Bobby Brown was released from Los Angeles county jail last night after serving just 9 hours of his 55 day sentence for his third DUI.

The 44-year-old R&B singer checked in just before 10am, and he was released at 6:58pm. It's being reported that Brown was initially set to serve nine days, but due to chronic overcrowding he was let our early.

The singer was arrested in Los Angeles last October after cops pulled him over for driving erratically and noticed that he had the smell of alcohol on his breath. This is his third D.U.I. arrest; he was previously busted in 2012 DUI and 1996. Brown has been put on probation for four years, and he was also ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program and to attend AA meetings three times a week.

Kim Kardashian Sneaked Into Her Divorce Deposition On Tuesday!

We were wondering why Kim Kardashian and her attorney Laura Wasser were all dolled up earlier this week!

Even though it was reported that Kardashian's deposition was set to take place next week (or late this week at the earliest), it turns out the reality star already got it out of the way at her lawyer's Beverly Hills office on Tuesday. And lucky for her, she didn't even have to come face to face with ex-husband Kris Humphries!

As expected, the depo lasted all day, and Kardashian testified under oath that when she accepted Humphries' marriage proposal (and when she said "I do,") she was in love with him, according to TMZ. The couple were only married for 72 days; after a lavish wedding that was broadcast on TV, Kardashian filed for divorce on October 31, 2011.

Humphries' legal team was trying to go after Kim for allegedly faking scenes on her reality show to make him look bad, and the NBA star is seeking an annulment based on fraud, but Kardashian is still trying to get a divorce.

The trial is set for May 6 ... wonder who's going to come out on top?

Rob Kardashian And Lamar Odom Leave Khloe At Home For Boys' Night At The Club

These two go everywhere together!

Rob Kardashian and brother-in-law Lamar Odom hit up Emerson nightclub in Hollywood yesterday evening for some drinking and dancing, and even though the Clippers player seemed in a good mood and willing to smile for the cameras, Khloe K's little brother didn't want to be snapped and hid under his hood.

Maybe that's because he's trying to stay out of the limelight until he unveils the results of his current weight loss effort? After all, his mother is Kris Jenner, so she's probably got a magazine deal lined up already!

It appears the reality star is making a little progress, though!

Khloe must be the world's most confident wife! Even though she had her sibling watching her man, it still speaks volumes that she allowed her husband to let loose at a venue packed with beautiful women.

We have no doubt Lam Lam was on his best behavior!

Fergie Ferg is a mom-to-be on the move!

On Wednesday the singer flew from LAX to New York's JFK International Airport, and she's set to appear on Good Morning America this morning. Fergie tweeted before she took off, "Hang w/ me tmrw in #NYC.#EarlyBirds may get VIP treatment @ the @wetnwildbeauty #TimesSquare #BeautyBar! #FergieOnGMA."

Fergie's Wet N Wild cosmetic line, Centerstage, hit shelves in January, but we're guessing Josh Duhamel's wifey is going to be answering more questions about her bun in the oven!

Drew Barrymore and her husband Will Kopelman flew out of Los Angeles International Airport with their daughter Olive on Wednesday afternoon, and it looks like the trio are ready for their own early spring break!

Drew doesn't have much on her plate as far as work at the moment, but it was recently announced that she'll team up with Adam Sandler again for the third time in a new untitled rom com. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Barrymore and Sandler’s characters get stuck at a resort with their children following a disastrous first date.

Drew and Adam previously starred together 1998's The Wedding Singer and 2004's 50 First Dates. It's about time there was another one!

Rob Pattinson And Kristen Stewart Pose For A Fan Photo After Romantic Reunion

After spending the last two months filming The Rover in Australia, Rob Pattinson is back in Los Angeles ... and he's back with lady love Kristen Stewart!

The lovebirds enjoyed a night out at Ye Rustic Inn in Los Feliz last night, and while they're known for being a bit camera shy, they had absolutely no problem posing for several fan photos.

Laura Austin, the online editor at The Berrics posted the above photo on Twitter, and she wrote to curious Twilovers, "I just ran into them at a karaoke bar by my house… mellow night. They were just there hanging out with a few friends ... they were super nice… just normal people out at a bar ... They were just minding their own business hanging out in a booth with friends."

"Rob and Kristen were having so much fun together," an eyewitness told E! Online. "They sat in the back of the bar in a booth and were laughing. At one point, they were standing at the bar and were just being normal, as any boyfriend and girlfriend would be with each other. They were touchy-feely. She was holding on to his jacket and had her hand on his back. They were just cute."

Aww! Looks like Rob's friends were just keeping an eye on K. Stew after all...

X17 EXCLUSIVE - Lindsay Lohan's Attorney Says She Can Go To Rehab Anywhere She Wants "As Long As The Judge Approves It"

Posted on Wed Mar 20th, 2013 4:27pm PDT       By X17 Staff

lohan-rehab-230-pics.jpgLindsay Lohan initially expressed an interest in going to rehab in New York, but various news outlets have reported that the actress will have to look for a new place to serve her 90-day sentence, as there are no "lockdown" facilities in the state.

TMZ reported that prosecutors offered Lohan a plea deal based on attorney Mark Heller's information that "New York had lockdown rehab facilities" and "if there's no such thing, then she'll go to jail for 90 days," but neither Heller nor Lohan explicitly said that in court on Monday, rather, Judge Dabney said Lohan could complete her 90 days in New York if she wanted to.

Additionally, part of the plea deal that the Santa Monica City Attorney originally offered Lohan included a 60-day stay in a residential rehab facility, and Heller turned that deal down last month. We're not sure why TMZ's revised story states that it was Heller who was seeking 90 days in "lockdown" rehab, because rehab seems to have been part of the deal all along.

And based on what the judge said on Monday, Lohan was already cleared to do rehab in California too -- she just said she'd prefer rehab on the east coast. And not only that, but Lohan's attorney Mark Heller tells X17online exclusively, "She can serve anywhere in the country as long as the judge approves it."

And does it have to be a "lockdown" facility? Not necessarily! "The intent is that it be an in-house facility with supervision where she stays for 90 days," Heller told X17online. "The semantics are not as important as the credentials and the facility's experience." You see, a rehab center can't hold an adult for more than 72 hours unless they are a danger to themselves or others, and though there are a few establishments that call themselves "lockdown" facilities, they wouldn't be able to keep someone there for 90 days. So even though Lohan would be there on a court order, there wouldn't be anyone to prevent her from leaving -- it's up to her not to screw up.

So basically, all Lindsay REALLY has to do is pick a well respected rehab center, let the court know about it by May 2 and make sure she's there for 90 consecutive days. It doesn't matter if it's a so-called "lockdown" facility or not, as long as Lohan complies with the terms of her deal. (Minor detail: she has to submit to drug and alcohol testing and stay clean while she's there.)

Now that we've got all that cleared up, what are Lindsay's options?

silver-230.jpg

Silver Hill Hospital (New Canaan, Connecticut)

Cost: $1,200 per day
Celebrity alums: Nick Nolte, Mariah Carey, Billy Joel and Liza Minnelli
Pros: It is a self-professed "lockdown" rehab which would keep the judge happy, and it's only an hour away from NYC, so Lilo's family can easily come visit
Cons: We can't think of any!

dunes-230.jpg

The Dunes (East Hampton, New York)

Cost: $105,000 for a 90-day stay
Celebrity alums: Lindsay would be the first ... that we know of
Pros: Clients have access to the pool, spa, tennis courts, a gym, a media room, massages, a personal trainer and individually designed nutritional meals
Cons: The judge might not approve this place because it's a little bit too much like a resort

caron-230.jpg

The Caron Foundation (Wernersville, Pennsylvania)

Cost: $24,000 per 30-day stay
Celebrity alums: Liza Minelli, Tara Conner and Steven Tyler
Pros: "This center has become known as the rehab clinic to the rich and famous who are serious about getting clean," according to Business Insider
Cons: It doesn't seem private enough for Lindsay

clarity-230-new.jpg

Clarity Way (Hanover, Pennsylvania)

Cost: Approximately $30,000 a month
Celebrity alums: According to the center's website, their staff "is experienced with celebrity and high profile cases," and apparently they're doing a good job, because we don't know of any stars who have stayed here!
Pros: Clients stay in luxury living quarters (some of which are private), maximum enrollment is around 20 patients, and they have access to the pool, fitness training, massage and a business center with Internet access
Cons: We can't think of any!

ucla-230-mew.jpg

UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital (Los Angeles, California)

Cost: Approximately $2,500 per day, but this does not include therapy, medicine or tests
Celebrity alums: Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and Lindsay Lohan
Pros: It is a self-professed "lockdown" facility, so this would probably keep the judge happy
Cons: It's in California -- Lindsay has already made it clear she doesn't want to serve her time on the west coast

lynwood-jail-230.jpg

Lynwood County Jail (Lynwood, California)

Cost: Free!
Celebrity alums: Paris Hilton, Khloe Kardashian, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan
Pros: There's a chance she could get out early!
Cons: Um, it's jail.
