Kanye West and Kris Jenner left Kim Kardashian and newborn daughter North West at home to catch a film - Brad Pitt's World War Z. The rapper was a little cranky when our photographers attempted to congratulate him on fatherhood!

Admittedly, he's probably not getting that much sleep with a newborn, so we don't blame him for being moody.

"Don't say anything, don't talk to me!" the rapper sniped when our photographer offered his best wishes, and the Kardashian matriarch gestured at the photographer to stop, almost as if she was slightly worried what Yeezy might do next if provoked!

We are a little shocked to see these two hanging out, especially since the recent W Magazine interview made it seem as if the Yeezus lyricist isn't all that fond of his daughter's grandmother.

What the what? Are Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson engaged? She is wearing a band on her ring finger.

Amid speculation that Joshua was getting ready to pop the question, Diane was spotted wearing a band Thursday while taking a Vespa ride with her beau in Hollywood.

A source tells X17 Online exclusively that both of the actors were wearing bands last week during an intimate dinner at Sushi Park. However, Josh seems to have taken his ring off for this particular outing.

The couple has been dating since 2006, but has consistently denied engagement reports. In fact, a source told E! News last week that the duo are "not engaged and they have no plans to get married."

But according to Life & Style, the former Dawson's Creek star went engagement ring shopping last week at Neil Lane in Beverly Hills.

"He was looking at an $80,000 3.5-carat emerald-cut platinum engagement ring," a source told the mag. "He thinks it's perfect."

That's doesn't resemble the ring she was sporting today so maybe this is a precursor to her engagement ring. We're really rooting for these two lovebirds!

Jada Pinkett Smith was dressed to the nines when we caught her heading to a meeting on Wednesday, and while she was joined by her hubby Will, he kept it super casual in a tee and jeans.

Jada recently told Redbook that she would never leave his side unless he did something bad to their kids, and the other day she posted a little bit of her own relationship advice on Facebook.

"Should I stay with a mate after she or he has cheated on me? (This is not referring to habitual cheaters. That is a different matter.) The brash comedian was spotted looking smug and stylish at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday. He seemed to be in high spirits despite recently cancelling gigs in the Middle East for his new comedy tour after learning that his safety might be compromised. Russell was dressed in his usual ostentatious fashion in all its scarf, chest hair, and silk blazer glory.

The British comic was scheduled to perform his new show "Messiah Complex" in Abu Dhabi and Lebanon. The material covers figures including Malcolm X, Mahatma Gandhi, and Jesus. The Forgetting Sarah Marshall actor appeared on MSBC's Morning Joe a few weeks ago to promote the world tour, but instead made a fool out of host Mika Brzezinski and panelists Katty Kay and Brian Shactman.

Russell went on the defensive after Mika and her panelists referred to him in the third person ... in his presence. "You're talking about me as if I'm not here and as if I'm an alien," he said before schooling the journalists on their interviewing and news reporting skills. You don't want to mess with Russell.

Magic Johnson is currently vacationing in St. Tropez, and clearly the down time has put the basketball legend in good spirits, because he flashed us a smile and a thumbs up when we caught him strolling around town.

The former Laker wasn't hard to spot in bright green shorts and a "Do It By Doin It" t-shirt.

The baller has been HIV positive since 1991, but he appears to be beating the disease because he looks like the picture of health!

On the heels of the fourth anniversary of Michael Jackson's death and amid speculation about his children's paternity, his son Prince testified on Wednesday during his wrongful death trial. The Jackson family's suit claims the King of Pop's concert promoter AEG negligently hired Conrad Murray, the doctor who was later arrested for involuntary manslaughter for giving Michael an overdose of the anesthetic propofol.



The teenager took the witness stand as never-before-seen private family photos and home movies were shown to jury members for 15 minutes. Michael can be seen playing with his three children Prince, Paris, and Blanket. Some of the videos were filmed by Michael himself, as he asked his kids what they wanted to be when they grew up.



The pictures capture family memories from Christmas, Halloween, and a birthday party, as well as baby photos, including one of Michael teaching his then blonde baby Prince how to play the piano. In one of the Christmas videos, Michael sings a carol to the kids. Both Prince and Paris call themselves "daddy's baby" when asked for their names.

The images depict a much happier time in Paris' life. The 15-year-old attempted suicide in early June. The photos of the loving siblings are a far cry from recent reports about Paris and Prince's strained relationship.

During his testimony, Prince testified that:

• His father had several tense phone conversations with his show promoters that often ended with Michale in tears. After one of the conversations, Michael told Prince "They're going to kill me," but didn't elaborate further.

• He saw AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips arguing with Murray at the family's rented mansion days before his father died. He also witnessed Phillips grabbing Murray's elbow and "looked aggressive."

• He saw Murray performing CPR on his father. At the time, Michael was hanging halfway off his bed with his eyes rolled back in his head.

• The staff wasn't allowed upstairs at the mansion. Michael kept his bedroom locked while receiving treatments from Murray.

• His father gave him and Paris $100 bills to give to Murray because Murray wouldn't take the money from Michael himself. He often wouldn't even accept it from the children. Prince said it was implied that the money partly covered Murray's fees until he was paid in full by AEG Live.

Demi Lovato appeared on Good Morning America in New York City on Thursday to promote her new single, "Made in the U.S.A.," and she also chatted about her father's passing and the launch of her new project, the Lovato Treatment Scholarship Program.

“I’m handling it okay, my father and I didn’t have the most ideal relationship. But at the end of the day, he’s still my dad and I grew up with him and he’s a wonderful person. It’s difficult…I’m handling it okay,” Demi told Robin Roberts.

Demi added that her new charity will "help one person at a time," and she's working with CAST Recovery on the project. "My father dealt with mental illnesses and he wasn’t able to function in society and that happens to a lot of people," she added, also noting her own struggles.

Demi's new single hits the radio today, and she'll be performing as part of GMA's Summer Concert Series tomorrow!

Backdoor Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is hitting back at Charlie Sheen following his open letter to TMZ, where he slammed the budding porn star for shamelessly releasing private text messages they exchanged.

"I really don't even care [about Sheen insulting me]. That's coming from someone so old and he needs to get his [life] together. I don't even care. Anything he said doesn't really even make sense to me," she told Hollywood Life.

The Anger Management actor didn't hold back his disgust for the busty brunette, telling her, "I truly do not recall giving you permission to globally reveal any communication between us. congrats on surviving your lobotomy and an even bigger congratz on the recent attempt at porn."

His insults remind Miss Abraham of another celeb bully... Amanda Bynes!

"He's meaner than Amanda Bynes. I would never go on an intimate date with Charlie Sheen. He's really not my type at all," she added.
