On Monday afternoon Khloe Kardashian kept a low profile after hitting the gym in Woodland Hills, and she didn't flash us a smile but we did notice that her wedding and engagement rings are back on! The couple have been living separately for weeks, but clearly she hasn't given up on their marriage just yet!

Last Friday, X17 photographers snapped Khloe wearing the exact same outfit, but she had removed both of her rings and was wearing a thick diamond encrusted band on her left ring ringer instead.

X17online reported exclusively, that Mom Kris Jenner was seen at the Beverly Hills home of the Kardashian family's attorney this morning, even though she was previously quoted as saying the couple were "absolutely not getting divorced." Since details of Lamar's alleged drug use have come to light, however, the momager may be thinking it's time to check into that pre-nup with a lawyer ...

Jessica Alba took daughters Haven and Honor for a meal at Le Pain Quotidien yesterday in West Hollywood, and the actress seemed to have no problem juggling two young kids without hubby Cash Warren to lend a helping hand.

The brunette beauty has been focusing on her business venture The Honest Company as she awaits the release of her next movie, Machete Kills, which is scheduled to hit theaters in October. The flick co-stars Sofia Vergara, Zoe Saldana, Lady Gaga, Charlie Sheen, and Antonio Banderas.

Kris Jenner paid a visit to the family's lawyer in Beverly Hills Monday morning, and though she previously stated that daughter Khloe Kardashian and her hubby Lamar Odom are "absolutely not getting divorced," it appears the momager may be doing some research into the idea!

It's been reported Khloe and Lamar's prenup includes an infidelity clause, and given Lamar's alleged drug problems and Khloe having kicked him out of the house, it looks like Kris is helping Khloe weigh her legal options. Could a divorce announcement be far off?

Batman clearly isn't too busy for this family! Days after the big announcement that he would be suiting up as Batman in the new Man of Steel sequel, Ben Affleck took his adorable family of for a day of culture at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The pair is relishing in some down time since wrapping work on their latest joint movie project Song One. The actress' hubby serves as acting producer on the film, while his wife plays the role of a young archeologist who returns home from a dig in order to see her injured brother, and then strikes up a relationship with a musician.

Clearly these lovebirds have no problem mixing business with pleasure!

Britney Spears and boyfriend David Lucado grabbed lunch at Tony Roma's in Encino over the weekend, and the couple kept it comfy and casual with their attire.

So what else has Britney been up to these days? She posted a mysterious countdown clock on her website with the words "All Eyes On Me," so we're expecting some sort of a huge announcement on September 17!

Britney has been spending time in the studio lately, so here's to hoping that it's news about her eighth studio album! She confirmed earlier this summer that Will.i.am will be involved in her next disc, and she told Ryan Seacrest, "I want to definitely take this album and have a new approach with it and make it a little different than anything I've ever done. Will has a lot of really interesting different tracks that I've listened to that are really cool that I haven't actually written on yet, but there's a lot of guitar and I think people will be surprised with this album. It's gong to be really different."

The clip opens with Katy swinging into a serene jungle, where monkeys, elephants and tigers abound.

Last night, the raven-haired singer rocked the Brooklyn Bridge when she closed the 2013 VMAs with the first live performance of "Roar." For the performance, the 28-year-old wowed the crowd gathered underneath the Brooklyn Bridge with a high-impact Rocky-inspired performance, complete with glittering boxing ring.
