The X-Factor head hauncho and his lady love haven't been shy with the PDA since they announced they were expecting a child together, but now that the socialite is a free woman, reports claim the British lothario is ready to settle down and make an honest woman out of her!

The music executive has allegedly already purchased an engagement ring for the mother of his future child and may pop the question over the upcoming holidays, a source told People in November.

The Fast & Furious team just posted a touching video montage featuring Paul Walker in some of his most memorable scenes from the action movie, and after watching, it's still hard to believe he's gone.

The actor passed away in a fiery car crash on November 30, and now production on the latest installment of the franchise has been halted so that friends and co-stars have time to grieve the loss.

The clip was set to the song "Coming Home" with vocals by Skylar Grey. A message accompanying the vid asked that in lieu of flowers or other gifts, donations be made to the late star's charity Reach Out Worldwide.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian attended DuJour Magazine's event to honor artist Marc Quinn at Delano Beach Club in Miami last night, and the duo posed for photos and mingled with their fellow celebs.

The soiree was hosted by DuJour Magazine's Jason Binn, Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Dee, and other guests included Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber and Lionel Ritchie. Prior to that, Kim and Kanye headed to Surface Magazine’s DesignDialogues No. 6 with Hans Ulrich Obrist at the Moore Building, and Yeezy and architect Jacques Herzog sat down and spoke at the event.

Obrist served as the moderator between the two, and here are some of our fav Yeezy quotes:

Amanda Bynes has left the Malibu rehab where she has been receiving treatment for mental illness. The actress had been previously hospitalized in the psych ward at UCLA Medical Center.

The troubled starlet was discharged and placed in the care and supervision of her mother, and will reside at the family's L.A.-area home for the foreseeable future while still undergoing outpatient counseling.

According to reports, the former Nickelodeon star's biopolar and schizophrenic conditions have been stabilized with meds and counseling, and she just spoke out for the first time about her progress.

"I am doing very well. I'm doing great, it's been five days since I got out of rehab," she told In Touch.

Fergie and her hubby Josh Duhamel hit the gym on Wednesday, and after that the duo checked on the status of their Brentwood home, which is currently being remodeled. Josh carried his homemade green smoothie in a tupperware container while Fergie Ferg toted a giant box from Pressed Juicery.

While they aren't quite ready to move in to this mansion, Fergie has been able to take it easy at their current pad and take care of the couple's baby box Axl. “I’ve been so blessed to be able to work from home,” she said in a recent interview with ABC Radio. “I mean, I can’t tell you how many times I’m sitting there in a meeting or a conference call or doing approvals online, and I don’t have to get dressed. … I can feed my son. It’s wonderful!”

Yesterday the Glee actress jetted from New York to Los Angeles International Airport, and the night before that she attended the L'Oreal Paris Women of Worth event at The Pierre.

A cheerful Lea chatted with Extra on the red carpet and dished on what she's up to over the holidays. "I have my amazing family with me. My mom and my dad -- we're just going to do something -- the three of us -- and spend time [together]," she said. "I have the most incredible family. I love my dear friends. They are always there for me and so wonderful. I'm so thankful for them."

And aside from Kate Hudson, Lea revealed that another friendly face from the Glee cast helped her out a lot this year. "I've got to give a shout out to Miss Amber Riley," Lea said. "She's the best. I love her so much. I'm so proud of her [and] she's been there for me so much through everything. I'm so thankful this year for those friends and my family." Awww!

While Scott has been getting paid handsomely to host events (he also invested in a restaurant last year which closed after just 6 months), it seems he'll be following in the Kardashian family's footsteps and adding fashion designer to his resume!
