Nicole Kidman covers the December issue of Vanity Fair, and the 46-year-old actress compares her marriage to Tom Cruise to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's highly-publicized relationship.

Kidman tells the mag:

"There is something about that sort of existence that, if you really focus on each other and you're in that bubble, it's very intoxicating, because it's just the two of you. And there is only one other person that’s going through it. So it brings you very close, and it's deeply romantic. I'm sure Brad and Angelina have that -- because there's nobody else that understands it except that person who's sleeping right next to you."

Kidman and Cruise got married in 1990 when she was just 23, and they split in 2001. Despite the fact that they made it work for over a decade, Kidman confesses that she was "so young," and added, "with no disrespect to what I had with Tom, I've met my great love now," referencing Keith Urban, whom she married in 2006. "And I really did not know if that was going to happen. I wanted it, but I didn't want it for a while, because I didn’t want to jump from one relationship to another. I had a lot of time alone, which was really, really good, because I was a child, really, when I got married [to Cruise]. And I needed to grow up."

Following her split from Cruise, Kidman says she was able to relate to suicidal author Virginia Woolf, whom she played in The Hours. "At the time, I was at a low point, and by playing her, it put me into a place of appreciating life," she said.

Kidman and Urban now live in Tennessee with their daughters Sunday and Faith, and she says life is now "very, very peaceful," adding, "There’s an enormous amount you have to give up if you want to have a family. You can have a certain career, but you can’t be living in Hollywood, [where] absolutely everything, everything revolves around it," she reveals. "That wasn’t my choice. I’d rather revolve around somebody else’s career and then still find my own."

We always love looking at Liam Hemsworth, but it is weird to see him minus Miley Cyrus!

The Aussie hottie landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday night after wrapping up shooting on the next installment of The Hunger Games, and he appeared to be in a pleasant mood when he made his way to his car. Liam stayed mum when asked about his fling with Eiza Gonzalez and his breakup with Miley, but she spoke out about their split (well sorta) the other day in her interview with Cosmopolitan.

"I need to treat my music like a relationship – give it my time and all the attention it deserves – and that's my main love right now," Miley told the mag. "This is the best time of my life. I'm not going to look back on it and be like, ‘I wish I hadn't been dwelling over a breakup,' you know? Because that's not what God wants my life to be about right now."

On Monday Rachel Zoe and her adorable son Skyler grabbed a sweet treat at Yogurt Stop in West Hollywood, and we almost forgot that the slender celeb stylist is very pregnant with baby number two! Between her frame and baggy maxi dresses, she's pretty good at camouflaging her baby bump...

Katy Perry chatted with NPR host Scott Simon over the weekend, and in addition to talking about her new album, she also shared her thoughts on female pop stars baring all for attention.

On being a role model, Perry told Simon:

"I do see myself becoming this, whatever, inspiration out of default right now, 'cause it's such a strange world. Like females in pop - everybody's getting naked. I mean, I've been naked before but I don't feel like I have to always get naked to be noticed. But it's interesting to see."

Katy continued, "I'm not talking about anyone in particular. I'm talking about all of them. I mean, it's like everybody's so naked. It's like put it away. We know you've got it. I got it too. I've taken it off for - I've taken it out here and there. And I'm not necessarily judging. I'm just saying sometimes it's nice to play that card but also it's nice to play other cards. And I know I have that sexy card in my deck but I don't always have to use that card."

If we had to guess we'd say she's thinking of Miley and Rihanna, but isn't she besties with Bad Gal RiRi?

On Monday afternoon the actress took a break from shooting How To Make Love Like An Englishman in Los Angeles, and she hasn't done a ton of movies lately, so we're very curious to see her in this one!

The film is about a Cambridge University professor (played by Pierce Brosnan) who "finds a woman who is his ideal match (played by Salma Hayek), forcing him to reevaluate his life of hedonistic excess ... after he impregnates her grad student stepsister," according to a plot summary on Deadline. Of course, Jessica plays the smokin' hot preggers grad student stepsister...

This isn't the first time we've seen Fergie and hubby Josh Duhamel checking on the progress of their new Los Angeles pad -- looks like the proud parents can't wait to move in to their mansion with son Axl Jack! They hired an interior designer who's done the layouts of several big Hollywood clubs, and they've been quite hands on with renovations over the last few weeks. Can't wait to see the finished product! You know Fergie is going to want to show this off in a magazine or on TV...

The couple visited her family's vineyard in Santa Barbara earlier this month, and over the weekend they went all out for Halloween. Looks like parenthood hasn't slowed them down one bit!

The newly engaged Kim Kardashian filmed part of Keeping Up with the Kardashians on Monday afternoon in Los Angeles and decided to go sans makeup and have wet hair. How daring! Meanwhile her main man Kanye West went to a meeting in the Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles.

Earlier today, Kanye stopped by Los Angeles radio station Power 106 and talked about his music and his recent engagement to his 33-year-old fiancee.

Kanye confessed he had a thing for Kim ever since their first encounter, "I've wanted to marry that girl the first time I saw her and I just had to wait through a bunch of relationships to get my chance." Wow! The Grammy winner certainly gets what he wants!

The Yeezus singer said that he wants the wedding to be next summer but does not have an exact date, although he did tease one pretty amazing detail: "Fighter jets." That sounds pretty extreme to us -- but if anyone is going to have fighter jets at his wedding -- it's going to be Kanye!

During the site own, Kanye admitted that "Can't Tell Me Nothing" is his favorite song off of Yeezus, and also that there are five songs that didn't make cut, but that might come out later on. We can't wait!

Seems like a busy day of errands for the couple who got engaged just one week ago today!

Chris Brown was arrested for assault early Sunday morning in Washington D.C. and had been in police custody, but he was just released without bail and the assault charge was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor.

The R&B bad boy had also been ordered to take a drug test, but the judge just vacated that order. CB is required to stay at least 100 yards away from his victim.

The "Forever" crooner got into an argument with a man outside of the W Hotel on K Street around 4:30am Sunday morning. Brown then allegedly punched the man in the face after he and a friend photo bombed the singer taking a picture with two female fans.

He never learns his lesson!
