Reese Witherspoon may be an Oscar winner with a seemingly perfect life, but it sounds like her husband Jim Toth might have opened a major can of worms after his DUI arrest in Atlanta on Friday morning!

Witherspoon and Toth were arrested after he was pulled over on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, and she was charged with disorderly conduct after disobeying a police officer who told her to stay inside the couple's car. Witherspoon apologized and said in a statement that she was "deeply embarrassed," adding that she had "clearly had one drink too many."

So what does this mean for the CAA agent, who represents stars like Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Alba and Robert Downey Jr.? A source close to Toth told People he "feels awful that he involved Reese in the situation ... He made a bad decision and it certainly made things worse that he dragged her into it." The insider added, "Jim has always been a big social drinker. A lot of his job is being social. He's out to lunch or dinner almost every day of the week, schmoozing clients and taking business meetings ... [The arrest is] just going to make the two of them stop and pause, and think about maybe how much Jim's drinking plays a role in their lives – if it does or not."

Another source tells the mag, "It's embarrassing for him. He'll have to explain himself to his bosses." Toth blew a .139 on his sobriety test, and yet another source tells the mag, "No one would be surprised if Jim goes to rehab."

Mariah Carey took a break from her American Idol judging duties to enjoy some downtime with her twins Moroccan and Monroe yesterday night, and the only person missing out on the snuggle session was hubby Nick Cannon!

"Hurry up Daddy! Ms. Monroe, Roc Starr & Mommy Mimi wait patiently watching Shrek Box set," she captioned the snapshot.

The trio laid in bed watching the animated flick with popcorn until their proud pop returned home.

The 43-year-old's little girl is such a diva in training! The toddler decided to play dress up in her famous mom's closet when she was done watching the movie!

"Ms. Monroe raids mommy's shoe closet, slippers by agent provocateur (not yet 2 years old!)," Miss Carey tweeted.

She's going to have her hands full when these two are teenagers!

Chris was snapped at SupperClub on Tuesday night, and the R&B bad boy showed off his brand new custom Lamborghini, which some sites estimate to cost around $500,000, though that does seem a bit steep for such an obnoxiously painted vehicle!

Chris previously had a custom Lambo styled after an F-86 fighter jet, and we've also spotted him in a black Porsche, a red Ferrari, a red Lambo and a black Viper, among other whips. We simply cannot keep up with his luxury rides!

The new trailer for The Bling Ring has hit the web, and the film is based on the group of Los Angeles teens who robbed the homes of celebrities like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Miranda Kerr in 2008 and 2009.

Kirsten Dunst and Paris make cameos on the film, and this clip shows Emma and her pals raiding the heiress' closet and later getting busted by authorities after they got a little too cocky.

Sofia Coppola's latest flick will debut at the Cannes Film Festival in May.

Gwyneth Paltrow has been crowned World's Most Beautiful Woman by People magazine, and the actress admits she was a little shocked by the flattering title!

"Around the house, I'm in jeans and a t-shirt. I don't really wear make-up. That's what they're used to. And Chris will make a joke about it. If I've gotten fully dressed up, he'll be like, 'Oh, wow! You're Gwyneth Paltrow!' Because he's used used to seeing me in like baggy shorts and frizzy hair," she confessed to the mag.

The Iron Man star is not just a pretty face, either! The blonde beauty is known for her amazing physique, but the star insists her adherence to a fitness regime didn't come naturally at first.

"When I first started, I thought, 'I'll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!' But now it's like brushing my teeth, I just do it. It makes me look younger and feel strong," she added.

Reports surfaced today that Fox executives were looking to replace Mariah Carey with Jennifer Lopez on American Idol, but now the network is scrambling to do damage control!

The show is in some serious trouble, with last week's ratings the worst since its debut in 2002, and the head haunchos believed J.Lo's star power could give a much needed boost to the singing competition. However, it appears everyone got their stories a little confused! Turns out, the Latina stunner will simply be performing on the May 16 finale.

"This is just another ridiculous Idol judge rumor, likely started by talks of Jennifer performing on the finale," a Fox spokeswoman said in a statement. A rep for Carey denies the allegations as well.
