A parking enforcement officer asked Bieber's besties to move after they illegally parked the vehicles but Lil Twist still made time to chat with our videographer about his upcoming album "Bad Decisions." Wonder if Biebs will be backing the album?

A Canadian model named Leyla Ghobadi is claiming that Kanye West cheated on Kim Kardashian multiple times, and she dished all about the reported affair to Star magazine!

After the rapper spotted her in the audience at his concert in Atlantic City in July 2012, he had his security team bring her backstage and proceeded to try to bed her, which she initially resisted despite his advances. "I refused, as I felt it was too rushed," she told the mag.

Yeezy still wouldn't give up, and invited Ghobadi and her pals to his concert the next evening. After the "Watch the Throne" star finished his performance, the two headed back to his hotel room and had sex. When the brunette bombshell asked West about his relationship with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, she claims he told her it was "for publicity and nothing serious." Ouch!

"We began to make out for a while - and next thing I knew, we were both naked and having sex," she divulged of their tryst.

The lovers enjoyed another secret meeting last October in New York, while Kimmy K was shooting her reality show in Miami.

Kim's reps have denied the reports and Kanye's rep issued the following statement:

The A-list actress is such a domestic diva! Not only does she plan on raising chickens, but she installed an herb and vegetable garden on the property. Apparently she's had the idea for a while, too!

"They've very social animals, and they like it when you visit them with a cup of coffee in your hand. According to my groundskeeper, they love pasta," she explained of her desire to raise the feathered birds.

The first teaser for Diana has hit the web, and Naomi Watts tackles the role of a lifetime to portray the late and beloved Princess Diana.

Rather than her tumultuous marriage to Prince Charles, the film focuses on the last two years of Diana's life, including her campaign against land mines and her relationship with heart surgeon Dr. Hasnat Khan.

Diana is set to hit theaters in the U.K. on September 20, but a U.S. release date has yet to be determined.

Chris Brown clearly has a dating pattern.

The hip hop bad boy seems to have officially gotten back together with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran. Their mutual friend, rapper Kid Red, Instagrammed a photo of the lovebirds cuddling at Chris' Hollywood Hills home with the caption "No friendship without love." In the pic, a solemn Chris rests his shaved head on Karrueche's shoulder.

The singer probably needed a shoulder to lean on before going into court the following day. A judge decided at his Monday hearing that he will determine whether Chris violated his probation (he's on probation for assaulting his now ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009) at a preliminary hearing on July 15. What's more? He's reportedly still under criminal investigation after allegedly assaulting Frank Ocean in January and is also being investigated for an alleged hit-and-run last month. Karrueche was a passenger in his Range Rover when the accident occurred.

Chris dumped Karrueche earlier this year to get back together with Rihanna. Now that they're an item again, Karrueche has reportedly been staying with the singer at his Hollywood Hills residence.
