On Monday afternoon Liam Hemsworth was spotted on set in Los Angeles, and we're not 100% sure, but based on his hair and preppy clothes we think it's re-shoots for Paranoia. And speaking of paranoia, what's all this fuss about Liam and Miley Cyrus' wedding being off?

Despite rumors last week that Liam's brothers had staged an intervention in an attempt to get him to break things off with his fiancee, a source close to the couple tells E! News that the wedding is still on and it's simply a matter of the two wanting to take their time before walking down the aisle.

The insider added that the Hemsworths have been "very welcoming to the entire Cyrus family."

Angelina Jolie announced in a New York Times op-ed piece on Tuesday, that she has undergone a preventative double mastectomy.

The actress learned she carries the BRCA1 gene, which significantly increases a carrier's risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer.

"My doctors estimated that I had an 87 percent risk of breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer, although the risk is different in the case of each woman. Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy."

Jolie's mother, Marcheline Bertrand, died of breast cancer in 2007 at age 56.

Angelina explains that she finished three months of treatment on April 27 (just a week after the above photos were taken) and writes: "During that time I have been able to keep this private and to carry on with my work."

She details the procedures, which began with "nipple delay," in which the ducts behind the nipples are tested in order to rule out disease there and to save the nipple. Two weeks later she had the major surgery, to remove the breast tissue. Then nine weeks later, the final surgery to reconstruct the breasts and insert permanent implants.

Angelina explained her reasons for going public about the procedure:

"I wanted to write this to tell other women that the decision to have a mastectomy was not easy. But it is one I am very happy that I made. My chances of developing breast cancer have dropped from 87 percent to under 5 percent. I can tell my children that they don’t need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer.

It is reassuring that they see nothing that makes them uncomfortable. They can see my small scars and that’s it. Everything else is just Mommy, the same as she always was."

She goes on to thank her "partner," Brad Pitt, who she describes as "loving and supportive."

Jolie urges women to get tested and to "take control" of life's challenges.

Chris and company crowded a Compton rooftop to film a video for a tribute single to Aaliyah, while fans and passerby alike swarmed to the scene in high numbers. Coincidentally, his rival (and bar brawl partner) Drake has written multiple songs in the late singer's memory. He's also tattooed a portrait of her face on his back.

The R&B bad boy is currently in hot water with his Hollywood Hills neighbors for painting eight-foot tall, brightly colored monsters on a wall along the side of his home. They should be happy he's not shooting a music video on his rooftop.

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are officially the happiest divorced couple in Tinseltown.

Sheen has allegedly offered to increase Richards' child support payments, but she's declined, RadarOnline.com exclusively reports. Richards currently has temporary custody of his twins with Brooke Mueller. She's had guardianship of the boys since Mueller entered rehab for the 20th time on May 3.

"Charlie supports the actions of the Department of Children and Family Services," the Anger Management star's rep said in a statement. "He knows Max and Bob are safe in a stable, loving environment with Denise and the boys' sisters."

Denise also cares for her two children with Sheen and her adopted daughter. She reportedly already receives $55,000 monthly.

"Charlie is extremely generous, and wanted to make sure having the twins in Denise's care didn't place a financial strain on her," a source told Radar. "Denise was thankful for the offer, but declined because she has the financial means to take care of them herself. She isn’t doing this for the money."

In fact, the source said that Denise is the one person in his life he fully trusts.

"There have been many times over the last year that Charlie has said the best thing he ever did was marrying and having children with Denise, but the worst thing was ever letting her go," the source said.

In addition to graciously refusing his handout, Richards also tweeted a thank you message to her ex for flying her out from N.Y.C. to L.A. to spend Mother's Day with her kids. She's currently shooting the film Twisted in New York.

"Greatest ex @charliesheen my mom's day gift flying me home on his plane so I can take the kids to school," she wrote.

It's certainly a bizarre relationship, but what else can you expect from tiger blooded Sheen? As he said, "you can't process me with a normal brain."

Rumors are circulating that Beyonce is pregnant with her second child after photos surfaced showing the singer sporting a noticeably fuller midsection during a recent performance.

The New York Post claims, according to multiple sources, that the singer and husband Jay-Z are expecting again. Reps have yet to respond to a request for comment.

The Grammy-winner has made no secret of her desire to expand her family.

"I would like more children. I think my daughter needs some company... at some point, when it's supposed to happen," she confessed to GMA.

Heidi Klum spent the day before Mother's Day with her beautiful brood. She took her daughter Leni and three of her adorable friends, who sported matching brightly colored sequined tanks, ra-ra skirts, and bike shorts, to a soccer game. The girls and Heidi's boyfriend Martin Kristen watched from the sidelines and cheered on as Heidi's boys Johan and Henry played soccer.

After hanging out at the park in Brentwood, the gang headed to Santa Monica for some more fun in the sun. The kids and their soccer buds biked around the beach before going to Venice's famous Muscle Beach to play with exercise equipment.

Heidi recently told Us Weekly that it's difficult to balance her busy professional life and her personal life. After giving the interview, she added America's Got Talent judging duties to her already heavy load.

"It's a huge responsibility to have four kids," she said. "They all have different likes and dislikes and activities that they want to do. You have to learn how to juggle all of that, and at the same time, give them each the love that they need. ... When you have one [child], you can focus on one. With four, you have to make sure [your attention] is all spread out just right. You have to understand how different they all are! And at the end of the day, there is not much time left for you!"

She certainly found activities for them to do on Saturday.
