We almost didn't even recognize Lil' Kim at the 44th NAACP Image Awards on Friday night!

While the rapper wasn't nominated for anything this year, she looked quite excited to get all dolled up for the occasion. Kerry Washington was the big winner of the evening, nabbing awards for her roles in both Django Unchained and the hit TV show Scandal. Washington was also honored with the President's Award, which is given in recognition of special achievement and exceptional public service.

But back to Kim ... what's worse, her outfit or the fact that she looks like a cartoon character of herself?

Chris Brown just can't seem to stay out of trouble!

On Friday afternoon the R&B bad boy and a pal were pulled over for speeding in his black Porsche in Beverly Hills, and it looks like he wasn't able to talk his way out of a ticket. Apparently Chris was going 60 in a 35mph zone ... tsk tsk!

His latest exchange with the police comes just five days after he got into an altercation with Frank Ocean at a club in West Hollywood. A Los Angeles Sheriff's Department spokesperson confirmed that the two and members of their respective entourages were "involved in an altercation over a parking space," which "allegedly led to [Brown] punching [Ocean]."

Ocean has decided not to press criminal charges against Brown, and he wrote on Tumblr, “as a child i thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. but as a man i am not a killer. i’m an artist and a modern person. i’ll choose sanity. no criminal charges. no civil lawsuit. forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. peace, albeit trite, is what i want in my short life. peace.”

Hopefully that settles that!

Justin Bieber and pals Lil Za and Lil Twist went horseback riding in Burbank on Friday afternoon, and while we're a little concerned that the boys wore baseball hats and sneakers instead of helmets and riding boots, it did look like they had a good time!

This isn't the first time Bieber has been in the saddle, but he's not exactly a pro, so we're glad the group had a trail guide with them for their adventure!

The sexy starlet, who just gave birth to son Luca 10 months ago, is working hard to slim down her figure. It's working, Hil!

For her guest starring role on Raising Hope, Mike Comrie's wifey will be playing Rachel, the ex-girlfriend of Jimmy (played by Lucas Neff) who arrives in town just after he marries Sabrina (Shannon Woodward).

The episode will air on February 26. We'll be watching!

Lady Gaga's former personal assistant Jennifer O'Neill is feeling the wrath of the eccentric singer.

While under oath, Gaga went off on O'Neill who is suing the songstress for overtime pay. Lady G told the court:

“You don’t get a schedule that is like you punch in and you can play f--king Tetris at your desk for four hours and then you punch out at the end of the day. This is — when I need you, you’re available ... an eight-hour workday could still be a very difficult workday, you know, if you’re digging ditches or, you know, you’re, you know, putting sealing on a roof, you know.”

And Gaga didn't stop there. The "Born This Way" beauty added:

“I’m not in any way discounting how hard an eight-hour work day can be, or discounting the role of an assistant. I do six shows a week, and I make a lot of money. I work, I work 24 hours a day ... I deserve every dollar of it. And she deserves every dollar of her $75,000 that we agreed to. But she does not deserve a penny more.”

O'Neill's fashion sense also entered the picture. Gaga said, "I’m not going to give it to her so she can go to Intermix and buy herself a new tube top."

The Argo actor has been gushing over the brunette beauty every chance he gets this award season, so clearly the mother-of-three is doing something right when it comes to balancing career and family life.

Speaking of work, Miss Garner will be featured in a new episode of the PBS animated series Martha Speaks, which airs on February 4.
