How does Taylor Swift grocery shop? Wearing tiny shorts and rocking out to music of course!

The Grammy winner picked up some healthy essentials on Friday afternoon at the Whole Foods in Beverly Hills. While shopping, the country crooner stopped by the produce section. So that's how she stays so fit!

At one point Tay even checked out the spices -- maybe bubbly blonde is planning another one of her girls-only baking parties!

Wearing earbuds, the 24-year-old looked like she didn't have a care in the world as she tuned out the other shoppers with some carefully selected music on her iPhone.

The lanky songstress was outfitted in a nautical long-sleeved top, short shorts and of course classic white Keds. Taylor isn't just the spokesperson for Keds -- she's clearly a proud wearer of the tennis shoe! The "22" singer topped the look off with a red lip and adorable headband. Taylor even knows how to knock it out of the park at the grocery store!

An X17 photographer on the scene tell us, "Taylor picked up a lot of healthy things. She was even lip syncing along with the music as she shopped. She seemed pretty happy. And her legs looked amazing. "

But of course we have to wonder just what tunes Taylor was listening to? John Mayer or One Direction?!

All eyes on Beyonce once again -- and it's clear the superstar wouldn't have it any other way. For yesterday's social media Throwback Thursday, Queen B posted a bevy of racy photos from her past on Instagram. And damn, does Beyonce know how to work the camera!

In one pic that was from the 2011 album 4, the songstress gives the camera a steamy look as pushes her cleavage together in an oh-so-tiny white showgirls frock in a wood-paneled bathroom.

In another snap, the 32-year-old shows off her assets from behind in a barely there chain ensemble that's topped off with a golden headpiece.

The "Run the World" singer also posted a pic from a 2011 shoot with W Magazine in which she is hanging upside down in a bondage-style leotard that's guaranteed to delight 50 Shades of Grey fans the world over.

She's been famous for almost half of her life and we have to give it to Bey -- she looked great then, she looks great now and she's probably going to continue to look great for years to come!

Despite his Tuesday arrest, Justin Bieber's friend Lil Za is still staying at the superstar's Calabasas compound. The aspiring rapper was even spotted getting a workout in at the Biebs' Calabasas, Calif., on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Za was arrested for felony drug possession after at Bieber's Calabasas home was raided by police while searching for evidence of a felony egging on his neighbor.

Behind bars, Za was also arrested for vandalism after smashing a phone at the Lost Hills police station. Not a good day for the professional hanger-on!

But it seems like Bieber is not turning his back on his BFF. Despite the trouble, the 19-year-old singer has welcomed his friend back into his home. This move definitely has us wondering if Za is the fall guy for Bieber and his posse. It's definitely a little suspicious to us!

She gets cuter by the day!

Kim Kardashian taped an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres show yesterday, and the reality star took the opportunity to show off recent pictures of her baby girl Nori with the audience.

We seriously can't believe how much the little one looks like both mom and dad!

"She changes all the time. One day she'll look like Kanye, one day she'll look like me. It's so crazy. And her personality is so cute. She is really calm and really quiet," the new mom told the talk show host about her firstborn.

Gwen Stefani has confirmed that she and husband Gavin Rossdale are expecting their third son together!

On Friday Gwen posted a photo of herself wearing a crown on Instagram and wrote, “I was ready to hand over the crown. but I guess I am still queen of the house. #itsaboy #surroundedbyboys."

The little guy will be joining brothers Kingston James McGregor, 7, and Zuma Nesta Rock, 5. Rossdale also has a daughter, Daisy Lowe, 24, from a previous relationship.

Gwen is due to give birth next month ... can't wait to find out what they name their boy!

He put a ring on it!

Johnny Depp popped the question to girlfriend Amber Heard, Us Weekly reports.

"The proposal happened a while ago. She just didn't wear the ring," a source told the mag.

The actress was spotted with a diamond on her ring finger last week, but the famously private couple wouldn't confirm or deny the wedding chatter.

The pair first met on the set of The Rum Diaries and confirmed their relationship in June 2012, shortly after the actor split with longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis.

On Thursday evening Kylie Jenner went to the Esnail nail salon with several friends, and the 16-year-old reality starlet wore a short skirt and a tee-shirt with a growling Rottweiler on it. Rar!

Earlier in the day Kylie stopped by American Vintage in West Hollywood, and this is the second time this week Kylie has gone shopping in the middle of the day, which makes us wonder how much home-schooling is really going on at casa de Kardashian. Kylie may not actually go to class, but during a Google Plus chat the other day, she revealed that she plans on attending a prom this spring!

"I plan on making one of my friends take me to prom," she said. "I feel like I need to go to one. I want to go to one of them."

That's something we never thought we'd say!

Cameron Diaz made an appearance on Dr. Oz on Wednesday to promote The Body Book, and the actress didn't hold back while giving some very interesting tidbits on how to stay regular!

"This is the best way for me to go poop in the morning," she explained while chugging a liter of water. "Water wakes you up."

We're impressed!

"First, I brush my teeth because I don't want to swallow all the bacteria in my teeth from the night before. So I make sure that's gone and then..." she added.

The budding author was probably comfortable with the topic already, because she wrote a whole chapter on it in her health book!

"Let's talk about poop, baby! Yes, you heard me right. Listen, it's a natural and necessary part of being human. Now I know that some people don't like talking about their bowel movements but here's why I'm talking about it: because your poop is a key indicator of your overall health," she wrote.
