For someone who had a seizure less than a week ago, he's definitely NOT taking it easy! But he did have a reason to celebrate...

A chipper Chris Brown arrived at new Hollywood hotspot Hooray Henry's at 12:45am on Friday, and he didn't leave the club until 2am. Why was he in such a good mood? Turns out Brown will NOT face criminal charges after a Los Angeles judge dismissed his hit-and-run case on Thursday.

Chris and the woman he hit with his Range Rover back in May agreed to a civil compromise, and though the L.A. City Attorney objected to the case being tossed out, the judge decided to dismiss the case. Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos told TMZ, "The case never should have been filed in the first place. It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done."

Breezy drove himself to the club, and even though he reunited with on-again/off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran earlier this week, she was nowhere to be found. But don't be expecting him to reunite with Rihanna anytime soon! The singer was snapped getting awfully cozy with rapper A$AP Rocky while filming their new music video together on August 15 in New York City.

Khloe Kardashian has kicked hubby Lamar Odom out of the couple's Encino home and the basketball player has moved into a hotel, X17online can report exclusively.

We caught up with Khloe, visiting Lamar at the hotel Thursday. After the couple's meeting, she went for a pow wow with her momager Kris Jenner at the family's Calabasas home before returning to Lamar's hotel, staying 20 minutes and then returning to the couple's home, alone, looking depressed. We never saw Lamar head home ... his car stayed at the hotel.

Our photographer tells us:

"Khloe looked really upset when she went in and when she came out of the hotel after talking to Lamar. She was like a woman on a mission -- she wasn't looking too warm and fuzzy; she looked sick and tired of it all."

The couple has been battling reports of Lamar's alleged infidelity after Star magazine claimed earlier this month that Lamar had two extra-marital affairs. One woman even claims, in an In Touch report, that the Kardashian family had her followed by a private investigator.

Looks like the drama (and the divorce rumors) are intensifying!

Kristen Stewart rocked a white t-shirt, ripped jeans, baseball cap and a pair of broken sunglasses while on the way to a Wells Fargo in L.A. yesterday.

The Twilight star looked at ease and while it's been a while since her split with her ex Robert Pattinson, her co-star reportedly still harbors feelings for the actress, as told by an undisclosed source.

Yesterday, Shakira looked like a cool customer while holding her adorable baby boy while at LAX having just arrived in town after spending some time in Paris, France.

The 36-year-old singer, who just recently revealed her amazing post-baby bod on the latest cover of Self magazine, claimed that she avoided the extra pounds by training four to five times a week while pregnant by doing Zumba and incorporating a diet that consisted of fiber, protein, calcium and iron.

She seems to have gotten the recipe right!

On Thursday, Angelina Jolie and her son Maddox arrived back at LAX after a quick trip to London during the week but that's not the interesting part.

On their departing flight, the 38-year-old actress narrowly avoided an awkward run in with Jennifer Aniston! According to E! News, it was discovered that both Jolie and Aniston were to be on the same flight to London on Sunday but luckily for both ladies, an employee at Heathrow airport noticed and informed Aniston's people of the scheduling.

That was all it took as the Friends star had her flight changed to Monday in order to avoid running in with her ex-husband Brad Pitt's fiance. The two even made sure not to stay in the same high-end hotel in central London.

Kourtney Kardashian is finally speaking out and putting the kibosh on the paternity lawsuit filed by male model Michael Girgenti, who claimed to be the father of her son, Mason. The 34-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star just obtained a paternity test that confirms Scott Disick is the father of three-year-old Mason, reports E! News. And she issued the following statement:

"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies—especially when the truth was never in doubt—this story must be put to rest."

Kourtney's attorney Todd Wilson originally made a statement, saying, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason's father." The lawyer went on to say, "We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading. His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client."

The 27-year-old pop star greeted her little monsters outside of the Chateau Marmont on Thursday afternoon, and even though her new song leaked over the weekend, she's been a good sport. Gaga tweeted, "My new single 'Applause' does not OFFICIALLY impact US radio until 8/19 so THANK YOU SO MUCH to all the stations who are adding it early!"

Earlier this week Gaga shot footage for the song's music video at Micky's in West Hollywood, which is set to premiere on Monday on Good Morning America. Can't wait to see it!

After much speculation, Glee creator Ryan Murphy has just announced that Cory Monteith's character Finn Hudson will not die as a result of a drug overdose. On July 13th, Monteith was found dead in his hotel room in Canada as a result of a mix of alcohol and heroin. His shocking death devastated family, friends and fans and sent TV execs scrambling to figure out how to address the loss of the star of the hit FOX show.

"There were a lot of things that we had to decide [for the memorial episode]," Murphy explained. "At one point, we were going to have his character die after an accidental drug overdose -- that was something we had considered. But we have decided that we're not going to have him pass from that."

While many believed Finn's exit would surround drugs or substance abuse, Murphy told Deadline that the show might never reveal cause of Finn's death. The former Nip/Tuck creator said that he wants the show to memorialize life rather than be a lament of death, saying it should be, "celebration of that character's life. …. That might be weird for some people, but it felt really exploitative to do it any other way."

The cast and crew came back to work earlier this month. On Aug. 6, Lea Michele posted a solemn photo from the set on Twitter with the caption, "Feels so good to be home... ‪#GleeSeason5‬."

Murphy has said that it has been good for the cast and crew to be back together but that it has been rough. "The cast and crew have had solace in being together," he says. "There's been tears on set. It's been hard for a lot of people. But the really difficult thing is coming. We start shooting the memorial episode this week. We're just now finishing it, and at the end of the week we'll send it to [the studio 20th Century Fox Television] to get their approvals. … I think it turned out to be a lovely tribute, and it's a very heartfelt look at how young people grieve.

The Emmy-winning director also said after they finish shooting the tribute episode, the show will take a break. "We're going to take two weeks or three weeks down to get our heads together because it's been a really hard thing to write. We loved Cory and we loved Finn and it feels like a huge loss and a huge heartache not to have either of them around."
