It looks like the vacation is over for Jaden Smith and his brother Trey.

Jaden rolled through LAX yesterday on his scooter luggage, while his brother followed behind on foot. After embarking on a whirlwind press tour for After Earth, Jaden and his dad Will took a much-needed vacation to Hawaii with the rest of the Smith clan.

Jaden went surfing during the tropical trip, while dad Will, mom Jada, and sis Willow went paddle-boarding. The water activities hopefully got their minds off their film's disappointing box office numbers. The apocalyptic flick cost a whopping $130 million and grossed a measly $54.5 million nationwide. Will, the reigning summer box office king, was lowered off the pedestal.

"It's been over two decades since I've had a movie that wasn't at number one," Will recently told Jimmy Kimmel. "That's over now, buddy!"

Let's hope the father-son duo's next collaboration is more successful.

Wearing a plastic rain coat and carrying an ax, the father-of-two murders Kimmy K's BFF Jonathan Cheban, who plays the business partner, while praising Yeezy's new tunes.

Earlier this month she flew to Paris with daughter Ava, and this past weekend Reese Witherspoon was able to squeeze in some quality time with her son Deacon!

Reese visited her brother John in Nashville with both of her children, and while they were there, the Reese and Deacon hung out at the pool and tooted around down.

While we're sure Deacon had a blast with his uncle, but we're wondering how Ryan Phillippe felt about spending Father's Day without his little ones. As far as we know the actor is in Hawaii at the moment, so maybe they had a Skype session on Sunday?

And speaking of kids, Ryan recently opened up about whether or not he wants Ava and Deacon to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. "I've often said and I don't mean to dismiss or demean our industry but I'd like to see them do something a little more meaningful or important," Ryan told E! News. "If I had the education and what they have offered to them as kids, I may have gone a different way."

Lil Wayne is facing backlash after stepping on an American flag during a music video shoot in New Orleans.

The controversial rapper first received slack on Sunday when a one-minute clip from the music video for "God Bless Amerika" was posted on YouTube. Weezy has since responded to the criticism, claiming that he accidentally stepped on Old Glory when it dropped on the ground during the shoot.

However, Wayne can clearly be seen looking down directly at the flag on multiple occasions. The song's contentious lyrics are further evidence that he may have stepped on the stars and stripes on purpose to act the part of an angry American in the vid.

"My country 'tis of thee/ sweet land of kill 'em all and let 'em die/ God bless Amerika/ This so godless Amerika … the stars on the flag are never shining," he raps in the song.

Brad Pitt wasn't even aware that Melissa Etheridge had spoken out about his partner Angelina Jolie's double mastectomy until last night, but he had a few words to say about her seeming lack of support.

Etheridge recently told The Washington Blade she felt Jolie made "the most fearful choice you can make when confronting anything with cancer ... I wouldn't call it a brave choice. My belief is that cancer comes from inside you and so much of it has to do with the environment of your body. It's the stress that will turn that gene on or not."

Pitt hadn't heard Etheridge's remarks until he walked the red carpet at the New York City premiere of World War Z, and he told Us Magazine, "I don't know ... Somebody just said that. Melissa's an old friend of mine. I'm sure we'll talk on the phone. I don't know what it is ... I think it's an individual decision and I found it very empowering instead of scary. We experienced the exact opposite."

Jolie revealed her that she underwent the preventative surgery last month in a New York Times article titled "My Medical Choice." The Oscar winner's mother died of ovarian cancer at the age of 56 in 2007 and her maternal grandmother also had the disease, and Jolie is a carrier of the BRCA-1 gene, which gave her an 87% chance of developing cancer.

The photographer pinned in between two cars as Justin Bieber pulled away from the Laugh Factory last night was rushed to the hospital, complaining of leg pain, of course. We're told the shooter has since been released without any major injuries.

Justin Bieber was at the Laugh Factory on Sunset Blvd around 11:50pm on Monday night, and when the 19-year-old pop superstar was ready to leave, a member of his entourage took Bieber's white Ferrari around the block and swooped him up. Bieber, who was wearing a pair of sunglasses, crawled in through the passenger seat, and when his bodyguard hopped out, Biebs got in the driver's seat and his pal Lil Twist sat down in the passenger seat.

Several photographers were shooting pictures outside the car, but Bieber didn't give himself enough space when he tried to speed off, and he ended up pinning and crushing one photographer's leg between his Ferrari and a silver Audi that was parked on Sunset. Bieber fled the scene before cops or paramedics arrived.

The Los Angeles Fire Department and the Los Angeles Police department were on the scene within a matter of minutes, and police spoke with the injured photographer and several other eyewitnesses, reviewing photos and video. The injured photographer was put on a stretcher and taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in an ambulance, and police completed the accident report from the hospital.

Bieber is already under investigation for reckless driving near his Calabasas home, and prior to that he was investigated for battery when he got into an altercation with one of his neighbors after speeding around his gated community. It's not clear whether the photographer will press charges or if the LAPD will be investigating Bieber for hit-and-run or reckless driving.

Bieber was under investigation for hit and run, but police have since cleared him. Bieber claims he didn't wasn't aware of hitting anyone, and authorities determined that the photog was at fault because he was a pedestrian in the roadway.
