Just when you thought Jon Gosselin couldn't stoop any lower ...

The former reality star reportedly threatened a paparazzi photographer by firing a gun at her on Friday in Pennsylvania, TMZ reports. Jon allegedly pulled a weapon on a photog who followed him to his Beckersville cabin from his new job as a waiter.

He yelling at her for trespassing, walked toward her aggressively, took a hand gun out of the back pocket of his pants, and fired off a warning shot. He later followed the woman in his car until she drove back on the main road.

The former TV dad made headlines earlier this week for taking on a job waiting tables at a local restaurant. Although he told Entertainment Tonight that his former TLC show didn't make him a millionaire, the actor surly made a fortune off Jon and Kate Plus 8, which was once ratings gold for the network.

Update: Jon admitted to firing the shot. He told Us Weekly the pap is the one who broke the law by trespassing on private property.

The paparazza followed me well off of the public roads and was trespassing on my private property when I confronted her. I informed the paparazza that she was trespassing on my private property and instructed her to leave. The paparazza refused to leave and continued harassing me and invading my privacy by trying to take pictures of me and my home. I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I then withdrew and used to fire a warning shot away from the paparazza, which is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property.

Fortunately for Miley Cyrus, no one knows more about achy breaky hearts than her dad Billy Ray Cyrus.

Billy Ray was on hand to comfort Miley following her breakup from fiance Liam Hemsworth. He supervised as movers carried Liam's belongings out of his daughter's Los Angeles home on Friday and drove them away in a large truck. The controversial singer must have needed her father's support, especially considering the fact that she had to jet off to Las Vegas later that day to perform at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. Her busy singing career probably doesn't leave her time to grieve.

To unwind from the high-pressure situation, Billy Ray walked his dogs in the Toluca Lake neighborhood.

It's out with the old for Miley. And apparently in with the new for Liam. He was spotted partying in Las Vegas with new flame Eiza Gonzalaez last weekend. Miley and Liam confirmed the split on Monday and The Hunger Games star was spent the night with his new lady love in Los Angeles the following day.

The Disney-darling-turned-foxy-vixen partied with fashion royalty Friday night in Milan. The songstress posted an Instagram shot of her and Donatella Versace giggling while holding each other affectionately. "To be great, learn from the greatest," Selena captioned the photo.

Before dining with Donatella, Selena attended her Milan Fashion Week show and went shopping at the flagship Versace boutique earlier in the day while donning a "love you Donatella" tee. She even met with Vogue editor Anna Wintour during her stay in Milan. She extended her Italian trip after the Russian leg of her tour was cancelled due to visa issues. Russian officials reportedly turned down her visa request for fear that the star would follow in the footsteps of Madonna and Lady Gaga and speak out about gay rights during the performance.

Britney's back b*tches! On Friday morning, Britney Spears opened up to Ryan Seacrest about about her upcoming album, her recently announced Planet Hollywood residency and even her most recent heartbreak.

“Every time I do a show I like to really bring it, I love to be really entertained,” the Work B*tch singer told Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show this morning. “We’re gonna have all the works. There’s gonna be snow, water, rain, everything.”

Earlier this week, the Grammy winner announced on Good Morning America that she would begin a two-year residency at Planet Hollywood, beginning on Dec. 27. Apparently, the engagements will take up about two weeks of each month, so she won't be moving to Sin City.

The 31-year-old also chatted to the On Air with Ryan Seacrest host about how her January split with fiance Jason Trawick influenced her eight studio album.
“Having a huge breakup this year, I just had a lot to say in the studio so it was really nice to have therapy like that and to be able to share that with my fans,” said the mother of two. “It’s a really personal album,” she continued.
