Kelly Osbourne has been released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles following a seizure last week, and doctors say she should suffer no long-term effects from the scary episode.

"Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees @CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to bein bed!" Osbourne tweeted after she was discharged.

Kelly's rep tells E! News that the Fashion Police star was given "a clean bill of health" upon her release. "Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results," the rep added. "She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual."

Osbourne fell to the floor after shooting her E! show last Thursday, and her seizure lasted for approximately 30 seconds. Glad she's doing better!

The premiere for The Incredible Burt Wonderstone was held at the TCL Chinese Theater (formerly known as Grauman's ... they're seriously changing the name of everything in Hollywood!), and the film's stars spent quite a bit of time mingling with fans before hitting the red carpet. Loves it!

The film follows two superstar magicians (Burt Wonderstone, played by Carell, and Anton Marvelton, played by Steve Buscemi) who try to spice up their act when a street magician (Carey) threatens to knock them from their thrones in Las Vegas. Sounds like a classic!

Mark Ruffalo plays Schultz, Channing Tatum plays his brother, Sienna is the wife Nancy, and Steve Carell plays du Pont. Odd casting choice, but it makes us even more curious about the movie!
