A trust for the Kardashian family has plunked down a whopping $12 million for this mansion in the Coachella Valley right outside Palm Springs, but it's still unclear which family member in particular purchased this place. Although, the Desert Sun is reporting that it looks as if the buyer is Kris Jenner, so we have a feeling she bought the K clan a new vacation spot.

The 11,000 square-foot property, located in the exclusive Madison Club, boasts 7 bedrooms and stunning mountain views, and it's in a prime area.

"It lies just across the street from where the annual Coachella festival is. There goes the neighborhood," a source told Page Six.

We caught Kate Hudson out shopping with baby daddy Danny Fujikawa yesterday, and the actress' baby bump looked fake it was so huge. She's definitely due any day now!

The bubbly blonde is expecting a baby girl, but she hasn't yet chosen a name. “We have a couple of them and we’re going to decide when the day comes,” she recently told Ellen Degeneres.

A source tells X17:

"Kate is so thrilled to be welcoming a child with Danny. She finally feels like she's found a true partner, and it makes the journey of parenthood even more exciting. She knows that she's found her soulmate, and she looks forward to raising their daughter and having a quiet life with him."

Ben Affleck has completed 30 days in rehab, but he plans on extending his stay to ensure the success of his recovery.

"He is doing much better but needs to continue receiving care. As difficult as it was to have his recent trip to rehab all play out so publicly, it now seems the way it happened was for the best. Ben seems to take this rehab visit more seriously. This time is different. He doesn’t want his kids to have to go through this again. Ben is really trying very hard to get better. He is taking things day by day, but it seems he plans on staying at the treatment center for at least a couple of more weeks," a source dished to People.

This time around, the Oscar winner has a very structured plan in place to make sure his sobriety sticks.

"He has a specialized program to suit his needs — meetings, working out, reading, therapy. Everyone’s journey with addiction and treatment is different and built for the individual. [Affleck’s] is a good mix of mental and physical work. This is what was outlined by his doctors and team," the source added.

Pete Davidson made an appearance on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show on Monday, and opened up about how he and fiancee Ariana Grande first got together following their respective breakups from Cazzie David and the late Mac Miller.

"Timing, I feel like, is everything. We both were in a similar situation at the same time," the SNL star explained.

"You’re both broken up. You were dating Larry David’s daughter for two years, serious relationship. You broke up for whatever reason, she was with that guy Mac Miller and you both break up," the shock jock clarified while Davidson nodded in agreement.

“She seemed happy to be out getting fresh air. The other day, she sat alone for like 30 minutes staring out the window. But it looked like she was hopeful and in good spirits," an employee from the shop told the outlet.

As for her success in the program?

"Demi is cooperating and doing what they tell her to do,” another source added.

The chart topper's on-off boyfriend Wilmer Valerrama has allegedly "put everything on hold" to support her, and has been flying in for weekend visits whenever he's allowed. We have a feeling they'll get back together when she's finally in a healthier place!
