What is the world coming to when Ms. Legally Blonde herself gets arrested?!

First, Reese's hubby, CAA agent Jim Toth, was pulled over on suspicion of DUI early Friday morning in Atlanta, GA. But trouble for the couple didn't end there ... Reese was warned to stay inside the car while police processed Jim's arrested but apparently Witherspoon couldn't keep her mouth shut or stay put. She got out of the car as she yelled at cops for taking a long time with her husband so an officer cuffed her too.

Reese was arrested on disorderly conduct, according to Variety. She and Jim were released on bond at 3:30am ET. A court appearance is scheduled for Monday at 8am in Atlanta -- Toth and Witherspoon are not expected to appear.

Reese is in Atlanta shooting indie drama The Good Lie; production will not be interrupted, according to Variety sources.

The GLAAD Media Awards honored NBC's sitcom The New Normal, FX's thriller American Horror Story: Asylum, and NBC's daytime drama Days of Our Lives, paying tribute to "inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives."

Hosted by Drew Barrymore, the evening also awarded The Perks of Being a Wallflower for outstanding film and honored President Clinton with the first advocate for change award. The former president spoke out about the Defense of Marriage Act which his administration passed in 1996 and which Clinton has since said was a "mistake."
