Denise Richards paid a visit to the hair salon on Tuesday afternoon, and the 42-year-old actress flashed us a smile on the way in. She wowed us back in the late 90s when she was a Bond girl, and even though she's not wearing a skimpy outfit here, she still looks fantastic!

Denise dropped her kids off at school, and then she headed to the set of Hot in Cleveland to work for a few hours. Denise will resume production on Twisted next month, so she's definitely staying busy.

In other news, Charlie Sheen recently purchased a mansion in Mulholland Estates for his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, so when she finally gets out of rehab, she'll practically be Denise's next door neighbor. Mueller had previously moved in to a Tarzana estate that once belonged to Melanie Brown, but she reportedly threw a hissy fit when she found out Charlie bought a pad for his other ex-wifey in a more desirable part of town.

"Brooke insisted that Charlie buy her a house in Mulholland Estates too,” an insider told Radar. “She said it wasn’t fair that Denise got a house and she didn’t.” We're not even going to get in to that...

Lamar Odom's estranged father Joe boldly proclaimed that his son would be "better off" without the Kardashian family, and though Lamar has been laying low, he took to his twitter today to slam his father for his remarks.

The NBA star wrote:

"Won't continue 2 speak on this but I have got 2 let this out real quick. I have let this man and many others get away with a lot of sh*t. He wasn't there 2 raise me. He was absent ALL of my life due to his own demons. My mother and grandmother raised me. Queens raised me. For the first time since they left, came a blessing of a FAMILY that I married into. FAMILY. That man wasn't even invited to my wedding. He has never met my mother in law and some of my other family. How can a man who has NOT once called me to check on my well being have the nerve to talk so recklessly about his own "son". He is my downfall! His own demons may be the ONLY thing he gave 2 me.

He disrespecting the ONLY FAMILY that has loved me without expecting anything in return. They are the ONLY ones that have been here consistently 4 me during this dark time. Only person 2 blame is myself. Say what you want about me but leave the ones who have done nothing but protect and love me out of this! This goes to out to everyone!

So what caused all this? Earlier this week Joe told Radar, "They brought him down. Let him go and get his life together. I think the best thing for him would be to have a clean break, divorce Khloe and as a single man try and get his life back together."

After reports of his alleged infidelity and drug use surfaced this summer, Odom was arrested last month for D.U.I., and just days before his arrest, his teammates and agent attempted to have an intervention, but he reportedly left and didn't want their help. Though Lamar has spent some time with Khloe since those incidents occurred, we haven't seen or heard about them being together. Then again, she did wear her wedding ring on Monday night for dinner with the family...

Is Yeezy decorating his home or getting inspiration for a new music video?

On Tuesday afternoon Kanye West stopped by Vision Scenery, which is a full service set construction company that provides "custom sets, props, models, miniatures, and rentals for commercials, music videos, film, television, exhibits, displays and still shoots." Kanye definitely has a tendency to go cray crazy when it comes to his video projects, but given that he and baby mama Kim Kardashian have gold-plated toilets in their new Bel-Air home, we couldn't be surprised if he's putting together something for their love nest! And seeing as he has an unlimited budget, we're guessing the company would be willing to work with the rapper on a more personal project.

And is it just us, or has the self-proclaimed "number one rock star on the planet" put on a few pounds? Maybe he gained a little bit of weight so Kim wouldn't feel bad about the 60 pounds she gained during her pregnancy?

Did Simon Cowell just hint he was going to marry baby mama Lauren Silverman?! We think so!

During an interview on Tuesday with Ryan Seacrest, the 53-year-old father-to-be opened up about his future family, even going so far as to imply that he was going to make an honest woman out of his 36-year-old girlfriend.

"Let's put it this way, I wouldn't expect her to be a single mother," Cowell said to the host with the most.

Sounds a lot like silver-tongued Brit is planning on popping the question to the New York socialite who made headlines when it was revealed she was pregnant with Cowell's baby, despite still being married to the X Factor judge's friend, Andrew Silverman. After 10 years of marriage, the now estranged spouses, who have a 7-year-old son together, Adam, 7, settled their divorce on Aug. 14.

Cowell also told Seacrest that he didn't think he would ever be a father, "I genuinely never thought [me being a Dad] was going to happen. Partly because I was scared of who I was going to have kids with . . . [but] Lauren and I get along really well and once I got used to the idea I thought, 'I think this is going to be very good.'"

Despite his new lease on life, Cowell says his lady love will be on her own during the birth of their (rumored-to-be) son. When Seacrest asked if Cowell would be in the hospital room during the baby's birth, the former American Idol judge said, "Are you out of your mind? I know this sounds awful, but it's like you don't want to go in to the restaurant while they're making your dinner." The music mogul continued, "I think there are certain things you shouldn't see and that is one of them. I'll be very close by, but no [I won't watch.]"

Well we guess a leopard can't change all of his spots! Even if Cowell won't be in the room during the birth, we are glad to see his softer, more paternal side.

Just because the fall is finally here, it doesn't mean Reese Witherspoon is slowing down on her summer workout regime! On Tuesday, the Sweet Home Alabama star was once again spotted at the gym toning up her recently slimmed-down figure.

We gotta hand it to Reese -- she really seems to be dedicated to working out! The petite blonde was photographed wearing cropped black leggins, a sweatshirt, colorful Asics and pulled her hair back with a headband. The mom of three has been hitting Burn 60 in Brentwood on the reg for the past few months. We aren't sure if it's because she is exercising for a role in one of her upcoming films, or if she just got inspired after pics of her butt were splashed all over the Internet when photogs caught the Oscar winner accidentally flashing her backside in June. Maybe that's just what the star needed to kick her butt into gear!

The 37-year-old made headlines when she debuted her slimmer bod at the Devil's Knot premiere during the Toronto International Film Festival earlier this month.

Devil's Knot, which hits theaters later this year, is based on the true story of three teenagers who were falsely convicted of killing two 8-year-old boys in Tennessee. The trio, known as the West Memphis 3, were released two years ago after spending 18 years behind bars. Reese plays Pam Hobbs, the mother of victim Stevie Branch, and Colin Firth also stars in the movie as Ronald Lax, a private investigator who represented one of the accused teens.

Miley Cyrus covers the latest issue of Rolling Stone, and the "We Can't Stop" singer is her usual candid self in the sit-down, discussing topics like her controversial VMA performance, her decision to switch management teams, and her friendships with Kanye West and Justin Bieber.

On taking all the criticism for the VMA performance with Robin Thicke:

"No one is talking about the man behind the ass. It was a lot of 'Miley twerks on Robin Thicke,' but never, 'Robin Thicke grinds up on Miley.' They're only talking about the one that bent over. So obviously there's a double standard."

On Kanye's praise giving her confidence before her VMA performance:

"He came in and goes, 'There are not a lot of artists I believe in more than you right now.'" The whole room went quiet. I was like, 'Yo – can you say that again?!' I just kept repeating that over and over in my mind, and it made me not nervous."

On her twerking days coming to a close:

"People are like, 'Miley thinks she's a black girl, but she's got the flattest ass ever'. I'm like, 'I'm 108 pounds! I know!' Now people expect me to come out and twerk with my tongue out all the time. I'll probably never do that shit again."

On her friendship with Justin Bieber:

"I'm not much older than him, so I never want it to feel like I'm mentoring him. But I do mentor him in a way. Because I've been doing this shit for a long time, and I already transitioned, and I don't think he's quite done it yet. He's trying really hard. People don't take him seriously, but he really can play the drums, he really can play guitar, he really can sing. I just don't want to see him f**k that up, to where people think he's Vanilla Ice. I tell him that. Like, 'You don't want to become a joke. When you go out, don't start sh*t. Don't come in shirtless.' But the thing is, I think boys are, like, seven years behind. So in his head, he's really, like, 12."

On replacing the majority of her team before recording Bangerz:

"I basically cut off all ties. I got rid of my manager, I got rid of my label. I just started over. I really wanted to stay with my manager, but I feel like this [transformation] would have scared them. I just don't think they would've had as much faith in what I'm doing."

Amanda Bynes, who is currently holed up at UCLA Medical Center on a long-term psychiatric hold, is mentally unfit to stand trial for her D.U.I. case.

The troubled starlet was supposed to appear in court today to face charges stemming from her D.U.I arrest back in April of 2012, but her attorney, Rich Hutton, told the judge his client did not have the mental capacity to understand the nature of the legal proceedings, according to TMZ.

The judge seemingly agreed and transferred the case to the mental health court, where a different judge will conduct a hearing to determine whether Bynes is mental competent to stand trial.

Lady Gaga and several pals dined at Craig's in Beverly Hills last night, and the eccentric pop star looks like she used an entire bottle of hairspray for her voluminous 'do. Well, wig, but still!

Gaga may be battling it out with Adam Levine over remarks suggesting that she's not a legitimate artist, but the singer doesn't seem to care, as evident from her tweets about the success of her new single. "APPLAUSE is #1 on the Billboard Dance/Club play charts this week!" she wrote. "It marks my 13th #1 in this category! A BIG THANK YOU from me to the DJ'S." Take that!

Over the weekend Adam wrote, “Ugh..recycling old art for a younger generation doesn’t make you an artist. It makes you an art teacher ... I unabashedly love writing and performing pop music for both myself AND everyone around me. That’s It. It doesn’t need any extra sauce." The very next day Gaga replied, “uh oh guys the art police is here," and today Adam added, "by the way, im NOT an artist. i sing in a band and i make music with my friends ... while we're at it we should call the grammar police." Meow!

For the record, Gaga has over 40 million followers while Adam's number is hovering under 4.5 million. Maybe he's jealous? Either way, he probably got a few more followers out of this...
