After house hunting in Malibu yesterday morning, we spotted Paris Hilton and beau River Viiperi lunching at Taverna Tony. River may still be on crutches following a scary ski accident in Tahoe this past weekend, but it looks like P was able to cheer him up!

"Yay! Just found the perfect Malibu Beach House!" she tweeted. "Can't wait for the #SummerTime!"

We were stunned to learn that Clive Davis came out as bisexual in his new memoir The Soundtrack of My Life, but apparently Kelly Clarkson is more shocked over his claims that she threw a hissy fit over production on her debut album!

Kelly wrote on her WhoSay blog, “So I just heard Clive Davis is releasing a memoir and spreading false information about me and my music. I refuse to be bullied and I just have to clear up his memory lapses and misinformation for myself and for my fans. It feels like a violation. Growing up is awesome because you learn you don’t have to cower to anyone – even Clive Davis.”

The singer added, “First, he says I burst into “hysterical sobbing” in his office when he demanded ‘Since You Been Gone’ be on my album. Not true at all. His stories and songs are mixed up. I did want more guitars added to the original demo and Clive did not. Max, Luke and I still fought for the bigger sound and we prevailed and I couldn’t be more proud of the life of that song. I resent him dampening that song in any way."

Davis countered Kelly's claims with the following statement on Twitter:

"As anyone who has read The Soundtrack of My Life knows, I think Kelly Clarkson is a tremendous vocal talent and performer. In the book, I provide an in-depth look at our years together during which we shared major multi-platinum success, as well as a few creative differences. I am truly very sorry that she has decided to take issue with what I know to be an accurate depiction of our time together.

Before the book was published, I had every fact checked with five independent individuals who were present on a daily basis throughout it all," he wrote in his response to the American Idol singer's claims. "The chapter as it is written was thoroughly verified by each and every one of them. I stand by the chapter as written in my book. At the same time I wish, and will always wish, Kelly's talent and her career to soar to ever new heights."

Sooner or later she'll have to! Then again, aside from the leather pants, today's outfit is a bit of a crossover...

On Tuesday afternoon Kim Kardashian braved the rain and went to a meeting in Los Angeles, and later we spotted the preggers reality starlet pumping her own gas. She flashed us a quick smile and went on her way, and speaking of style, she opened up to the new issue of DuJour magazine about why she looooves skintight clothes.

"I think because I have big boobs it could make me look heavier if I don't, like, show off my waist or something, so I just have kind of learned to dress one way only," she said. "Khloe can wear flowy, pretty things because she's really tall. Kourtney is, like, really little. I'm just kind of in between, so it doesn't really work."

In other news, when we asked Kim if the reports were wrong about her sister Khloe getting fired The X Factor, she responded, "You'll have to ask them." Guess we'll find out sooner or later!

She always manages to make the gym parking lot look like a catwalk! I mean, you KNOW Nicole Richie purposefully matched her purple beanie and faded tee to her sneakers...

On Tuesday Nicole Richie made her daily trek to the gym in Studio City, and is it just us, or has the mother of two dropped even more weight since we saw her last? Not like she needed to, because her little chicken legs are looking awfully thin!

Kim Kardashian is showing off her bare baby bump in DuJour for the first time since announcing she's expecting with boyfriend Kanye West, and it seems the reality star is embracing future motherhood with open arms!

Clad in a white bikini with minimal makeup, the brunette beauty strikes a serene pose as she opens up about becoming a parent.

"I just feel so blessed and excited and ready for the next phase," she gushed to the mag.

So will the next phase be documented on her reality show?

"My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy. I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything. I'm shifting my priorities," she divulged.

That sounds to us like Baby Kimye's privacy will be heavily guarded!

Kimmy K is famous for her sweet tooth, but she insists that she's become more health conscious since learning she was pregnant.

"I used to always say I can't wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it's completely different. I'm like, OK, I want to eat as healthy as possible. Though lately I've been watching shows like I'm Pregnant and Addicted to Meth. It definitely makes me feel better if I'm wanting one sip of Diet Coke or, you know, too much sugar. I'm like, This woman is on meth!" she joked.

We guess that's one way to justify indulging in pregnancy cravings!

What joyful news!

Mario Lopez and his wife Courtney are expecting their second child, the Extra host confirmed on his entertainment show Tuesday.

"I am the happiest father in the world. We cannot wait to welcome baby Lopez number two into our lives," he told the audience before showing off a picture of his daughter Gia, 2, with a sign that read, "I'm going to be a big sister."

The family celebrated the impeding arrival with a surprise baby shower complete with balloons, celebrity guests and gifts from Carousel Designs.

The longtime couple tied the knot in Mexico last December, and they didn't hesitate when asked about plans to expand their family.

"We're working on that. Right after the wedding. We're waiting for guests to leave and then we're getting right on that," he told People following the nuptials.

We hope it's a little boy so they have one of each!
