The lawsuit filed against Chris Brown and Drake for fighting in a New York City nightclub last year has been thrown out.

Brown and Drake were sued for $16 million by Entertainment Enterprises, the company who owns Greenhouse nightclub in N.Y.C., but a judge has ruled that the two musicians don't owe EE any money. But get this -- the altercation didn't even take place at Greenhouse! Instead, it was at the adjacent W.i.P nightclub, but EE said Greenhouse's reputation "took a massive hit" and the brawl cost them a lot of money, according to TMZ.

The judge stated that Drake and Chris had no duty to the club to behave themselves, and since the fight didn't even occur at Greenhouse, there was no grounds for a suit. I guess that's settled then!

Over the weekend the former Desperate Housewives honey stepped out in Los Angeles, and it sounds like she's been quite a busy bee lately! After heading to New Orleans to speak at the National Council of La Raza, Eva jetted back to LA and she's been tweeting up a storm about her new show, Devious Maids. She's not on the series, but she is executive producing ... we can still hope for a cameo though!

And speaking of shows she's produced, even though Ready For Love was cancelled earlier this year, at least Eva found herself ready for love with contestant Ernesto Arguello! The two were first spotted together in March, and earlier this month they finally confirmed that they were dating.

They can't stop, and apparently they won't stop!

Miley Cyrus' parents Billy Ray and Tish have reunited and called off their divorce for the second time, and the pop star's mom decided to share a pic of the the on-again couple on her Instagram account over the weekend.

"Date night," the blonde beauty captioned the snapshot, which shows her in a warm embrace with the father of her children.

"They went into therapy with the goal of divorcing in a way that was healthy for the children, but they ended up coming out of it with the realization that they in fact want to stay together," sources told E! News.

The pair have endured a rocky couple of years!

The country crooner first filed for divorce in 2010 only to take it back a year later, then Miley's mom took her turn to file papers this past June, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the split.

The "We Can't Stop" singer appeared to be on Team Tish following the breakup announcement, even tweeting at her famous dad to "tell the truth" and hinting that his infidelity was the underlying cause of the separation.

At least they're twerking it out!

Kate Middleton checked into the private Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in Paddinton, west London at 6am and Prince William is at her side, royal family has confirmed.

A spokesperson for Kensington Palace has said "Kate went into labor naturally and things are progressing well."

Though Middleton's due date was previously said to be last weekend, a source told The Telegraph that staffers at St. Mary's had been prepped for a July 19th date.

“A small number of staff at St. Mary’s who might be called upon when the Duchess gives birth were told they had to remain teetotal for a month before the due date,” the insider told the British tabloid. ”They were told the due date was July 19, meaning they couldn’t drink from June 19 onwards. Only a handful of people were told because there are very few hospital staff who might be needed in the case of an emergency.”

Selena Gomez celebrated her 21st birthday two days early yesterday while partying with girlfriend Lily Collins.

The young actresses danced the night away at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel on Saturday. The hotel even brought out a cheetah print cake decorated with photos of the starlet.

Selena's beau Justin Bieber didn't attend the party because he was performing a concert in Boston. The pop star also has three shows in Canada starting Tuesday -- the day after Selena's birthday -- so it's unclear whether he will celebrate with his love tomorrow.

It was a night of birthday bashes for the gal pals, as they attended Julianne Hough's 1920s-themed 25th birthday party earlier that night. Selena and Lily were dressed accordingly in black flapper dresses. The singer also donned devil horns with her getup.

She accessorized her black mini dress with a feather boa, while Lily wore a turban. Both girls looked stunning with bold red lips.

Chord Overstreet, his Glee co-stars, and friends commemorated Cory Monteith at a concert Chord dedicated to the recently deceased actor.

The singer dedicated an original song to Cory in his first live performance with a band at the intimate show Saturday in Los Angeles. Cory's castmates Dianna Agron, Kevin McHale, and Jenna Ushkowitz, as well as his friends Julianne Hough and Ashley Benson attended the concert.

Chord also sand Travie McCoy's "Billionaire" last night. "I sang this with Kevin McHale and Cory Monteith. I love you Cory!" he told the crowd.

Cory died of a heroin and alcohol overdose in his Vancouver hotel room on July 13. He was reportedly cremated in Vancouver. Production on Glee's fifth season has been pushed back two weeks in light of the tragedy. A memorial service for the cast and crew will be held next week on the Paramount Pictures lot in Hollywood.

"He was the greatest dude you'd ever met," Chord told E! News. "I spent more time with him than I have with anyone in my family in the last three or four years. … We're a family.

While the oldest Kardashian sister wore a bright yellow strapless bathing suit, little Penelope sported a bright pink ruffled number. Her beau Scott Disick and three-year-old Mason apparently didn't get the memo about neon hues. Scott and Mase wore matching red trunks. Like father, like son!

When Kourt wasn't carrying the one-year-old in the pool, she was relaxing with her well-behaved tot on lounge chairs. Sister Kim Kardashian and baby North West will be joining them in no time!
