Justin Bieber is back from his troublemaking South American trip, and we caught the pop star working out at his Calabasas mansion in nothing but his boxers!

The Biebs was walking on the treadmill with no shoes or shirt, and we're not sure this is this is the most efficient way to exercise! The Canadian sensation has been looking a lot more buff lately, though, so who's to say this isn't his fitness secret?!

The chart topper was probably blowing off some steam in the wake of his latest scandal, which occurred when he accidentally swept the Argentinian flag off stage when he mistook it for a fan's t-shirt.

"People throw stuff on my stage all show and I get it to the stage hands to get off so no one got hurt. That video I saw a bra and thought it was a shirt. I'm being told by my team it was a shirt but even if it was a flag I would never do anything to disrespect Argentina or the people of Argentina or the fans. I'm so sorry for anyone who took my actions the wrong way and I hope you can forgive this mistake," he tweeted to his 47 million followers.

Simon Cowell's baby mama Lauren Silverman has finalized her divorce from ex-husband Andrew Silverman, and there are a handful of very interesting terms in their settlement agreement. And not just money matters ... very personal things that were clearly major points of contention when the two split earlier this year following the news that she was carrying Simon's baby.

For starters, if Simon goes near Lauren's 7-year-old son Adam, she has to pay her ex-hubby a $50,000 penalty, and if that clause is violated more than three times, Lauren loses all contact with her son until a court addresses with the violations. That clause only lasts until January 2015, but still!

And while that seems to be Andrew's way of making things difficult for his ex-wife, it looks like her legal team was able to throw in a few jabs. TMZ reports that per the agreement, Andrew "cannot trash Simon to Adam and has a legal obligation to make sure no one else around him talks smack." While Simon will clearly be taking care of Lauren as she's carrying his child, Andrew will still be paying his ex-wife $3,000 a month in child support.

And there's yet another clause in the documents that Lauren and Andrew both agree that Adam will not call anyone else (read: Simon) "mother" or "father," but we can't imagine that would really be a problem. And finally, to sweeten things up a bit, Lauren and Andrew agreed to change the cause of divorce from adultery to "broken down irretrievably."

Teen queens Kylie and Kendall Jenner attended the bash for the Sugar Factory's grand opening in Hollywood last night, and this is definitely a change of pace from concerts at 21-plus venues and nights out at the bars in Hollywood!

The group munched on strawberry sour belts, chocolate-covered gummy bears and the brand's Aquamarine Couture Pop, among other things. Kylie hosted the event, and her rumored boy toy Lil Twist was there, along with Mario Lopez, Mel B and Scott Disick. Perhaps Mr. Kourtney Kardashian was sent to chaperone the girls?

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian sat down with Mario Lopez on Extra the other day, and the controversial couple talked all about their upcoming reality show, those pesky tabloid divorce rumors, and their desire to start a family.

Asked by the TV host when she was planning to get pregnant, the country singer joked, "We practice often," before her actor hubby added, "She wants a little girl, badly."

So what is the pair waiting for, then?

"I'm actually ending a record deal that I've been in since I was 11; 20 years at the same label. That ends next month, so, yeah, it's exciting," the Grammy winner explained.

The married lovebirds also took the opportunity to promote their upcoming reality show, which they believe will allow the public to see them in a different light.

"A lot of people assume they know who we are just because what they read in the tabloids and all that fodder. We wanted to give them a little glimpse to the opposite side of all of that, into our personality," Cibrian revealed.

All the "fodder" he refers to often involves his ex-wife Brandi Glanville, and even recently there was a rumor that when the "Spitfire" chanteuse and her beau get into a quarrel, he texts his ex.

"It was just so ludicrious, saying something to the effect like I would text Brandi all the time whenever LeAnn and I are having a fight or something like that, and you know, that's not true," he insisted.

A marriage based on an adulterous affair can't be without its critics!

Sean quickly jumped into his waiting car, and Jon, who looked more like his Mad Men character Don Draper, seemed a bit surprised by all the attention from photographers. Britney Spears is gearing up for the beginning of her Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood on December 27, and although a two year performance schedule seems grueling, the singer says it's nothing compared to the challenges of being on the road!

"When you tour, it's so hard on the body. I look back and I don't know how I did it. Being in one place is cool. It's a more stable environment," she tells Vegas Player magazine.

So how does the music icon feel about her move to Sin City?

"Las Vegas is a fun place. There is so much going on. The energy here is incredible. You feel it walking through the casino. Everybody is here to have a good time," she explains.

The "Piece of Me" chanteuse also tells the publication that she will be bringing her sons Preston and Jayden, as well as boyfriend David Lucado, with her to her new home.

"It's important to have a group of people around you who can keep you down to Earth. It's a mind-altering experience when you become a pop star at such a young age. Some people are made for it and some people aren't. If you keep good friends around you and stay grounded, you'll be ok," she confesses.

Though Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood is usually filled with hot, young twenty and thirtysomethings, 57-year-old Mel Gibson helped boost the average age at the club on Wednesday evening.

The actor slipped into a bright blue suit and tie combo, and rather than throwing water at photographers or pulling a Sean Penn and getting all aggro, he was smiley and sweet enough to greet a few autograph seekers. Looks like he may have made off with that Sharpie though...

Jennifer Lawrence nailed it on the red carpet last night in a stunning navy blue dress, and while all eyes were on her, co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson looked pretty dapper as well...

The young trio attended the Madrid premiere of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and while J. Law's on-again/off-again ex Nicholas Hoult didn't suit up and join her for photo ops, he has been tagging along with her on this whirlwind press tour.
