Megan Fox, 27, and Brian Austin Green, 40, are having another baby boy! In Touch revealed earlier today that the proud parents to Noah Shannon Green, who will be cerebrating his first birthday on Sept. 27, are having another boy.

A source told the mag that the couple, "found out earlier this month" and that, "They're both really excited!

Fox and Green began dating in 2004, after meeting on the set of Hope & Faith -- at the time, the Jennifer's Body star was 18 years old, and the former 90210 star was 30. The duo dated for two years before they became engaged in November 2006. However, they called the wedding off but then rekindled the romance and became engaged yet again on June 1, 2010. Two weeks later, the two wed in a private ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort on Maui on June 24, 2010. Last month, Fox announced that she and her handsome hubby were expecting their second child together. Green has another son, Kassius, with former flame Vanessa Marcil.

Mother Monster loves attention anywhere she can get it!

Lady Gaga stopped by the KIIS FM radio station last night to promote her new album Artpop, and the singer made sure to mingle with her Little Monsters outside the studio before taking off. A fan even gifted Gagaloo a pretty bunch of red roses!

The "Applause" crooner has been glamming it up lately, and last night was no different! The Grammy winner looked sexy in a white cocktail dress that showed lots of leg, and her new auburn hair was perfectly curled.

The chart topper appears to be thriving these days, but according to close pal Elton John, things are not all what they seem! The British legend recently admitted that the godmother to his children has gotten too wrapped up in her image and isn't taking his calls.

"I'd like to be able to talk to her right now, but I can't get through to her. And there are times when you have to listen. When your persona begins to take over your music and becomes more important, you enter a dangerous place. Once you have people around you who don't question you, you're in a dangerous place," the New York Post quoted him as saying.

On Tuesday Tish and Brandi Cyrus ran errands in Los Angeles, and the mother daughter duo remained mum when asked about Miley's split from Liam Hemsworth and his new lady love, Mexican singer Eiza Gonzalez.

After that Tish and Brandi returned home to the family compound in Toluca Lake for a pow wow, and Billy Ray was there as well. I mean, we'd expect him to be there, but the funny thing is he doesn't always live at that home these days, so we spotted him rolling up in a Range Rover after Brandi and Tish got there.

Miley was in London for Fashion Week, but she's been maintaining a surprisingly low profile on Twitter and we aren't sure where she is now. The 20-year-old starlet has yet to make an appearance since Liam stepped out with Eiza, and after catching the two of them spending the night on Sunday, we're surprised she hasn't tweeted something about it. Maybe she said all she was going to say in "Wrecking Ball"?

Miley Cyrus may not be able to stop twerking, but Justin Bieber can't seem to go a day without showing off his abs and tattoos!

The Biebs appears in Maejor Ali‘s music video "Lolly," and not only is the 19-year-old singer shirtless, but he raps and shakes it alongside Juicy J. Bieber tweeted, "It's here @MAEJORALI @therealjuicyj . Now everyone do that dance. #LollyVideo #lollydance."

Suddenly his VMA performance seems like a million years ago...

On Tuesday afternoon Robin Thicke and wife Paula Patton took their son Julian to New York's Central Park, and the happy family had a blast rowing a boat around the small reservoir.

Despite getting slammed for his controversial duet with Miley Cyrus last month at the MTV Video Music Awards, Thicke has been moving full steam ahead to promote his new album. The singer was in Las Vegas last weekend at The Palms' Ditch Fridays pool party, and he'll be back in Sin City this weekend to perform at The Mirage's 1OAK nightclub Saturday night.

After that Thicke will jet off to England for the iTunes Festival in London ... whew! No wonder he's spending lots of quality time with his wifey and their adorable little boy. But hopefully he won't be sticking his hand where it doesn't belong when he's across the pond!

Lindsay Lohan is dating former football player Matt Nordgren, according to Us Weekly and Page Six.

Last week Lohan Instagrammed this photo of the couple, and a source tells the mag, "He's a great influence on her, and her friends and family love him ... He's older, a successful businessman, and he has been a great friend to her. He's also a Christian and won't drink around her. He's trying to keep her sober and on the straight and narrow. He's really good for her."

Nordgren, 30, played a season of pro football for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2006, and he starred on the 2011 Bravo series Most Eligible Dallas.

Lohan and her new beau met seven years ago through mutual pals in Los Angeles, but it wasn't until recently that the two became romantically involved. "I have been a friend trying to support her for many years now," Nordgren told Page Six. "She's completely sober for months now. She's in a great place, she's thinking clear and working hard and meeting with all the right people."

And Lilo's definitely a step up -- Nordgren was previously linked to The Bachelorette's Vienna Giardi and Audrina Patridge, who really hasn't done much of anything since The Hills.

Zac Efron really managed to keep this one off the radar!

Efron completed a stint in rehab five months ago, according to E! News, and while a source tells the site that the 25-year-old actor is "healthy, happy and not drinking," TMZ reports that he was actually seeking treatment for "a serious cocaine addiction"!

The hunky star's alleged drug use got "out of control" during the filming of the upcoming comedy Neighbors, which was shot in May when the above photo (and these!) were taken. Apparently Zac "was a no-show on a number of days," and a source tells the site, "It was common knowledge he was struggling with cocaine." The website also reports that earlier this Zac "went on a coke rager" in a room at the SkyLofts at the MGM Grand in Vegas and caused nearly $50,000 in damage. What?! Troy Bolton would never!

When asked for a statement, Zac's publicist said, "Don't think we'll be making a comment."

Miley Cyrus CANNOT be happy about this!

After Liam Hemsworth stepped out with new lady love Eiza Gonzalez in Las Vegas over the weekend, the romance continues! Between this and allegedly hooking up with January Jones back in February, Liam isn't really trying to hide his flings...

The lovebirds were seen sneaking around Liam's Los Angeles home on Monday around 1:30pm after spending the night together, and even though Eiza wore oversize shades and tried to hide behind a plant, we still snapped her picture. Liam came out first and got the car ready, and Eiza came out a few minutes later and crawled from the front to the back seat.

Last week Miley unfollowed her former beau on Twitter, and yesterday reps for both of the stars confirmed that they broke up called off their engagement.
