We already knew Angelina Jolie was directing a film about famous World War II P.O.W. Lou Zamperini, but now the project will pack some serious punch thanks to the literary talents of Ethan and Joel Coen.

The Coen brothers have been tapped to rewrite the script for Unbroken, which is an adaptation of Laura Hillenbrand’s 2010 book. Universal picked up the rights to the novel in January 2011, and sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Jolie was "extremely choosy" when it came to locking down screenwriters.

Zamperini was an Olympic runner who later joined the Air Force, and after his plane crashed in the Pacific in 1942, he survived without food and water for 47 days and was then held as a prisoner of war for two years by the Japanese.

The Coens have been nominated five times for Academy Awards in the writing category alone, winning for No Country for Old Men and Fargo. Can't wait to hear more about this collaboration!

K-Stew is still on the injured list!

We spotted Kristen Stewart hanging out with a female pal in Hollywood, and we noticed the Twilight actress is still limping around and keeping weight off her foot.

After walking struggling down the red carpet on crutches at this year's Oscars, people were wondering what happened to the On The Road star, and she gave an explanation to none other than Anne Hathaway when she bumped into her backstage.

According to reports, the Best Supporting Actress asked Miss Stewart what had happened when she spotted the crutches, to which she responded, "I know, I'm an idiot... but congratulations!"

"Please tell me you're going on stage with those [crutches]," Hathaway said. "Nope," Stewart replied. "I'm gonna hobble." Hathaway joked, "Well, break a leg ... Oops!" Stewart then revealed that she cut her foot recently after stepping on glass. "I just hope [the wound] doesn't open up right now."

We caught the brunette beauty partying with Robert Pattinson's friends in Los Feliz just two days before the award ceremony, so something tells us her foot gash was the result of a wild night!

Not that we mind, but we're just so used to seeing these ladies in next to nothing on the beach!

Miranda Kerr and Behati Prinsloo promoted the Fabulous line from Victoria's Secret at the company's Herald Square Store in New York City, and the ladies looked lovely in purple and yellow. "At the @victoriassecret store for the Fabulous launch #thefablife," Miranda tweeted.

The collection includes bras, bikinis and beauty products ... can't wait to see more!

Michelle Williams and Jason Segel have split, according to Us Weekly.

The two started dating early last year, and though they kept their relationship under wraps, just last month they were spotted on vacation in Cancun with Williams' BFF Busy Philipps.

So what drove them apart? A source tells the mag they "couldn't survive the long distance," as Segel is based out of Los Angeles and Williams lives in New York with her 7-year-old daughter Matilda.

What a mix-up!

Anne Hathaway surprised fashion fans when she chose a pale pink Prada gown over the Valentino creation she was set to walk the Oscars red carpet in, and apparently the last minute change was executed out of fear that co-star Amanda Seyfried's Alexander McQueen dress would look too similar to her own.

Valentino's camp sent out a press release Sunday just hours before red carpet arrivals began that stated the Les Miserables star would be wearing "a pink embroidered tulle illusion gown", so clearly the designer wasn't kept in the loop about her style switcheroo!

Presenter Jennifer Aniston was expected to wear a "nude embroidered silk tulle dress" also by Valentino, but many believe the A-list actress switched to her red strapless number after catching wind of Hathaway's similar style.

Basically, Anne changed her dress choice because of Amanda, and Jen changed her dress choice because of Anne!

At least all three lovely ladies avoided a matching fashion faux pas!

Madonna joined Instagram mere weeks ago, but already the Instagram Team is sending her letters requesting she tone down her sexy snapshots!

Clearly not embarassed about the slap on the wrist, Madge decided to upload the letter in full to her account, followed by a picture of herself in a black wig and cleavage-baring green leather dress. Yikes!

Some of the things on their no-no list? Sharing photos that aren't your own, sharing photos that show nudity or mature content, sharing photos of illegal content, and sharing photos that attack individuals or groups.

Kim Kardashian covers the latest issue of Cosmopolitan, and while you can't really tell that she's pregnant in this photos, they were taken just two months ago, so she definitely knew she was expecting!

And speaking of babies, Kim says she once judged her sister Kourtney for getting knocked up before walking down the aisle. "I was like, ‘You're not married! How could you do this?' I was really firm and strict," Kim told the mag. "But she was like, ‘Marriage isn't what I want.' And later, I realized she had a better family life than I did."

Marriage is "something I know that we both want in our future," Kardashian said of baby daddy Kanye West. "But I don't have this sense of urgency about it." When asked about Yeezy, she added, "I have this best friend who understands me and helps me through all my tough experiences, and vice versa, you know? It just feels like this is it for me."

"I've always said that I wanted kids," she continued. "But I don't think I ever would have been ready until now. Sometimes you're just not ready. A person could have it all, and you're not ready for it all. But this is where I probably always should have been."

Heidi Klum and boyfriend Martin Kristen took the model's children Henry, Johan, and Lou out for a Starbucks run in Brentwood the other day, and the whole gang seemed to be in a great mood as they grabbed their java.

The former bodyguard seems to be such a natural with kids! The Project Runway host has admitted that's one of the reasons she fell for him in the first place!

The German stunner looked sporty in a bright fuschia sweatshirt and matching sneakers. We wonder if these wares are part of her upcoming New Balance collaboration?

The mother-of-four is partnering with the athletic company for the third time on a "versatile active wear collection", which will include skinny tights, capri pants racer back tanks, shorts, and hoodies.

"I live an active lifestyle and love running around whether it's outside on the streets of New York City or in the canyons with my dogs. I've created pieces in my collection that are functional and flattering with a fashionable twist.
