Family and friends have been visiting -- Drake stopped by and Wayne's mom should have just arrived in LA.

Kim Kardashian stepped out in Beverly Hills to grab lunch at La Scala this afternoon, and even though we haven't exactly loved her maternity style up to this point, we have to give her fashion points for this ensemble!

The pregnant E! darling wore a loose-fitting tan cutout dress with a cream blazer and flats, and we think this is the perfect look to conceal her growing baby bump. The only other outfit we can recall that flattered her figure just as well was her lace camisole and jeans getup she wore to the nail salon.

Kanye West's baby mamma must love this style of dress, because we caught her rocking a black version over leather pants just last month.

Simpson shows off little miss Maxwell to the cast and crew while she's getting her hair done, and she also jokes around about her weight while riding around in a gold cart. "Trust me, two months ago there wouldn't have been room for all of us," she says with a laugh. "I'm half the woman." Ha! At least she has a good sense of humor about it...
