Kelly Rowland broke down into tears last night in Washington, D.C. while performing her new song about her jealousy of her former Destiny's Child bandmate Beyonce.

After singing the lyrics "Turnin' me against my sister" from her "Dirty Laundry" track, Kelly took a tearful 20-second time-out. Overcome with emotion, she hunched over in her seat and cried with her hair draped down, covering her face.

The crowd then chanted her name in support. The songstress regained composure and resumed singing.

"When my sister was on stage killin' it like a motherf***er/ I was enraged, feelin' it like a motherf***er," she sang. "Bird in a cage/ You would never know what I was dealin' with/ Went our separate ways but I was happy she was killin' it. Bittersweet she was up, I was down/ No lie, I feel good for her but what do I do now?"

She sings that Beyonce was on fire post-"Survivor," but no one wanted to hear her "bulls**t." She also references her BFF by name later in the song. Kelly sings that she was in an abusive relationship and her boyfriend turned her against Bey.

"I was battered/ He hittin the window like it was me, until it shattered/ He pulled me out, he said, 'Don't nobody love you but me/ Not your mama, not your daddy and especially not Bey.'"

Even though Beyonce has had one of the most successful years of her professional life, Kelly's career has also taken off in the last month. Her fourth album (which features the song "You've Changed" -- a collaboration between the Destiny's Child ladies) will be released on June 18 and her Lights Out Tour will end on June 28. Kelly also recently joined The X Factor judging panel.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively were spotted departing from the Tegel Airport in Berlin, Germany over the weekend, and apparently the couple were headed for Stockholm!

Earlier in the week Blake went to Beyonce's concert at O2 World in Berlin, and it looks like the couple are enjoying a brief break from their work schedules. While Blake doesn't have any film projects lined up this year, she recently cooked up a storm in the inaugural webisode of Elettra’s Goodness on the Vogue website, and Ryan is currently working on The Voices, which is about "a disturbed factory worker who hears advice from his pet dog and cat is implicated in the accidental death of his co-worker."

California girls, they're unforgettable.

Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale celebrated Memorial Day in true California girl style ... with barbecue and bikinis. The former Disney darlings bared their bods and showed off their taut tummies in swimwear. Ashley even donned Daisy dukes with a bikini on top. Judging by their Instagram photos, it's not hard to see why Ashely was voted number seven and Vanessa number nine on Maxim's Hot 100 list.

Both of the girls wore shades and bikini tops with high-waisted bottoms. Ashley donned a red and white striped bandeau and white denim shorts, while Vanessa sported a pattered bikini and matching kaftan with a black maxi skirt and a black trilby.

The girls, who first met on the set of High School Musical back in 2005, refer to one other as their "twin sister."

Although they're often in the running for the same roles, Ashley told Us Weekly that she never competes with her BFF.

"I call her my twin sister," Ashley told the mag. "She's always there for me. Some people are really competitive; we're not. We're really supportive of each other. You don't find that a lot in this business."

Vanessa also said that their friendship is invaluable.

"We were never competitive in any way, shape or form," Vanessa concurred. "We completely understand each other. She's a lot of fun, and she's just grounded."

Kelly Osbourne covers the July issue of Cosmopolitan, and the the 28-year-old Fashion Police star poses for a sweet snapshot with her beau Matt Mosshart.

So how is her boyfriend different from the other guys she's dated? "He just wants to love me, and I just wanted to be loved by him," Kelly says. "Every single other guy I've dated has wanted something from me. They'd call people I know and ask for favors. I'd have to say, 'Trust me. Telling someone you are my boyfriend isn't going to get you very far."

When asked about starting a family, Kelly joked, "I do want babies, but I don't want a great big vagina."

On what she wants for the future she added, “Happiness and a Golden Globe. What? I’m fabulous. I need a Golden Globe. What is life if you’re not going to live it to the fullest? People think this is my 15 minutes. F*ck you. I’ve got an hour.”

While she certainly could win a Golden Globe, she's not winning over any of Lady Gaga's fans after slamming the singer on Fashion Police. "I loved Lady Gaga. I totally believed in everything she stood for, until I realized she's a great big hypocrite," Kelly says. "Don't say, 'When you see bullying, intervene,' while letting your fans send me death threats. If my fans did that, I would not stand for it. You can say whatever you want with your millions of monsters. I know the truth. You bells and whistles mean nothing to me. You're feeding on the freaks and geeks to further your career? Do you really care about the gay community? Because if you did, you'd stand up for it more than you do."

Could they be giving romance another go?

Pamela Anderson grabbed dinner at Dominick's in West Hollywood with her ex-husband Rick Salomon last night, and according to our sources, the two were quite cozy during their dinner date!

The Baywatch babe married the entrepreneur back in 2008, only to seek an annulment just two months later. Although both parties cited "fraud" as the reason for their split, it seems they have worked out their differences!

Mr. Salomon rose to fame as Paris Hilton's sex tape partner, and Pammy shot to stardom with her infamous sex tape with Tommy Lee, so maybe these two realized they were a match made in heaven?

It's no secret that Rob Pattinson and Katy Perry are friends, but based on new reports, it sounds like their relationship was one of the contributing factors to Rob's latest split from Kristen Stewart!

Earlier this month the duo were spotted at the Daughter concert at the Bowery in New York, and apparently K. Stew was NOT happy about that outing. And just this past weekend, the pals were spotted together again, this time at a wedding rehearsal at San Ysidro Ranch, near where Katy grew up.

Rehearsal guest Stephanie Sands told People, "Katy and Rob were just sitting next to each other watching the wedding rehearsal in the main courtyard area. They were dressed very casually ... She was wearing a hoodie and big sunglasses. There was no PDA between them and no body language that showed they were dating. They just sat together and watched. They were not affiliated with the wedding party and were not seen mingling with guests."

Sounds innocent enough, but apparently Katy has made it clear to Rob that she thinks he deserves better. A source told Life & Style that Perry was never a fan of the reconciliation. "Katy never really supported Rob's decision to get back with Kristen," the insider said. "She always said they wouldn't last. Katy told Rob she didn't think their relationship could withstand the cheating scandal. And he deserved better than someone who would destroy a family [like Rupert's]."

No wonder K. Stew didn't like them hanging out!

Justin Bieber is in more hot water over his aggressive driving behavior, this time because he was allegedly driving around his gated community in Calabasas at dangerously high speeds. Now, the LAPD is investigating the incident, TMZ reports.

After two separate neighbors called the cops on the singer's unsafe driving on Sunday night, cops responded but The Biebs refused to speak with them.

The "Believe" crooner's case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney.

This isn't the first time residents of the Canadian sensation's community have raised an issue with his driving. The other month, cops were called after Bieber allegedly drove recklessly then spit on a neighbor who tried to confront him.

Sounds like someone needs a serious time out!

After being arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and two other offenses last Friday (not to mention getting held for a psych evaluation), Amanda Bynes has taken to Twitter to bash everyone from the NYPD to Rihanna, and now she's going after her parents.

Bynes is sticking to her story that a police officer sexually assaulted her (she claims he "slapped her va**na"), and she says she will also be taking legal action against her mother and father for mismanaging her finances.

The starlet wrote on Twitter:

"... to say I wasn't offended being treated like a mental insane person/criminal on the night the cops illegally entered my apartment, found nothing, sexually assaulted me, then arrested me taking me to a mental hospital, then locking me up all night for no wrong doing us criminal on THEIR part.

My lawyer and I are taking this mistake extremely seriously! You cannot illegally enter my apartment then take me to mental hospital without any grounds. I have never been so offended in my life. They found nothing criminal on me or around me, one cop then sexually assaulted me, so I'm suing for all of the above! I'll be happy when I get money compensation from the cop who assaulted me and NYPD for wrongfully arresting me and having me put into a mental hospital and jail overnight!

I don't want to keep talking about it. My lawyer is taking care of it for me. My real friends don't talk about me on twitter.

Also, never trust or listen to a word any person from my family says to the press. I am suing them for money laundering/unethical manager work, I never signed a contract with them, and they had been stealing my money without me knowing, claiming they were managing me somehow when they have no right to act as if they did anything to help or enhance my career and I want $ back that I earned on my own. I'm 27 and don't like when press talks to my parents. My parents are almost 70 years old. We are no longer on speaking terms. I would rather them be homeless than live off of my money."
