Kim Kardashian barely made it to her divorce settlement hearing on time today after her driver accidentally took her to the wrong courthouse, but Kris Humphries didn't even bother to show up!

Both parties had been ordered to appear, and while Humphries' legal team was present, the NBA star reportedly claimed that there was "a delay or cancellation of sorts with his scheduled flight to Los Angeles," according to E! News. It's not clear whether Humphries phoned in to court or not, but if he didn't have permission to do that, the website reports that he could be held in contempt of court.

Judge Hank Goldberg moved to close the court and exclude the media, explaining that "the nature of settlement and settlement conferences under the evidence code are confidential."

The purpose of today's meeting was to see if a settlement could be reached before the case went to trial, but apparently neither party wants to budge. Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries in October 2011 after 72 days of marriage, but he wants an annulment based on fraud and $7 million. Kim is asking that Humphries pay her legal bills, and earlier this week, the reality TV starlet's lawyers filed their witness list for the upcoming trial, which is set for May 6.

Rumors have been swirling that her show The Rachel Zoe Project has been cancelled by Bravo after five seasons, but reps for the network claim the reports are completely false!

"The Rachel Zoe Project and It's A Brad Brad World are both currently on the air during our Fashion Night. There has been no decision on either show for next season," a Bravo rep said in a statement.

That's bananas!

Portia de Rossi covers the new issue of Out Magazine, and the 40-year-old actress reveals that she and Ellen DeGeneres, who have been married for nearly 5 years, have no plans to have children.

"There comes some pressure in your mid-30s, and you think, Am I going to have kids so I don’t miss out on something that other people really seem to love?" she told the mag. "Or is it that I really genuinely want to do this with my whole heart? I didn't feel that my response was 'yes' to the latter ... You have to really want to have kids, and neither of us did. So it's just going to be me and Ellen and no babies." Well, and cats and dogs and horses ... they do have some four-legged babies!

"We've settled into happily married life," she added. "We really support each other in whatever we're doing and we're incredibly happy, which is why you don't see us in the press so much. There's no drama to report. Married life is blissful, it really is. I've never been happier than I am right now."

Before heading to downtown Los Angeles on Friday morning for her divorce settlement hearing, Kim Kardashian went to sweat it out at the gym.

After returning home to shower and get ready, Kim arrived at the courthouse just after 8am, but her driver took her to the DMV court instead of family court so she barely made it to the right place on time. Kim's ex-hubby Kris Humphries didn't show up, and we're not even sure if he made any attempt to fly out of New York, as he was spotted in the Big Apple at 1am this morning, according to TMZ.

Ke$ha made an appearance at Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday, and we've never seen the "Die Young" singer look so sexy! Donning a floral print shorts suit and sky high nude heels, the pop star showed off her amazing legs!

Clearly the singer is good friends with the talk show host because she even tweeted a pic of the two of them!

Kim Kardashian was set to face Kris Humphries in court at 8:30am this morning for a settlement conference in downtown Los Angeles, but there are two major problems: First, Kim's driver took her to the DMV court instead of family court, and second, looks like Kris Humphries isn't even going to make it to the hearing, as he was still in New York City at 1am this morning.

Kim's bodyguard (along with the rest of the media) is at 111 N. Hill Street waiting for her, but when X17 photographers approached Kim's driver and tried to tell him that he was in the wrong place, he told us he didn't believe them. As of 8:20am, Kim still wasn't at the right location, but luckily family court is just a few blocks down the street.

Kardashian and Humphries are reportedly trying to work out a settlement to avoid a trial, but seeing as Kris is demanding $7 million (and an annulment) from his ex-wife it doesn't look like either side is willing to budge. TMZ reports that Kim doesn't want to pay the NBA star a dime and that she is now demanding that he pay her attorney's fees.

8:45am - Kim finally made her way to the LA Superior Courthouse (rather than DMV court). An ambulance also just arrived at the courthouse. No info yet on who needs treatment. Stay tuned...

Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen posed for photos at the Los Angeles premiere of Scary Movie 5 on Thursday night, and even though he made a few less-than-flattering comments about her on The Tonight Show, it looks like Lilo didn't mind at all. Either that or she's a really good actress!

Then again, Charlie has done her quite a few favors over the last year -- not only did he give Lilo money to pay off her taxes, but he hooked her up with a hilarious guest role on Anger Management and we're willing to bet he's given her some life advice too. Charlie definitely knows a thing or two about making a comeback!

The 26-year-old starlet arrived at the premiere 30 minutes after the red carpet was scheduled to close down, but Charlie must have known she was running late, because after she posed for some solo pictures, he joined her for a few snapshots. Charlie smooched Lilo on the cheek and pretended to grope her, but after getting grilled by David Letterman on Tuesday, we're thinking she can handle pretty much anything these days.

In other news, Lilo has been tweeting about Coachella, so if she didn't leave for Indio after the premiere last night, we're guessing she's already on the road this morning. Think she can stay out of trouble at the music festival? Once she gets back she has about two weeks to prepare to present a judge with a 90-day rehab plan and proof of enrollment at a facility.
