Amid a cheating scandal, Simon Cowell is finally breaking his silence on his impeding fatherhood. At Tuesday's One Direction: This is Us premiere in London, the 53-year-old told BBC that he feels "good" and that, "I'm proud to be a dad."

The X Factor judge also publicly commented on Lauren Silverman, the married, 36-year-old New York socialite, he knocked up. "Things are changing in my life for the better … [Silverman] is a very special girl," said Cowell.

Looks like things are going well for the twosome despite the bizarre love triangle with Cowell's former friend/Silverman's now ex husband.

Silverman is believed to be around 12 weeks along, but no word on when Baby Cowell is due.

Randy Jackson is taking Twitter to express his mounting concerns for his 15-year-old niece Paris Jackson, who attempted suicide earlier this summer. Michael Jackson's only daughter has been in an unknown facility receiving treatment after her attempt on her life -- and her uncle thinks it's about time the teen came home. On Monday, the 51-year-old musician wrote, "I don't like that Paris is still in this facility. It's not right. She's been there much too long."

On June 5, Paris allegedly overdosed on 20 Motrin and cut herself with a kitchen knife. A source told Us Weekly at the time, "She has major depression issues, a lot of it stemming from her dad's death. It's very real and very sad. She has been extremely depressed and not been able to sleep lately, staying up all night."

After being UCLA Medical Center on June 5, Paris checked out of the hospital in early July and has been receiving extended in-patient treatment in an undisclosed location since that time. At the time, a source told People that, "The feeling is that Paris is still a danger to herself. Both Katherine and Debbie [Rowe] want her to get the help that she needs." However, Paris' uncle is now concerned about the lengthy stint, saying, "I'm going to look into this. Stay tuned."

He also wrote, "There's something more to this there's something going on I don't like it I'm afraid for her. Psychiatric hospitals oftentimes make you feel as though you're psychotic when you're not. Sometimes they make matters worse."

Rowe, who is Paris' biological mother, responded to Randy via Twitter, writing, "As usual you are grossly misinformed."

Whatever the truth is, we are glad that family members are concerned for Paris but we hope they sort all this out and let Paris get the help she needs!

Raking in a whopping $42 million this past year, Gisele Bundchen is Forbes' highest-paid supermodel ... for the seventh year in a row!

Kerr may be trailing far behind as far as the numbers go, but the Aussie beauty is certainly following the right formula, as she's a spokesmodel for Quantas, David Jones and Mango. Additionally, Kerr has gone global with the promotion of her skincare line, Kora, along with her deals with Lipton Tea and the P&G detergent brand Bold.

On Tuesday afternoon Kris Jenner stopped by the Grove to chat with Extra's Mario Lopez, and the two laughed and hugged as they chatted all about her new daytime talk show and life with Kim and Kanye.

First, Jenner cleared up rumors Kim could be leaving the family's reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, saying her daughter is NOT leaving the show. And neither is Kourtney's baby daddy Scott (Lord) Disick.

On Kanye, the third-time grandmother reported: "We live together. He’s my roommate, and he is so clean. He is such a great member of my family."

And more interestingly, Kris commented on reports Kim and Kanye will sell the first photos of baby North for millions, saying they will do no such thing: "They just want to be nesting right now. They’re not thinking about business." In fact, Kris hints that SHE may get the baby scoop on her own show.

Kris also had a few exchanges with Maria Menounos, who guest hosted Kris earlier this month. She's really making friends with everyone, eh? Well, except maybe Katie Couric...

Kanye West taped an appearance on Kris yesterday, and we're wondering if that will help boost the ratings for the show. While the Kardashian family matriarch reportedly got off to a good start with ratings, several sites have reported that the numbers have dropped dramatically since the July 15 premiere. Maybe Yeezy will be able to bring her back on top?

N'Sync may be reuniting for their first performance together in ten years for this Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards, Page Six reports.

Justin Timberlake will be honored with this year's Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award, and rumor has it that his former band mates will join him onstage for a short set at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

Producers are "trying to make it happen" and the reunion is "coming together", MTV sources tell Us.

The last time the gang hit the stage together was at the 2003 Grammy Awards, where they paid tribute to the Bee Gees.

Marisa Tomei attended the afterparty for her film Afternoon Delight at Hemingway's lounge in Hollywood last night, and the actress had such a good time indulging that she needed some assistance from a pal on the way out!

The Oscar-nominated star was uncontrollably giggling with a female friend as she looked down and tried to hide her face while walking, but eventually she issued a slurred plea with photographers.

"Can you go home now? We all wanna go home at the end of the night. There's lots of people you wanna photograph more than me" she told the shutterbugs.

Apparently it was a wild party, because Juno Temple admitted she was "a little tipsy" as well as she posed with fans outside the venue!

After taping an appearance on Kris Jenner's new show on Monday, Kanye West was snapped out and about in Santa Monica, and when asked about Kim Kardashian's social media smackdown with Katie Couric, he reacted in the strangest way.

First Yeezy stopped dead in his tracks and gave our videographer some serious stink eye, but then when complimented on how he's "the best," the moody rapper cracked a smile and chuckled.
