"When you have a baby, everything changes," the 25-year-old starlet tells the mag. So what about getting back down to 102 pounds? "I lost it for me, but I also wanted [fiance Jionni LaValle], to know that I can be hot as a mom."

Three months after Ashton Kutcher formally filed for divorce, Demi Moore is now reportedly ready to file her own papers.

After six years of marriage the couple split in late 2011, and though they tried to negotiate a confidential and amicable settlement, New York Post's Page Six reports that the case could go to trial. The Post added that Kutcher, who reportedly earned $24 million last year, was "very difficult during the talks. You could even say he has been hostile."

"Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much," the insider added.

"Demi is definitely ready to move on," the source continued. "It's hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial."

Jessica Simpson appears on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, and the Fashion Star judge chatted about her second pregnancy, parenthood and she even cracked a joke about her weight.

When Ellen asked about baby number two, Jess joked, "I don’t know, apparently protection was just thrown out the window," adding that they were "definitely extremely shocked."

"Maxwell was our focus and then I was puking and lying on the couch," she added. "This pregnancy is the complete opposite [of my first]. Like with Maxwell, I felt amazing. Like I could do everything, eat everything. Do whatever I wanted. I had a lot of energy. This time around…I’m like exhausted. Eating Tums. That’s my snack of choice."

On her weight gain when she was pregnant with Maxwell, Jess said, "[I] let loose and I kind of ate everything that I wanted to eat and I just really enjoyed it. This time around I think because I was doing Weight Watchers and I felt super healthy. I’m not really craving as much and I know how hard it is to get off so I’m trying to make healthier, wiser decisions."

After Ellen remarked, "That’s good," Jess said, "So I can gain as much weight and I will have a husband to be that loves me."

Terminator star Edward Furlong has been sentenced to six months in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

The troubled actor was placed on probation in 2010 for violating a civil protective order taken out by estranged wife Rachael Bella. His ex-girlfriend Monica Keena also filed a protective order against him after he tried to use force against her. He has been arrested twice in the last five months for failing to abide by the orders.

The 35-year-old has been urged multiple times by the courts to enter a treatment facility for substance abuse but continues to spiral out of control.

It is unclear which jail he will be housed in.

"Miley is freaking out. She's been telling her friends that she trusts him but if she finds out the cheating claims are true, the engagement is over," the source adds.
