Girlfriend just LOOOVES her Jack in the Box!

On Friday morning X17 photographers snapped a camera-shy Selena Gomez grabbing some grub at the fast food joint, and after her night out with fellow former Disney darling Demi Lovato. We're guessing the ladies had quite a bit of fun catching up and chatting about current events ... like Selena's ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber getting popped for a D.U.I. in Miami at 4am on Thursday!

We're not sure why she had a particular need to visit the drive-thru before noon, but Selena has admitted in the past that she's not the healthiest eater. Back in June of 2011 when she was hospitalized after her appearance on The Tonight Show, she told Texas DJ Kidd Kraddick that malnutrition was one of the reasons for her collapse.

"I do eat. The problem is I don't eat right," she said. "I love everything that's possibly not good for me." Selena added that her mom tries to keep her on the right track. "She's definitely shoving vitamins down my mouth and following me around," she said. "But at the same time, I was a stubborn kid, so I got to eat whatever I wanted. I have to have creamed spinach or cheese on my broccoli. I have to have something that makes it not healthy ... I love M&Ms, Kit Kats, Snickers and Goobers at the movies."

Malin Akerman took son Sebastian to the park in L.A. yesterday, and her little boy became fascinated with a passerby's tiny dog as he played on the lawn. Maybe the actress needs to get him a furry friend of his own!

So now I’m getting into the moody. It’s important to have that fine balance and show all your sides. It’s got a bit of an indie, dance feel.”

Last night Hil tweeted a pic of several hands and mini bottles of Fireball and wrote, "#tbt alll the way back to last night in the studio with @christianmedice & @mitchycollins a cinnamon treat after..."

She definitely didn't have cinnamon whiskey in the studio during her Disney days ... we're dying to hear some clips of her latest tunes!

E.J. Johnson hit up 1Oak in West Hollywood last night, and the Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star didn't hold back with his opinions and advice when asked about Justin Bieber!

"He just needs to get it together. I think he just needs some time. He's going through a lot," he told photographers.

Although the 21-year-old is primarily based in NYC, where he attends NYU and studies event management, he does make frequent trips back to Cali to spend time with old pals.

While Justin Bieber may have appeared to be the cock with the walk after his DUI arrest on Thursday morning, it turns out that when the cameras weren't flashing, the Biebs was seen "crying his eyes out" yesterday.

To the public eye, Bieber, who was smiling in his mug shots and even sat on a car waving to fans after being released. seemed to be making light of his arrest. But it appears appears that behind closed doors the singer's emotions over took him. A source is claiming that after the 19-year-old returned to the detention center following his courtroom appearance, he broke down sobbing.

But Bieber may actually have a ray of light in this murky DUI tunnel. Despite reports that Biber's blood alcohol level was .04, TMZ is now claiming that the "Boyfriend" singer's level was actually a .014. The legal limit for anyone 21 and over in Florida is .08, but the Sunshine State has a zero tolerance policy on underage drinkers. The new report that Bieber blew a .014 (anything .02 is considered a DUI for underage drinkers) instead of .04 -- does serious damage to the state's case against JB.

Despite Bieber's popstar status, the Mayor of Miami Beach, Philip Levine insists there would be no special treatment for the star.

"Obviously we don't tolerate DUI or anything like that, I would expect there to be no special treatment for anyone," said Levine.

He's got his back!

Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun took to Twitter yesterday to speak out about the singer's DUI arrest, and it sounds like he's definitely got his client's back!

"@justinbieber love you and I will act in the manner of someone who truly cares. That is all I have to say. Thanks for all those concerned," he wrote.

"Been a long day. Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad," he added.

It sounds like the music manager is trying to let The Biebs know that he's going to take some sort of action...

The 19-year-old "Baby" crooner has always looked to Braun to be a stable force in his life.

"I trust my mom and dad. I trust Scooter with my career; he's always made sure I'm taken care of. That's it," he told The Hollywood Reporter last year.

Scooter better take control of his cash cow!

Kim Kardashian made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday, and she dished about her upcoming wedding to fiance/baby daddy Kanye West.

"We will be getting married this summer, hopefully, in Paris," Kim said after shooting down reports that they will be walking down the aisle at the palace of Versailles. "It's our second home. We spend so much time there, we have an apartment there. We really love it."

When Jimmy asked who was more on top of the planning, Kim said, "I think we're both equally ... I know they think or they say that the guy usually doesn't care and just shows up. Kanye really cares and he's really passionate about it, so it makes my job so much easier ... He knows what he wants and I love that about him." Kim added, "We're kind of taking different roles. He'll take care of the music and I'll take care of seating chart ... So we're making it really easy on each other."

Kim laughed when Jimmy asked if Yeezy would be rapping his vows and she revealed that she will take his last name. "I will probably be Kim Kardashian -- move that to my middle name -- West," she said.

Kim also opened up about family life and little Nori, noting that Khloe is the best babysitter, while Rob is the worst. Kim also chatted about living with her mom while her Bel Air pad is being renovated, which is a bit of an adjustment for Kanye. Jimmy joked that things got so hectic that Bruce Jenner moved out, and rather than an awkward pause, Kim revealed that it was not a surprise (to her, anyway!) that her parents separated.

"They have kind of been living like friends for a very long time," she said. "So I just feel like you know, you want your parents to be happy, I think it was more awkward for them to live together and just not sleep in the same room."
