On Wednesday Rob Kardashian went for a hike in LA's Runyon Canyon, and the chubby reality star is on a mission to drop the weight he gained following his breakup from Rita Ora!

Last week we spotted Rob and The Game working up a sweat, and yesterday it was none other then Kim's BFF LaLa Vasquez who gave Rob a few words of encouragement. Of course, LaLa also took the opportunity to flash us a silly face, but even with the lack of makeup and her tongue sticking out, she still looks pretty good!

Rob and LaLa are both participating in 60 Days of Fitness, which is a workout plan The Game and his trainer Byrd put together. Rob really seems to be taking it seriously, as he tweeted on Tuesday, "6am. Time for workout #1." Wonder how fast he'll lose the weight and get his old body back?

A barefoot and confused Tara was snapped leaving Emerson in Hollywood last night, and the 37-year-old star was practically carried out by two nice gentlemen at the club. The former American Pie cutie has been in and out of rehab over the years, but whenever we see her she's usually out (or wearing the same dress she did the night before), so it looks like this party girl will never change her ways!

No one can control traffic in Los Angeles, but you'd think Nicki Minaj would be better prepared than this!

American Idol did a live show on Wednesday night, but Minaj was nowhere to be found when cameras started rolling. 'We are coming to you live and on time," Ryan Seacrest joked at the start the show. "Say hello to three of your four judges who have made it here on time."

Seacrest motioned towards Minaj's empty seat and said, "I hear she is seven minutes out and there is some congestion on the 405, she should be here momentarily." As expected Mariah Carey looked irritated and shook her head in disbelief as Seacrest introduced the top ten contestants.

"Which one of you gave Nicki the wrong directions today? Which one of you drained the fuel from her car?" Seacrest joked.

Minaj finally showed up 13 minutes into the show, missing Curtis Finch Jr.'s performance, but no one else said anything about her being late. Maybe Mariah piped up and put her in her place?

"She was definitely nervous," hairstylist Philip Wolff told Us Weekly of Kim's new 'do. Kourt cut hers last week, and after rocking fake bangs and side swept bangs earlier this year, Kim finally took the plunge and went for fringe bangs.

Wolff added, "Kim was so happy with the end result ... I personally love them on her, but then again, she has such an amazing face shape and bone structure that she was the luxury of wearing almost any style and it looks great. What makes Kim so sexy to me is that she wears her hair -- her hair doesn't wear her."
