Jennifer Lawrence appeared on Late Night with David Letterman last night, and the actress divulged some gross details about her recent trip to the ER for stomach pains.

"I just had a really bad pain for, like, three weeks. And you know you can only s**t your pants so many times a day before you go to the emergency room, before you're like 'I need to go to the hospital,'" she told the talk show host.

The Oscar winner ended up having to undergo an endoscopy, and she didn't have the easiest time with the procedure!

"I just did this thing yesterday called an endoscopo-something, where they put you to sleep. And the woman - it's pretty clear when you first meet me, I'm a freakin' head case and I'm crazy - so I'm in there like, 'Ugh, what are these?! What do they mean?! What does that say?!'," she confessed.

There aren't very many actresses that would admit this on national TV!

Eva Longoria had jaws dropping on the red carpet last night. The former Desperate Housewives turned up in sheer black dress at the Global Gift Gala at the ME Hotel in London on Tuesday night.

For the London soiree, the petite star shunned her usual look for a more severe style, donning an oh-so-sexy dress by Victoria Beckham, who was also at the glittering gala. We love the sleek up do and the smoky cat eye.

The 38-year-old actress was in attendance because her charity, the Eva Longoria Foundation, is one of the charities that supports the Gala presented by Sheeva Jewellery. Eva founded the charity in 2012 to help Latin women through education and entrepreneurship.

Eva and Victoria joined Nicole Scherzinger and English stars Pixie Lott and Vanessa White for the London bash.

After the success of their 2010 hit "Love The Way You Lie," Rihanna and Eminem are at it again, and they've given fans a sneak peek at their new music video for "The Monster."

RiRi is rocking her new bob and bangs 'do while Em is wearing all black, and the video is being shot in the rapper's hometown of Detroit.

Eminem also covers the new issue of Rolling Stone, and he chats about sobriety and his new album with the magazine.

"I'm as happy as I can be, I guess," he says. "Hip-hop saved my life, man. It's the only thing I've ever been even decent at. I don't know how to do anything else. I think they have a word for that — what do they call it? Idiot savant?"

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 sold a whopping 792,000 copies last week, but the rapper remains remarkably humble about it. "Being a student of hip-hop in general, you take technical aspects from places," he says. "You may take a rhyme pattern or flow from Big Daddy Kane or Kool G Rap. But then you go to Tupac, and he made songs. His f*cking songs felt like something — 'Holy sh*t! I want to fucking punch someone in the face when I put this CD in.' Biggie told stories. I wanted to do all that sh*t."

Blood! Nudity! Grotesque stuff! Why it must be another Lady Gaga video!

Lady Gaga has just released a two and a half minute music video, An ARTPOP Film Starring LADY GAGA, which features nudity, that crazy teeth mouth thing she wore to the YouTube music awards, and her favorite accessory -- blood.

The 27-year-old says in the intro, "This album is a celebration. My pain exploding in electronic music, it’s heavy but after I listen to it I feel happy again, I feel lighter." 

In the video, Gaga wears a bevy of different "outfits" comprised of lingerie, dirt, t-shirt, a plethora of wigs and writhes around against a stark white background.

The video is interesting -- but nothing new or surprising for the mercurial singer. What will she think of next?! We have absolutely no idea!

Demi Lovato appeared on Katie Couric's talk show on Tuesday, and the singer/actress held nothing back when she chatted about fellow former Disney darling Miley Cyrus.

When comparing herself to Cyrus, Lovato she's she thinks she has had an easier time growing up in the spotlight because she went to rehab. We can't tell if this is a jealous dig or if Lovato just let the wrong words slip from her mouth, but she told Couric:

"I think that the world needs to get over the fact that she was Hannah Montana when she was 16. I guess my transition was a little easier because I went straight to rehab. I didn't twerk, I just went to rehab."

She added:

"I think she knows what she's doing. A lot of artists take that route of shock value, and that's totally fine and that's great. But I think she has such an incredible voice that's overshadowed by some of the things that she's doing. It's her journey. She's having fun. She's being who she is. I'll always love her. She's been one of my friends since I was 14. But everyone is on their different journeys right now and she's doing that and she's having fun ... so power to her."

Lovato was in rehab from October 2010 to January 2011 for physical and emotional issues after she was accused of attacking a backup singer and there were reports of her using drugs and drinking. She later revealed that she suffered from bulimia and bipolar disorder, and she has also been candid about her struggles with self-harm and substance abuse.

This must mean she's getting better!

Amanda Bynes was just deemed physiologically competent to undergo criminal proceedings in her DUI case, which stems from an April 2012 arrest in West Hollywood.

The troubled actress was originally supposed to appear in court on September 24, but her attorney had the date delayed due to his client's reported battle with schizophrenia, for which she hospitalized at the time.

"Her attorney declared a 1368 [penal code] hearing to declare a doubt to mental competency. The parties will be due back in court on January 14, 2014 for a progress report," the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office said at the time.

The She's The Man star was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold back in July, and has been receiving treatment at a private facility in Los Angeles since.

New couple alert?

Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles grabbed dinner at Craig's in West Hollywood last night, and the pair drove off in the same car after their meal. That must mean they're dating, right?

The aspiring model was rumored to be seeing 21-year-old rapper Young Jinsu but denied it on Twitter, while the One Direction singer was said to have rekindled a flame with ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift, but it seems all those reports are false and these two are at the beginning of a relationship.

They could be "just friends", but that seems unlikely. They're both hot and rich, so it looks like a match made in Hollywood heaven!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star better watch her back, because we all know how crazy T-Swizzle gets about past loves!

Kim and Kanye may be taking the town by storm in all sorts of sexy outfits, but Katy Perry and John Mayer kept it super casual when X17 photographers snapped them leaving ABC Kitchen in New York City after dinner on Wednesday evening.

Yesterday Katy released her new music video for "Unconditionally," and she tweeted, "Yes, unconditional love sometimes feels like being hit by a car... Or being on fire... How does it feel to you?"

Obviously the song is about Mr. Mayer ... so we wanna know what's next for the couple! An engagement ring? Or will these two star in a music video together a la Kim and Kanye? If nothing else, they should totally spoof "Bound 2"...
