and Lohan posted the above pic and wrote, "@whatsupdanny #soquiche #werknyc."

A source told Us Weekly of the pair's reunion, "They spotted each other across the restaurant and chatted for a while before walking out together, they gave hugs and went their separate ways, they both looked really happy to see each other! Everyone was so excited to see Cady and Damian reunite again and pose for pictures."

On Wednesday Kim and Khloe Kardashian shot scenes for Keeping Up With The Kardashians from their white Mercedes SUV, and Kim babbled on and on about something while Khloe squinted and tried to focus on the road. Typical...

Rachel Zoe grabbed dinner at Craig's in Hollywood last night, and the celebrity stylist seemed to be enjoying herself despite missing her favorite time of the year in the Big Apple!

The designer was forced to skip New York Fashion Week and cancel her new collection's show because her infant son is too young to make the trip.

"While I look forward to New York Fashion Week each season, I've made the difficult decision to move our fall 2014 runway show from Feb. 13 in New York to a later date in Los Angeles. As a new mother, my newborn son is too young to travel with me and I'm unable to leave him for the amount of time required to appropriately prepare for the show in New York," she said in a statement.

We never thought we'd see the day RZ would choose family over fashion!

Nope! It's not Throwback Thursday -- supermodel and mom-of-one Doutzen Kroes just announced via Instagram that she was pregnant with her second child. Congrats lady!

"This is not a #throwbackthursday this is now! So happy to share with you that we are expecting."

The Victoria’s Secret model announced the happy news by posting the caption along with a black and white nude photograph on Thursday morning.

The 29-year-old stunner has a three-year-old son with her DJ husband Sunnery James. The twosome, who began dating back in 2009, tied the knot in their native Netherlands in November 2010. Their son, Phyllon Joy Gorré, was born on January 21 2011.

Last year, the Dutch beauty talked about her changing body and the cutthroat modeling industry, saying, "I'm not a sample size at all ... I'm 28 and I've had a baby. If they think I'm too fat, I'd rather not do the job - because I am super-healthy and fit and I'm so happy the way I am."

She certainly looks amazing to us!
