Troubled former actress Amanda Bynes, 27, was arrested in New York Thursday night after throwing a bong out of her West 47th Street apartment window, according to reports.

Bynes was booked for criminal possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and felony tampering with evidence.

A building employee called police when he saw Bynes in the lobby with a joint, acting erratically, TMZ reports.

The 'wigged' out star was held temporarily for psychiatric testing before being booked at a local police precinct and then taken to night court just before midnight. She's being held there, awaiting a judge -- she could get a hearing sometime this morning.

Kim Kardashian is back from Paris, France, where she spent the last few days sightseeing, lunching and shopping with her mom Kris Jenner.

“My final trip before I can’t fly anymore!” Kim wrote on her blog as soon as she arrived in the City of Light. “My mom and I flew to Paris to soak in the amazingness Paris has to offer before I can’t travel any more! We were doing some baby shopping and checking on our place here before heading to LA for a while. Xo”

Kim tried to keep her 8-month baby bump covered with a loose jacket, but we got a peek at her huge belly as she made her way to her car. While the reality star will be laying low in Los Angeles for the next few weeks, she will be back on the road with baby daddy Kanye West just a few months after giving birth. A source recently confirmed to Us Weekly that the reality star "and her baby daughter will join West on his international tour this fall."

But where are they going to live? They still haven't moved in to their Bel Air mansion or picked out a rental ... maybe they really are staying with Kris this summer?

Eva Longoria had lunch fit for a master today in Hollywood.

The actress and her supportive family headed to Cafe 101 after Eva's matriculation ceremony from Cal State Northridge.

She also had brunch at her West Hollywood restaurant Beso with a different group of family members, including her parents, earlier today directly after the CSUN graduation.

"Big day today!!!" she tweeted in the morning. "Very excited to graduate for my Master's degree in Chicano Studies! You're never too old or too busy to continue your education!"

The 38-year-old was certainly busy last week at the Cannes Film Festival where she attended a red carpet event every night of the weekend, including the film premieres of Le Passe and Jimmy P.: Psychotherapy of a Plains Indian, and the Global Gift Gala and after party. She finally got a day off yesterday and used the rare free time to visit a medical building in Beverly Hills.

From a desperate housewife to a Master of Chicano Studies ... that's not too shabby.

She better enjoy holding his hand now, because in a couple years he will think he's too cool for mom!

Sarah Jessica Parker and son James Wilkie walked along the streets of N.Y.C. today, and the actress looked very Carrie Bradshaw-esque in rolled jeans, Mary Janes, and an oversized sweater. Clearly she doesn't need a stylist!

The curly haired beauty caused quite a stir among Sex in the City lovers earlier this month when she hinted there might be another movie in the works.

"I've been saying... there is one story left to tell. If it is, in fact, the right time and the right place, we should tell it. It would be wonderful. It's fun to ponder," she revealed to Extra.

He looks pretty darn good for being 68-years-old!

Michael Douglas is currently in Cannes for the film festival, and the actor left Hotel du Cap yesterday looking quite dapper in jeans and a blazer.

It appears he left wife Catherine Zeta-Jones back at home, which is probably best considering the British beauty was just released from in-patient rehab for her bipolar disorder.

The actress is never far from her hubby's mind, though!

"She's doing a really good job. I can't wait to see her. I'm proud of her," he told reporters in Cannes.

And they said it would never last!

A makeup-free Kendall Jenner went to the gym on Thursday morning, and the 17-year-old reality starlet was visibly upset after being slammed on Twitter last night by grunge rock princess Francis Bean Cobain.

Kendall tweeted, "just wish things could be easier sometimes mann" on Wednesday evening, and Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's daughter ripped into her for being a "f*cking idiot" and also slammed her for being "self-involved." Francis added, "oh shh. There are kids on earth abandoned&homeless who forcibly drink contaminated water because clean water isn't accessible ... not to mention, CANCER, famine, poverty, draught, disease, natural disasters, Death..."

Kendall has since deleted the tweet, but she has yet to address the virtual showdown on Twitter or her blog. Maybe it will be covered on an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians?

It's safe to say that it's going to be an awkward Teen Choice Awards for the already awkward Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.

The actors, who broke up last week (Rob moved his belongings out of Kristen's home on Sunday), each received two nominations for their performances in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 -- the last flick in the Twilight saga.

The duo also ended their four-year relationship last summer after KStew was caught canoodling with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. They got back together two months later.

The finale got nods for best sci-fi/fantasy and romantic movie, while Kristen and Rob were tapped in the best actor/actress sci-fi/fantasy and romance categories. Rob will go head-to-head against fellow Twilight star Taylor Lautner (as well as heavyweights Tom Cruise, Robert Downey, Jr., and James Franco) for best actor. Kristen recently turned to Taylor for comfort after the break-up. It looks like life is imitating art.

The show will be broadcast on Fox on August 11. Let's hope, for the sake of the Twihards, these two lovebirds get back together by then.

Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry took turns with parenting duties yesterday. The pregnant actresses dropped off her daughter Nahla at school yesterday morning and Gabriel picked her up in the afternoon.

The usually stylish star dressed down in comfy sweats for the occasion, while her ex donned his typical baseball-cap-aviators-T-shirt-jeans combo. The mother-daughter duo chatted on the way to school as Nahla stopped to smell some flowers. Then later, the five-year-old blew off steam by blowing soap bubbles as she and her dad headed home. Oh, to be a kid again.

Halle and Aubry recently reached an amicable custody agreement in court. They had been embroiled in a high-profile custody battle over Halle's desire to move to France -- her current fiance Olivier Martinez's native country. Halle reportedly pays Gabriel $20,000 monthly in child support.

The two definitely now have a handle on co-parenting.
