After returning from Europe for a quick break from his "Believe" tour, Justin Bieber was quick to get himself in trouble after touching down in L.A. The pop star was accused of battery by a neighbor Tuesday morning, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore, who says police are investigating the incident.

Bieber flew out of Poland last night following his concert in Lodz, and he arrived home early on Tuesday. A source close to Bieber's security team tells X17online that a male neighbor came on to his Calabasas property, but "there was no physical altercation."

The man began screaming at Bieber about throwing loud parties, according to TMZ, but the website later noted that it wasn't a noise complaint over all-night ragers, but rather Bieber's Ferrari. Bieber reportedly had the car delivered to his home last night on a flatbed truck and was "racing the vehicle up and down the streets" this morning. The neighbor was apparently upset about the noise and felt the 19-year-old star was "endangering the community by tearing through the streets at breakneck speeds."

Whitmore said that the accuser told deputies Bieber "threatened" and "made physical contact with him" and has filed a battery report. We're guessing Bieber had plenty of witnesses and cameras, so if he's telling the truth, authorities should be able to clear this up pretty quickly...

Months after they lipsynched to Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" in a hilarious parody, James Franco and Ashley Benson are at it again, this time singing along to their Spring Breakers co-star Selena Gomez's "Love You Like A Love Song."

"Yo, here's a song from one of my favorite young singers, my co-star, young Selena Gomez. Remix!" the quirky actor says in the clip, which was posted to his WhoSay account.

In the video, Franco and Benson appear in a dimly lit room as they mouth the lyrics to the smash hit. The Pretty Little Liars actress dons a brunette wig to resemble The Bieb's ex-girlfriend, while her rumored beau wears a dress and a blond wig! The pair get quite cozy on-camera, which only adds to speculation that they're dating!

Reports claim the blonde beauty began dating the Oscar nominee after her split with Justin Bieber's swagger coach Ryan Good back in October, but the 127 Hours star insisted they weren't in a relationship during an appearance on Howard Stern just the other day.

Guess we'll have to wait and see!

The blonde beauty has been keeping a low profile since she was accused of hooking up with Miley Cyrus' fiance Liam Hemsworth at a pre-Oscar party. We wonder how she feels about the Australian hunk reuniting with his future bride and silencing speculation the two have split? After all, Miss Jones was probably hoping her steamy makeout sesh with the Hunger Games actor would turn into something more!

The new season of her AMC show premieres on April 7th, and the 35-year-old recently spoke to Vulture magazine about the evolution of her character Betty Draper.

"I think that she's [Betty] in the best place we've seen her - but I'm not sure she'll ever be completely happy. I don't know if she knows how to do that. She's one of those people who's always searching for something else, so even if she finds it, I don't know if she'd recognize it," she explained.

From everything we've heard about her, that description could apply to January as well!

UNHCR Special Envoy Angelina Jolie and the U.K.'s Foreign Secretary William Hague are currently in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo to visit with survivors of rape and sexual violence and the local organizations and UN groups supporting them.

The pair aim to "highlight the terrible human cost of war zone rape and to call for Governments worldwide to address this neglected and growing problem." The joint visit continues the work they started in May of 2012, when William Hague and Angelina Jolie launched a new UK campaign to prevent conflict zone rape and sexual violence.

Jolie added in a statement:

"This visit is about hearing first hand from people who have endured rape and sexual violence during the conflict in the Eastern DRC. We want to identify ways in which the international community can help them to rebuild their lives. We want to learn the lessons that their experience holds for how the world can protect thousands of women, men and children at risk of rape in many other conflict zones. And we want to persuade Governments around the world to give this issue the attention it deserves. Unless the world acts, we will always be reacting to atrocities, treating survivors rather than preventing rape in the first place. I welcome the United Kingdom’s efforts to galvanize the international action that is so desperately needed."

In three weeks Foreign Ministers of the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Canada, Japan, Germany, Russia and Italy will in London for the annual G8 summit, and Hague and Jolie are calling on the politicians to agree to "landmark measures to secure justice for survivors of sexual violence and deter perpetrators."

Amanda Bynes followed up her raunchy tweet to Drake with a pic of herself in a floral bustier that showcased her ample cleavage on Twitter this morning, and the troubled actress had no shame in calling out her own imperfections!

Chris Brown chatted with Ryan Seacrest this morning, and he addressed everything from his collaboration with Jennifer Lopez to his love life with Rihanna.

On working with J. Lo, Chris says:

"We actually are collaborating ... I’m trying to get her on my album, I have a couple songs that would be incredible for her to feature on. But as for now, I’m just in the studio writing for hers and collaborating on new stuff and trying to give her some party music and fun stuff."

Chris said he “didn’t know” whether Rihanna was going to forgive him, but he opened up about how he was able to win her back:

“I just tried my best to be the best man I could be over the years and just show her how remorseful and sorry I was for the incident and that time was probably the worst part of my life and being that she has and she’s a wonderful person I’m eternally grateful and thankful ... It’s still like we’re kids. I try not to be too grown and be like, ‘Lets have candlelight dinner every night.’ I try to make sure everything is fun. It has to be fun and it has to be genuine.”

On winning back fans:

Lindsay Lohan may have a 90-day rehab sentence hanging over her head, but she's not letting that get her down or affect her work!

The 26-year-old actress filmed a guest appearance on FX's Anger Management yesterday with Charlie Sheen, and sources on set reveal that Lohan was a dream to work with.

“Lindsay knew her lines cold and her timing was perfect," a source told TMZ. "She was really funny.” Lohan showed up to work 45 minutes earlier and was “incredibly nice,” even taking the time to pose for photos with the crew. “She proved she has talent,” the source added. “You watch her and you know why she became a star.”

Lohan will star as herself, and she'll play a patient who falls for Sheen’s character, Dr. Charlie Goodson. E! News reports that the episode, which will air in April, will make fun of some of the starlet's real-life troubles, and yes, there will be a love scene. Yesterday Lilo tweeted, "I just had such a wonderful day on set of #angermanagement with @charliesheen & @LIGHTAARON @SaveTheSociety @jazejazz7 and the entire crew!"

Sheen and Lohan previously hooked up onscreen in Scary Movie 5, and since then they've become good friends. Last year Sheen lent her $100,000 to pay her tax bill, and in February he offered to split the cost of her AMFAR gala dress. Glad to see him helping her out!
