Who knew they were friends?!

Halsey and her mom Nicole Frangipane hung with Kim Kardashian at Travis Scott's LA concert last night and they documented it on Kim's Instagram story!

The 24-year-old wore her usual head wrap with a sexy red crop top, revealing her sexy abs. Meanwhile Kim was makeup-free in what appears to be a Yeezy jacket at The Forum Wednesday night. The trio were excited to see Kylie Jenner's man hit the stage on his 31-date Astroworld tour. Kylie and daughter Stormi have been on the road with daddy for the past few weeks but the family's back in LA for Scott's extended run in LA.

Meanwhile, Halsey's been defending herself against haters who trolled her online for lip-syncing her performance on Tuesday night's finale of The Voice. She Tweeted on Wednesday: "I don't get why everytime I do TV people say I'm "lipsynching" like it's 2018 are people even allowed to do that anymore? I'm not even sure these programs would allow a singer to do it if they begged to cause they'd be scared of tech difficulties compromising the show's integrity. Like I feel so dumb even having to address this lmao."

She was also trolled for her "inappropriate" dance with Jade Chynoweth, which some thought was too much for TV. Halsey respectfully (or maybe not) disagrees: "Very proud of the emotional performance I did with @JadeChynoweth on @NBCTheVoice tonight. And also very proud to have pissed off the homophobic viewers at home who missed the message. Thanks for watching."

Is the public's love of everything Kardashian finally waning?!

Haters have been calling the downfall of the Kardashian empire almost since it began yet Kylie's topping Forbes' list of people who make way too much money; Kim keeps selling fragrance; Khloe's denim is on a lotta big bootys out there; Kendall's getting some of the biggest fashion campaigns ever; and Kris Jenner's still managing it all and raking in the dough! So why are the ladies shutting down their apps?

Kim wrote in a statement on her web site: "We’ve had an incredible experience connecting with all of you through our apps these past few years.
But have made the difficult decision to no longer continue updating in 2019 ... We truly hope you’ve enjoyed this journey as much as we have, and we look forward to what’s ahead." No explanation is give, but obviously it's because it wasn't worth their time!

The ladies' apps depended on subscribers and realistically there's just too much FREE Kardashian content out there like THIS, that even the biggest fans don't really wanna fork over $2.99/month to see selfies and have access to recipes and face mask favorites.

The girls launched their apps in the fall of 2015, so the project was relatively short-lived. And that's not the only thing in the Kingdom of Kardashian that's goin' down ... the family's reality show on E!, Keeping Up With the Kardashians has suffered a severe ratings drop with the SEASON 15 (yep, it's been on for FIFTEEN SEASON -- ELEVEN YEARS!) bringing in fewer viewers than Kris Jenner's social media post promoting the show! How's THAT for ironic! The E! Entertainment series finale got 851,000 viewers versus 1.3 million for last season's final episode -- a 37% drop.

Having just returned from a ski trip to Big Bear just outside of LA, Selena Gomez and friends went to pick up some take-out for dinner after the group returned home.

Selena's actually been back in LA for at least a week following release from a treatment center where she was seeking help for mental health issues. She's been lying low and staying off social media ... until Tuesday, when her friends posted pix of the friends' trip to the mountains.

Meanwhile, her ex Justin Bieber's been exhibiting some strange behavior as of late ... we caught the emotional pop star shaking and bobbing his head back and forth repeatedly in his car yesterday as he was pulled over on the side of the road. It's certainly not the first time we've noticed Justin with this nervous twitch -- something that seems to go beyond a nervous twitch, actually. We're actually worried for him!

After stopping for coffee before an afternoon workout Wednesday, Bieber headed to Compton -- not sure why.

Then Wednesday night he hit up Hillsong's weekly evening service ... without wife Hailey Baldwin. We're pretty sure she's in town but busy working so Biebs hit up the religious revival solo. What if Selena had been there?!!!

We caught Justin Bieber grabbing coffee this morning while chatting on his cell phone, and we hate to be mean, but the singer really needs to take care of his skin!

We know stress causes breakouts, and he's had more than his fair share of that in the past few months, but still... dude needs a facial to help with this acne!

From what we're hearing, JB has been overwhelmed with trying to be a perfect husband to wife Hailey Baldwin, while also feeling the pressure to make new music. Oh, and there's Selena Gomez's mental breakdown, which took it's toll.

A source tells X17:

"Justin has had a lot on his plate lately. He's trying to do right by Hailey and make sure she's happy in their marriage, and he's also trying to figure out how to keep his team happy and make new music. It's a lot. Being a celebrity stresses him out, and he wishes he was just a normal guy. He's sick of being followed by cameras and asked about ex Selena Gomez every time he leaves his house. He wants to move forward in life."

Brad Pitt spent his 55th birthday hanging out with his kids at home, People reports.

The mag claims "several" of his children slept over on Monday night, but they don't specify which ones. Rumor has it the actor's relationship with eldest son Maddox is all but over, so something tells us he skipped out on the celebrations.

"The kids arrived at Brad's house on Monday afternoon for a sleepover. Some of them were picked up at 12:30 p.m. on Brad's birthday—Tuesday—and taken back to Angelina's. Some of them stayed for more time with their dad," another insider dished to E! News.

"It was a huge deal for Brad and something he has wanted for a long time. It was the first time they had spent the night and meant the world to him. It was a great birthday present and he's looking forward to spending holiday time with them in the coming days," the source added.

As for the ongoing custody battle between the exes?

"There's an arrangement in place but it's not a permanent agreement, and there's a long road ahead. All Brad cares about is the kids, they're his number one priority and he's focusing on them," the source revealed.

It seems Papa Pitt is back in his family's good graces!

Kris Jenner took grandson Mason on a shopping spree for his ninth birthday, and she ended up plunking down more than $3K for this Baroque Print Padded Coat by Versace. He clearly inherited Kourtney and Scott's taste for the finer things in life, including fashion!

The momager might want to be slightly more careful with her spending, considering Keeping Up with the Kardashians ratings are at an all-time low! The Season 15 finale on E! saw a 37 percent drop from the number of viewers for its season premiere. Yikes!

They better come up with some juicy plot lines to gain back viewers! They could let Kimye's marriage drama play out, and Kylie and Travis Scott could have a televised wedding. Of course, Khloe could also get pregnant again with cheater Tristan Thompson, and Kourtney and Scott could reconcile. Make us a producer!

This is an unlikely bond being forged.

Congressman-elect Dan Crenshaw and Pete Davidson didn't get off on the best foot, after the comedian poked fun at the former Navy SEAL's eyepatch in an SNL skit, but they've moved past that, and Crenshaw reached out to the troubled star after he posted suicidal messages on Twitter.

"It was pretty devastating. You don’t want to see someone in that position to the point where they’re putting out a cry for help on social media. That’s not a good place to be in," ” Crenshaw, 34, said on KPRC2 Houston.

Crenshaw then shared what the two discussed during their conversation.

"We don’t go back very far, we’re not good friends, but I think he appreciated hearing from me. What I told him was this: Everybody has a purpose in this world. God put you here for a reason, but it’s your job to find that purpose. You should live that way … seeking out that purpose, not expecting it to be given to you by anybody else. Know that you have value and do more good than you realize for people," he revealed.

TMZ reports that Davidson has "reached out" then "lashed out" multiples times in recent weeks, and truly believes that his friends and coworkers "couldn't care if he lived or died." Those around him have been extremely supportive, but he still feels as if "the world is against him." This is mental illness, folks!

This just goes to show support comes from unlikely places sometimes!
