Things are on the up and up!

Ben Affleck looked every inch the movie star he is when we caught him out this morning, and he's got a lot to be happy about these days. Not only is he clean and sober after completing a 40 day rehab program, but he also just finalized his years long divorce from Jennifer Garner.

The former couple met at the actress' Pacific Palisades home on Thursday with lawyers and a private judge to sign off on their split, and it means they're both officially single again! That's good news for the Oscar winner, as he recently struck up his new romance with Playboy model Shauna Sexton.

The Batman star broke his silence about getting help for his alcohol addiction yesterday, and it sounds like he's committed to his recovery.

"The support I have received from my family, colleagues and fans means more to me than I can say. It’s given me the strength and support to speak about my illness with others. Battling any addiction is a lifelong and difficult struggle. Because of that, one is never really in or out of treatment. It is a full-time commitment. I am fighting for myself and my family. … I hope down the road I can offer an example to others who are struggling," he wrote in a statement on Instagram.

This is the beginning of his comeback!

He won't be able to GTL in the slammer!

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has been sentenced to eight months in prison with two years supervised probation for tax evasion. The Jersey Shore star appeared at the New Jersey courthouse this morning for his sentencing, and all his castmates were on hand to support him.

He also has to do 500 hours of community service and was given credit for $123,913 in restitution already paid, plus a fine of $10,000 that must be paid within 30 days.

The MTV star and his brother Marc were indicted in September 2014 for conspiring to defraud the United States after allegedly failing to pay taxes on $8.9 million in income from 2010 to 2012. He plead guilty to one count of tax evasion in January of this year, and was facing a maximum of up to five years in prison. His brother didn't get off so easy, though, as he was sentenced to two years behind bars.

The Sitch has worked hard to overcome a prescription pill addiction and has been sober for over three years, which his lawyers pointed to as an argument for him getting probation only.

"I worked so hard to turn my life around and be the best person I can be. I did it, and good things came around. I’ve done everything in my power to better myself. I really feel that I’m in the best situation possible. I had a very strong foundation for my recovery with over two years [sober] when I entered the house. But I did have to challenge myself to go out and film a whole season of Jersey Shore and have fun without alcohol — to show the youth out there that it is possible," he previously told People about his sobriety.

All things considered, this is a pretty good outcome!

Khloe Kardashian has been posting very cryptic quotes to her Instagram as of late, and she dropped another one yesterday that made fans wonder if she was secretly trying to tell them something.

"All of that, and you’re still standing. I am proud of you! You’re doing a great job! Keep going 💕," she captioned a series of snapshots of herself.

The Revenge Body star has been trying to repair her relationship with baby daddy Tristan Thompson following his epic cheating scandal, but just weeks ago he was caught leaving the club with several random girls. Despite it all, the reality star is determined to make it work, and she allegedly thinks another baby might fix things.

"Khloé just can't let this relationship go. All the Kardashians are against her having another baby, but she won't listen to any of them. She's blinded by love when it comes to Tristan," a source dished to Life & Style.

"Tristan is making a fool out of Khloé, but she won't see it," the source added.

Just kick him to the curb already, Khlo!

Apparently it diva night!

Caitlyn Jenner and EJ Johnson dressed to the nines for the Lakers game last night at Staples Center, and we can't decide who looked more fabulous! Actually we can, EJ totally killed it in his thigh highs.

The I Am Cait star brought along girlfriend/"business partner" Sophia Hutchins, while Magic Johnson's son rolled solo. We can't believe he's still single being such a catch, but apparently he's finding dating a little difficult.

“It’s always been a struggle. There’s so many factors. First of all, the celebrity thing — who are you here for, are you dating me or are you trying to date my dad?” he recently told Jada Pinkett Smith on her Red Table Talk.

"These men either just want to be there for one thing and then don’t want to stay for the real relationship part, or they just want to ride the wave and be bougie and go out and have their picture taken and do all of that," he added.

Maybe Cait and Sophia know somebody they could set him up with?

It's a small price to pay for freedom of speech.

Amy Schumer and Emily Ratajkowski were just two of the more than 302 people arrested yesterday while protesting Brett Kavanaugh's appointment at the Senate office building in Washington D.C.

The I Feel Pretty co-stars were hoping to apply some pressure on the four senators that stand between Kavanaugh and a lifetime post on the Supreme Court. A procedural vote is due at 10.30am today, with a final vote potentially happening on Saturday.

"Today I was arrested protesting the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, a man who has been accused by multiple women of sexual assault. Men who hurt women can no longer be placed in positions of power. Kavanaugh’s confirmation as a Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States is a message to women in this country that they do not matter. I demand a government that acknowledges, respects and supports women as much as it does men," Ratajkowski wrote on Instagram.

Also in attendance was actress Alyssa Milano, who shared her own story of sexual assault in support of Kavanaugh's accuser Dr. Cristine Blasey Ford.

"I told one of my #MeToo stories in @SenatorCollins office. I was with her constituent,” Milano tweeted on Oct. 3. “We asked to speak with Senator Collins. She hid. Here’s my story through a ‘human microphone’. I’ll never know if she heard me," she said in an emotional Twitter video.

"My name is Alyssa. When I was 19-years-old, I was at a concert of a very famous pop star who told the crowd to get closer to her. This resulted in a stampede. People were smashed against each other. I couldn’t breathe, I thought I was gonna die. From behind me, I felt a hand up my skirt and I was punched repeatedly in the vagina. I couldn’t turn around. I looked to the stage, and I looked to the security guards, and I said, ‘Please help me’ and they couldn’t help me," she continued.

"They shook their heads. I managed to break free and I climbed up the stage to get away from my predator. And I turned around and I didn’t know which one it was. And I looked to the sea of people and I couldn’t find him. And I didn’t tell anybody because I didn’t know who it was to tell on. I kept the secret just like Dr. Ford kept her secret for decades," she concluded.

Hailey Baldwin hid her supermodel figure under an oversized shirtdress while grabbing breakfast with Justin Bieber this morning, and maybe it's just wishful thinking, but we kinda think we see the beginnings of a baby bump! Could there be a baby JB on the way?

The two legally tied the knot at a courthouse in the beginning of September, but they're still set to have a ceremony in front of family and friends in the coming months. Her dad Stephen Baldwin will be walking her down the aisle, and he couldn't be happier to have The Biebs as a son-in-law.

"Justin is not the kid he used to be. He is a man now and I think he is going to start making decisions for himself. He's grown up a lot, quick, and I am very impressed with him already for how he's caring for my daughter," the actor told the Daily Mail.

"Most people don't know that my daughter has known him for 10 years, long time, so obviously, for these kids, they haven't always had the chance to have people understand the dynamics of their friendship. So I am very happy for them, I am blessed, and I'm looking forward to a great future for the two of them," he added.

They want their money back.

Kim Kardashian's insurance company has filed a $6.1 million lawsuit against the security team that was working for her during her Paris robbery.

Kimmy K's former bodyguard Pascal Duvier and his security and protection company Protect Security are the subject of the suit. The insurance company claims they had to compensate the reality star $6.1 million for the jewelry stolen during the heist, and it was all because Duvier didn't do the job he was hired to do.

"[Duvier] negligently, carelessly, and/or recklessly performed their protection, security, monitoring, inspection, and/or surveying of Kardashian West and the Hotel. Duvier and Protect Security should have known that they were required to protect, secure, monitor, inspect, and/or survey … using the skill and care reasonably expected of those in this industry," the lawsuit states.

Shortly after the incident, Kim and Kanye stopped working with Duvier and hired a new security team.

"Pascal thought that he did let down Kim and didn’t do his job properly in Paris. They all agreed that it was better for Kim and Kanye to hire a completely new security team,” a source told People at the time.
