All the celebs are in to e cigarettes these days! Christina Milian lunched at Clafoutis in West Hollywood on Wednesday -- and she couldn't help but puff on an e cigarette during the business meeting.

Wearing an oversized white sweater, jean short shorts and furry boots, the singer lunched with friends while meeting with actor Oskar Rivera to promote Platinum E Hookah.

Other celebs who have been hitting the e cigarettes are Katherine Heigl, Katy Perry, Lindsay Lohan, John Cusack, Jack Nicholson, Leonardo DiCaprio and so many more!

Amid reports that she is suffering from the autoimmune disease Lupus, Selena Gomez headed to a Los Angeles doctor's office on Thursday morning. While the 21-year-old has not confirmed that she has Lupus -- sources close to her have said she's been battling the disease since she was a teen and that complications from Lupus are the reason that the "Come and Get It" singer cancelled the Australian and Asian legs of her "Stars Dance" tour in December.

On Dec. 20, 2013, Selena cancelled her tour, writing, "My fans are so important to me and I would never want to disappoint them," Gomez said in the statement. "But it has become clear to me and those close to me that after many years of putting my work first, I need to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be."

Selena's alleged bout with Lupus, which is two to three times more likely to be diagnosed in Hispanic women, is shedding a light on the disease that attacks, inflames and damages the body's cells and tissues. Currently, there is no known cure for the illness, however most people afflicted with it live a normal life span with periods of remission and episodes of inflammation -- often aggravated by stress and exhaustion.

Despite her rumored Lupus and her break up with bad boy Justin Bieber, Selena has been looking healthy and happy publicly. Let's hope all is well with the young star!

First there were rumors he was dating older woman Selena Gomez and now Austin Mahone hanging out with younger gal Kylie Jenner. What a little ladies man! Maybe Austin really is the next Bieber?!

On Wednesday night the team dreams hung out at Austin's pre-Super Bowl concert in New York City. During this concert at Bryant Park, the "Mmm Yeah" singer, who previously opened for Taylor Swift's Red Tour, took the stage with three male back-up dancers and a DJ.

The 16-year-old reality star posted an Instagram pic with the heartthrob with the caption,"Great night with @AustinMahone at his @flavorsplash #PEPCITY concert #makeasplash."

Despite rumors that he is dating Justin Bieber's ex, the 17-year-old popstar told People magazine on Wednesday that, "We're just friends."

"She's really cool...I mean, I think she's really pretty but every time I'm in L.A., she's like, 'Hey you're in L.A., lets hang out.' So it's cool."

We have no idea what "So it's cool" actually means -- but it sounds like something is brewing with Austin and Selena. But with the pics of Austin and Kylie floating about, let's hope Selena isn't the jealous type!

Justin Bieber might not have been drunk the night of his DUI arrest in Miami on January 23, but he definitely wasn't sober, either!

In fact, the toxicology report just came back, and the singer had THC and alprazolam, which is the key ingredient in Xanax, in his system, TMZ reports. The good news is that the Canadian crooner tested negative for other drugs like cocaine and opiates.

In the official police report, The Biebs told officers that his mom Patti Malette was the one who had supplied him with the anti-anxiety medication. JB also confessed that he had been smoking weed all night in the studio.

He might have been a disrespectful brat during the incident, but at least he didn't lie!

Leonardo DiCaprio's 6-year-old niece, Normandie Farrar, is currently missing amid accusations that her father, her father, Adam Farrar, who is DiCaprio's oldest sibling, has abducted her. Farrar has been accused of concealing the missing child, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The situation is even messier since Farrar was arrested in Texas on drug counts and Farrar's girlfriend, Charity Moore, was also arrested a week before him on two counts of possession of a dangerous drug, theft and a misdemeanor involving a parent contributing to the child's failure to attend school, according to her Collin County Jail arrest record. The couple are apparently both still being held at the correctional facility, according to a spokesman for the sheriff's office.

Where Normandie is and who Normandie is with is still unknown. The child has not been seen since Saturday of last week.

However, Rachell Costin, a younger sister of Charity, said to the Daily Mail: "I can definitely let you know that she's safe."

While it is unclear if Normandie is with another relative, Rachell said: "I can't tell anyone that information, I wish I could, but I definitely want to let you know she is safe, so that way you don't report maybe she's still missing and report wrong information. "

We hope this matter gets resolved quickly and that Normandie is healthy and somewhere safe.

Miley Cyrus' Unplugged MTV special aired last night, and although most young pop stars would have been intimidated to perform with the one-and-only Madonna, the 21-year-old seemed at ease and even took the liberty of tapping the icon's behind!

"I SPANKED @Madonna (hard) (and she liked it)," she tweeted.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer and Queen Madge belted out some of the biggest hits from both of their various albums, and let's just say the twerking queen was starstruck by the pop icon!

"That was pretty f**king cool, you guys. It sounds super-lame, but as a pop star it's pretty cool performing with Madonna... Today was one of those days that it was really easy to get out of bed, put on a bikini and sing with Madonna," Miss Cyrus told the crowd.

The whole night was a Western-theme in honor of the Tennessee native!
