Olivia Palermo and her smokin' hot boyfriend Johannes Huebl are engaged!

Huebl confirmed the news with an Instagram video on Wednesday and wrote, "Happy New Year to everybody and this is how we celebrate it: OP said Y E S."

Palermo and Huebl have been dating since 2008 after meeting through mutual friends. The duo are currently vacationing in St. Barth, so it seems as though Huebl popped the question there.

Star Wars creator George Lucas and wife Mellody Hobson stepped out in St. Barth on New Year's Day with their adorable daughter Everest, and seeing as he's 69 years old, he could totally pass as her grandfather!

This is the first time we've seen the couple's five-month-old baby, and though Lucas has three other children, (Amanda, 32; Katie, 25 and Jett, 20), this is his first biological kid. His eldest daughter Amanda was adopted with his first wife Marcia, and in 1983 he adopted Katie and Jett as a single father.

Lucas and Hobson got married in June, and HuffPo reports that Everest was born via a surrogate.

She's such a pro!

Britney Spears is still working out the kinks with her residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, and during her show the other night (only her second one!), one of her costumes totally fell open in the back!

Britney twirled around like nothing had happened, and one of her dancers quickly zipped and/or snapped her back up so she didn't flash the crowd. Instagram user @kay0gee captured the moment on Instagram and wrote, "'Circus' when her dress almost came off."

All eyes on Brit Brit!

Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner partied it up on New Year's Eve together, and the ladies were also joined by Khloe's best friend Malika Haqq. Is it just us or is that a bar behind 16-year-old Kylie? Given her history with getting in to establishments that are usually for the 21-plus crowd, we wouldn't be surprised...

Meanwhile Kim and Kourtney Kardashian are currently in Utah with their baby daddies Kanye West and Scott Disick, and they didn't post any glam party pics, but Kim did remind us (again) what a big year it's been for her by posting a pic of daughter Nori holding her obnoxiously large diamond engagement ring:

Mariah Carey performed on the NBC New Year's Eve special hosted by Carson Daly, and she squeezed her curves into a sexy white dress and struck a pose with hubby Nick Canon. Nick couldn't even be bothered with looking at the camera, as he seemed rather captivated by his wife's cleavage! Mariah wrote, "Happy New Year!!!! 'You like this and you know it.'"

Taylor Swift threw a girls' night at her LA home, and BFF Selena Gomez wasn't there, but Modern Family cutie Sarah Hyland attended the bash and posed for a pic with the hostess.

Meanwhile, Paris and Nicky Hilton went big in Las Vegas, with Miss P DJing at Hyde Bellagio. She tweeted, "Can't wait to rage with you all Tonight at @HydeBellagio! It's going to be an insane night! #YES!" She may have had to work for a little bit, but a source close to P recently told TMZ that she makes between $100,000 and $350,000 per HOUR when she plays a set. Totally worth being on the clock on NYE, if you ask us!

Miley Cyrus performed at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2014 in New York City's Times Square last night, and she sang “Get It Right” and “Wrecking Ball," both from her new Bangerz album. Miley struck a pose with Ryan Seacrest, and though she looks fantastic, she was actually quite sick!

“this cough/cold is not a good combo. please keep praying for me. If I can just get thru tonight I can have a nice lil break,” the 21-year-old singer tweeted earlier in the day.

The show was hosted by Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy and featured performances from Pitbull, Blondie, Capital Cities, Daughtry, Jason Derulo, Fall Out Boy, Florida Georgia Line, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Icona Pop, Enrique Iglesias, Billy Joel, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Robin Thicke and The Fray.

When are they NOT promoting themselves?

The season nine promo picture for Keeping Up With the Kardashians has hit the web, and the ladies are seeing red in a bunch of sexy outfits. Hot!

But noticeably absent were the men of the Kardashian household! Obviously Lamar Odom and Bruce Jenner aren't in the picture (though the upcoming season will likely be all about Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner's marriages breaking down), but where's Scott Disick and Kanye West? And all the adorable children? We were hoping at least for a peek at little miss Nori!

Keeping Up With the Kardashians premieres on January 19, 2014 on E! Will you watch?

Miranda Kerr and her son Flynn stepped out in New York City on New Year's Eve, and the expression on the little boy's face might be the cutest thing we've seen all year! Well, it's a little early for that, but still...

The two left Miranda's N.Y.C. pad and took a ride in a helicopter, so no wonder Flynn was so excited! The Aussie beauty and estranged hubby Orlando Bloom got together for Christmas with their son, so we have a feeling might reunite for NYE as well...
