Lindsay Lohan will NOT be allowed to leave the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, where she is currently serving a court-mandated 90-day sentence for a probation violation.
"It is understood by the Betty Ford Center that your client is to remain on the premises for the duration of her 90-day stay in treatment," reads a letter filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court by Lohan's newly re-hired attorney Shawn Holley. While this isn't the rehab facility previously agreed upon by the court, Judge James Dabney approved of it yesterday, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The letter notes that Lohan will be treated by a team of experts, including a physician, a nurse, a psychologist, a case manager, a spiritual care counselor, a family counselor, a dietician, a fitness trainer and a chemical dependency technician. Lilo will be kept on a strict schedule that starts around 6am and ending at 9pm, and patients are forbidden from having cell phones, and they are randomly drug tested.
Lohan was treated at Betty Ford in late 2010, but she never completed her stay. Lohan got into an altercation with a staffer who caught the actress trying to sneak out, and it later came out the Lohan "reeked" of alcohol at the time of the incident.
However, the facility noted that they cannot hold patients against their will nor can they prevent them from running away, so it's ultimately Lilo's decision to serve her full sentence ... or wind up behind bars.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale attended the 2013 Costume Institute Gala in New York City on Monday night, and the 43-year-old singer showed some skin in a black and white Maison Martin Margiela gown. Gavin didn't wear makeup or a mohawk, but he did rock a plaid suit with a dropped crotch. Looks to us like Gwen styled him for the evening!
And speaking of couples, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren also hit the red carpet, and while we don't really care too much about Cash (sorry!), Jess looked incredible in a Tory Burch gown:

We love the new look!
Anne Hathaway used the Met Gala red carpet to debut her new blonde hair color cut and color, and we have to say this is the best she's look in a long time!
The Oscar winner donned a beautiful Valentino gown for the big night, and she definitely adhered to the punk theme more than other celebs!
Going braless at swanky events must be her new thing! We all remember her Oscars dress nipple scandal!

Katy Perry attended the 2013 Costume Institute Gala on Monday night, and while she looked pretty, the gold crown and embellished Dolce & Gabbana dress aren't in any way punk, so we're kinda disappointed. Maybe we need to look deeper?
"Tonight for The Met I am channeling the OG queen of PUNK, JOAN of ARC," Katy tweeted, and she also posted a shot of her jewel-adorned nails:

Madonna was the last star to arrive to the 2013 Costume Institute Gala on Monday night, but as far as we're concerned, she was one of the only celebs who went all out and adhered to the punk theme.
Madge wore a dark wig, a grey studded tartan jacket by Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci and fishnet tights, and the 54-year-old singer accessorized with her 25-year-old boyfriend Brahim Zaibat. That's pretty rebellious, right?

Lisa Vanderpump, her hubby Ken Todd and a few gal pals dined at BOA in West Hollywood on Monday night, and despite being eliminated from Dancing With the Stars last month, it looks like the Real Housewives star has picked up and moved on!
"I miss the whole camraderie and the friendships, but it was very intense. I could understand why Dorothy and Wynonna were all so tearful," Lisa recently told Glamour Mag about getting the boot from the show. But fear not! Lisa has been busy with other projects, including her spokesmodel gig with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter ... check out the video below to see what she had to say about her latest job!

After reportedly being banned from attending last year by Anna Wintour herself, Kim Kardashian FINALLY got to go to the Met Ball on Monday night! But even though she dined with the Vogue editrix on Sunday evening, we're not sure she's getting an invite again after getting a load of her decidedly un-punk floral gown ... how is this in ANY way in line with the theme of the evening!?
Despite her failure to adhere to punk-inspired couture, Kim did look sexy in a Riccardo Tisci dress and gloves, and her baby daddy looked equally polished in head-to-toe Givenchy. But who really picked out the pregnant reality starlet's dress?

Most of the ladies who attended the 2013 Costume Institute Gala in New York City on Monday evening wore white or black, but a few of our favorite starlets went for bold metallic frocks on the red carpet.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley rocked a floor length bronze and black Gucci gown and bold red lips, while Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks wore a tuxedo-inspired Atelier Versace dress with Brian Atwood shoes and Kara Ross jewels.
