Brooke Mueller's brother Scott has just been granted temporary guardianship of his sister and Charlie Sheen's twin boys Bob and Max, TMZ reports.

The Anger Management actor's ex-wife Denise Richards had been previously caring for the children, but she informed the L.A. Dept. of Children and Family Services that she could no longer look after the boys because of their violent outbursts towards her daughters and her animals.

Bob and Max Sheen will be handed over to Scott sometime tonight.

These poor kids!

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck made it a coffee date! The married couple got a little alone time from their flock of children when they grabbed a bite at Kreation Cafe and then stopped by Starbucks in Brentwood, Calif., on Thursday.

For the outing, the mom of two opted for gray pants, a gray sweater and charcoal Oxfords, while her hot hubby wore jeans and a button-down shirt -- we kinda wish the twosome drove up in the Batmobile.

Ben has clearly been getting his bod' into fit form for his upcoming role in the new Batman vs. Superman, and we are definitely taking notice of his toned physique!

Mrs. Affleck is also a busy bee! The actress reteams with her Ghosts of Girlfriends Past costar Matthew McConaughey in the drama Dallas Buyers Club, due out on December 6.

Following a Star magazine report that claimed Will Smith was cheating on wife Jada with his sexy Focus co-star Margot Robbie, the Aussie actress is speaking out to slam the false reports and set the record straight.

"Been working nonstop, just catching my breath. There's absolutely no truth to the ridiculous rumor in Star mag. It's disappointing that goofing around on set could be taken so out of context," she tweeted.

The A-list actor has stayed silent on the matter thus far, but we wouldn't be surprised if he gave a statement of his own.

"They're not hooking up. That was a photo booth on set that the producers got for everyone. It was the last day of filming and everyone was taking pictures. They were just goofing around. Will is just like that. There's nothing more to it," a source told Us.

During a September 9 deposition, Tom Cruise was put on the spot regarding his absence from daughter Suri and Katie Holmes' split from Scientology.

"Unfortunately in this situation it was impossible," Cruise said, referring to his intense filming schedule in London for his upcoming sci-fi film, All You Need Is Kill. The 51-year-old actor was questioned by Elizabeth McNamara, the lawyer representing Bauer Publishing, in his lawsuit against In Touch story that claimed Cruise abandoned his daughter after his divorce.

Cruise also added that he called Suri everyday and acknowledged how that wasn't an adequate method for maintaining his relationship with her.

"You have to work at it. I've gotten very good at it. I tell wonderful stories," the Oblivion star said. "I also find that, you know, Suri is a very happy child, and confident, and has a good sense of herself."

As for his absence, he mentioned how the divorce forced him to roll with the circumstances but insisted that he never abandoned his daughter. When lawyers asked Cruise whether or not Holmes divorced him to protect Suri from Scientology, he responded, "I find that question offensive. … There is no need to protect my daughter from my religion."

When further questioned as to if this was one of the factors, Cruise admitted, "that was one of the assertions, yes. … There are many other aspects to the divorce."
