The couple, who have been married for 31 years, were both spotted out without their wedding rings in the past week, sparking even more rumors that their union was dunzo.

"They are living at different addresses and not spending any time together. They row a lot. They aren't acting like husband and wife. It is unusual to not even have dinner together when both of them are five minutes apart," a source revealed.

Their daughter Kelly isn't exactly helping to downplay the reports!

"Why does every family in the world have that 1 member that will never get it and is completely ignorant to life in general," she tweeted the other day.

"Truly inspiring to be able to come here," Bieber wrote in the museum's guest book. "Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a Belieber."

We're sure his heart was in the right place, but maybe that wasn't the best thing to say! Bieber has today off, and after relaxing for the next few hours, he'll head to Norway, where he has three shows in a row at the Telenor in Oslo. So what else has the 19-year-old singer been up to? Posting shirtless pictures and mocking his haters, natch!
