The 25-year-old R&B star went to dinner at Da Silvano in New York City on Tuesday night wearing a pair of crazy cut out Tom Ford knee-high boots, shorts and a printed Mary Katrantzou top. As Tim Gunn would say, that's a whole lotta look!

Rihanna already had several concerts for her Diamonds tour on the east coast earlier this week, and she'll play three shows in Canada starting tomorrow, followed by shows in Boston and N.Y.C. next week. Ri then has a few weeks off before she heads to Morocco for a gig, so we're guessing she's going to go on another extravagant vacation. After all, it seems like she's broken up with Chris Brown as of right now, so you know she's not going to be hanging out in Los Angeles with him!

Amanda Bynes posted a pair of Twitpics on Tuesday night in a lacy black bra and wrote, "About to put on makeup! I weigh 135, I've gained weight! I need to be 100 lbs!"

But our jaws aren't on the floor because of the pounds she claims to have put on -- we can't stop staring are her boobies! Even though she says she's heavier than she wants to be, we think she looks incredibly sexy. Who knew she had curves like this?!

After posting photos last week of her half shaved head, the 27-year-old actress certainly knows how to keep people talking about her, and if she continues to post pics like this, she'll be up to one million followers in no time! (She currently has around 750,000.)

When asked about her mental health, Amanda recently told In Touch Weekly, “I have no clue [why people say I’m insane]. Every time I’ve heard it, it came from an ugly person’s mouth, so I don’t care. The only ones lying about me having a mental illness are people I don’t talk to.” Amanda added, “I only have hot friends. They have my back until I die.” Maybe she's talking about former Hairspray co-star Nikki Blonsky? Then again, maybe not...

When asked about her cheek piercings, Amanda says, “I wanted to look like [exotic dancer] BlacChyna,” and regarding rumors that she has a substance abuse problem, she states, “I don’t drink. I’m allergic to alcohol. I don’t smoke pot. I smoke tobacco.”

So what's she up to these days? “I’ll design clothes and sing because I want to, not because I need the money. I love singing and I can’t wait to start working on an album.”
Amanda continued, “I’m getting in shape for all the photo shoots ... I like being 100 pounds … 21 to go!" Maybe she chatted with the mag before she snapped these selfies last night?

What's going on with her reported move to Vegas?!

The pop princess is said to be on the brink of closing a two year residency with Caesars Entertainment, and rumor has it the former X-Factor judge has asked new beau David Lucado to move with her to Sin City!

"Britney asked him to move with her when she makes Vegas her new home in November. David said, 'Yes!' Her team is fine with it. Just as long as she doesn't fall apart. Everyone has to raise an eyebrow, but her team is okay with it. Everyone just wants Britney to be happy," sources tells Life & Style.

Ben Affleck arrived at his office in Brentwood on Tuesday morning, and the Oscar winner was in a good mood despite being swarmed by photographers. Ben joked, "Got the whole force out here today!"

When asked about living on just $1.50 a day as part of the Global Poverty Project's Live Below The Line campaign, Ben told us "it hasn't started yet."

Jennifer Lawrence departed from Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday morning, and the night before she was spotted with ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult at The Little Door restaurant!

Lawrence and Hoult ended their two-year relationship in January, but they're set to begin filming X-Men: Days of Future Past this spring, so either they've rekindled their relationship or they're going over their scripts ... but we have a feeling their low key meeting was not work-related.

Brad Pitt covers the new issue of Vanity Fair, and while the magazine hasn't released any of his quotes, they have shared some excerpts from their chats with World War Z producers and studio execs who detail the disasters they encountered while making the film.

Screenwriter Damon Lindelof tells the mag, "[Pitt] took me through how excited he was when he read the book, what was exciting for him, the geopolitical aspect of it ... But when we started working on the script, a lot of that stuff had to fall away for the story to come together. We started shooting the thing before we locked down how it was going to end up, and it didn’t turn out the way we wanted it to.”

When asked about watching the director's cut, VF reports that the room was completely silent and Paramount executive Marc Evans noted, “It was, like, Wow. The ending of our movie doesn’t work. I believed in that moment we needed to reshoot the movie. We were going to have long, significant discussions to fix this." Yikes!

The script had to be re-written, 40 minutes of the film had to be re-shot and the budget rose to around $200 million, so we're curious to see what Pitt has to say about the film. Still, after watching the first two trailers, we are still very excited to see it, even though it looks nothing like the book we read and loved...

Motherhood is clearly her favorite role of all!

Jennifer Garner took her daughters Violet and Seraphina to the Brentwood Country Mart for some snacks and java yesterday, and the actress was in high spirits as she laughed with her gals on the way out of the shopping center.

Just this past weekend, the whole Affleck clan came out to watch Seraphina compete in a track meet, and it's clear they value their family time more than any swanky Hollywood event or award show!

I guess she doesn't want him to murder her vag anymore!

In between posting awesome selfies and hitting the gym, Amanda Bynes posted a photo of Drake and wrote, "Loving far apart eyes @drake," and she later added a side-by-side shot of her ex-boyfriend Nick Zano and the Canadian rapper and wrote, "Hot to the left and Ugly @drake to the right."

Amanda also retweeted a few nasty comments about Drake from her followers, so we're not sure if he's just been ignoring her or if he took a swipe at her, but she's definitely over it! But who is she going to move on to next?
