"Maddox and Pax are safari mad and they wanted Brad to buy them lions and tigers, even crocodiles. Brad decided to go with a mini farm/petting zoo theme that the twins, Knox and Vivienne, can enjoy looking after as well. They're in a penned-off area in a field with little huts that the animals live in. Brad thinks it is good for them to learn to look after other living creatures," a source dished to The Sun.

Lindsay Lohan's New York City assault case has been dropped, her lawyer Mark Heller tells X17online. Heller said in a statement:

"An alleged gypsy fortune teller tried to grasp her 15 minutes of fame by claiming that [Lindsay] assaulted her. Unfortunately, she was unable to see in her crystal ball that I would come to Lindsay's defense, presenting exculpatory evidence to the New York District Attorney's Office, which would facilitate and result in a determination by them to decline to prosecute Lindsay Lohan."

Tiffany Mitchell claims Lohan assaulted her at Avenue nightclub in New York City in November, but officials decided not prosecute Lilo because witnesses close to Mitchell failed to cooperate with police, and the surveillance video of the fight was inconclusive.

Mitchell's attorney Gloria Allred said in a statement, "Tiffany is very disappointed that the District Attorney has not decided to prosecute Lindsay. The District Attorney has never told us that there was any issue about Tiffany's credibility. Nor did the [D.A.] indicate that the the report was ‘unfounded.'"

So what was Lindsay up to over the weekend? On Friday night she partied at FLUXX in San Diego, and a source tells Us Weekly the 26-year-old starlet was "drinking Ketel One vodka on the rocks and smoking Parliaments." On Saturday night Lohan stopped by the private member's club 41 Ocean in Santa Monica, according to The Daily Mail, and while eyewitnesses say she was drinking out of a water bottle all night, she was photographed kissing her rumored new beau, promoter/musician Avi Snow.

Looks like she just wants to get her kicks before heading to rehab for 90 days!

Kim Kardashian jetted from Los Angeles to New York on Monday morning, and the pregnant reality TV starlet arrived at LAX when it was still dark out ... not fun!

Kim was a bit cranky from a lack of sleep but it looks like she's finally giving in to more comfortable clothes. Just before takeoff she tweeted, "I never thought I would ever say this... But I'm wearing flats today." We never thought we'd see the 5'2" hottie in anything less than 4 inches, but over the weekend we snapped her in a pair of flat sandals, and guess what else she was wearing?



Spanx!? So much for being comfortable...
